The five realms after ascending to immortality are: Supreme, Spiritual, True, Profound, and Golden.

Based on their respective realms, the five types of immortals progress in sequence, and the further they go on this path, the closer they get to the Great Dao.

However, it would be inappropriate to simply link realm with combat power.

Because realm is realm and combat power is combat power, the two overlap in most cases, but can deviate in a few extreme cases, so one cannot rely on them completely.

Reaching Immortality: The first step on the path to immortality.

In this realm, mortals ascend to immortality, shedding their mortal bodies and transforming into celestial beings, truly stepping into the world that belongs to the "Dao".

Upon reaching this realm, mortals are no longer mortals; their life essence has been transformed, and they can truly be crowned with the title of "immortal."

The immortals in the celestial realm wield a complete Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, resonating with Heaven and Earth, communicating with nature, and commanding the power represented by the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth.

To reach this realm, one must either explore the world, comprehend a certain great principle within it, gain the recognition of the world, and take control of the laws of the world that one has comprehended.

One must either understand one's own heart, create one's own path, forge a path that did not originally exist between heaven and earth, and imprint the path one has created on heaven and earth, thereby gaining the recognition of heaven and earth themselves.

The former possesses formidable combat power because it gained the recognition of Heaven and Earth the moment it ascended to immortality. It wields a complete Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, and in the subsequent pursuit of the Dao, it only needs to advance along the trajectory set by Heaven and Earth to further merge with them.

The latter is initially weaker and needs a long time to perfect its own great principles of heaven and earth. Only when the path it has created is gradually perfected can it possess the same powerful strength as the former.

However, those who create their own path are more likely to innovate and push their path to a higher level, eventually transcending the boundaries of ordinary laws, transforming their own Great Dao into a root system, embracing more principles, and thus reaching the realm of immortals.

In contrast, while those who explore the heavens and earth possess great power at the beginning of their ascension to immortality, they also become entangled in it because of this power.

They immersed themselves in the harmony with heaven and earth, in the powerful force bestowed upon them by heaven and earth, and eventually became the embodiment of a certain great path of heaven and earth. They spent their entire lives revolving around the same path, finding it difficult to break free and explore other great paths.

Even if there are occasional innovations, they are difficult to break through the limitations, and only slightly improve the existing laws of heaven and earth.

Most of the terrestrial immortals in the Nine Realms are at this level, and many of them arrive ahead of time by taking shortcuts.

Only the best among them can maintain their individuality, comprehend the power bestowed by heaven and earth in the shortest time, transform it into their own power, and use it as a foundation to explore other great principles in the world.

When an immortal comprehends the power bestowed by heaven and earth, transforms this power into their own foundation, and on this basis, takes control of the second Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, they can be called a Spirit Immortal.

At this point, the immortals were freed from their initial limitations, and their lifespan reached three thousand years.

Meng Yan, Mu Yong, Qing Xi, Jun Xiangyang, Bai Xi, the four peak masters of Sixiang Mountain, and Jian Daoming, the Sword Saint of Chengtian Domain...

These people are in this realm.

Whether it's the Nine Realms, the Spirit Blossom Realm, or other immortal civilizations in the Sea of ​​Realms, most immortals are at the two realms of Supreme Immortal and Spirit Immortal.

It's just that because there are differences between worlds, immortals may differ slightly in strength and performance.

However, this gap won't be too large, simply because a world that's too small simply cannot give birth to immortals.

Naturally, there wouldn't be absurd situations like immortals only being able to fight in close combat, or even being killed by mortals with swords and knives.

As for true immortals, they are much rarer. If the level of a world is not high enough, it is impossible for true immortals to be born.

This is because the power of a true immortal is too great, so great that it can easily unleash a cataclysmic disaster.

This is a realm with a very wide range of strengths, and it is difficult to measure it simply by a single characteristic.

The strong can destroy the heavens and the earth, shattering stars, while the weak still wander within the world. The difference is so great that it is hard to describe in a few words.

If there must be a standard for judgment, it is that a true immortal has initially taken control of a portion of the power of heaven and earth, and can command the power of heaven and earth itself within a small scope.

Within the Nine Realms, they also have another name.

Half-saint of heaven and earth.

If the Heavenly Dao of the Nine Realms were perfect enough, the two sacred beasts should also be at this level, and be given the title of Half-Saint of Heaven and Earth by the world.

However, because the Nine Heavens Thunder Qilin and the Five-Clawed Golden Dragon King were born too early, the Heavenly Dao of the Nine Realms was not yet mature, so the power possessed by the two sacred beasts was incomplete, and they could only be called half-step True Immortals.

As for Xuanxian.

This realm is relatively special. Rather than saying that Xuanxian is a separate realm, it is more accurate to say that it is a specific title, a symbol of the fruition of heaven and earth.

True immortals who wield the power of heaven and earth and can act on behalf of heaven can be called Xuanxian (mysterious immortals).

The supreme saints of the Nine Realms and the true demons with true names in the Demon Abyss are in this realm.

Only when one is in one's own world can a Xuanxian mobilize the power of heaven and earth and unleash its full combat strength.

Outside their own world, they are all called True Immortals, and once they fight, it all depends on their own methods.

If one can cross the four realms of immortality and take another step forward on the path of seeking the Dao, one can reach the profound realm known as "Golden Immortal".

"I am the world"

The Golden Immortal rules over a region of the world.

As long as the world remains intact, the Golden Immortal will never perish.

Its lifespan exceeds the limitations of the ordinary sense, and it is born and dies with the world.

Heaven and earth leave no trace of it, its true name does not exist in the world, and all causes and effects do not affect it.

The Golden Immortal does not rule over a single planet, but an entire world.

By analogy with the Nine Domains, this includes the Nine Domains themselves, as well as all the subordinate regions that depend on the Nine Domains, including the stars that linger near the Nine Domains.

As long as they remain within the boundaries of the world, they are all part of the Nine Domains, whose scale far exceeds the world's boundaries in the eyes of mortals.

To reach the realm of Golden Immortal, one must allow the world itself to generate its own will.

One could also, like the Old Celestial Master, seek to replace the Way of Heaven, align with the world, and use this as a foundation for further advancement.

Or, like Mu An, one could use the power of the Book of Creation to create a complete world of one's own.

Upon reaching the Golden Immortal realm, the essence of life will undergo another leap.

Once you reach this level, concepts such as race and gender lose their meaning.

This is because the Golden Immortal is the world itself, and all living beings are part of it.

Once you reach this level, you won't die as long as you don't do anything reckless.

Aside from irresistible external forces, there is only one reason for the annihilation of Golden Immortals.
