Hogwarts: My Grandmother is the Queen

Chapter 119, look, it's urgent again.

Chapter 120, look, it's urgent again.

"Your tone just now showed you were in a hurry," Pansy said gloatingly.

"I—!" Draco was still trying to argue.

Daphne chuckled softly beside her. Hannah paused for a moment after hearing it, then couldn't help but laugh too—she didn't know what she was laughing at, perhaps it was just her tendency to conform.

As we all know, laughter can be transmitted from person to person.

Draco looked at Hannah and frowned.

"What are you laughing at?"

Hannah quickly waved her hand, her face turning red.

"No, nothing, I just think—I think what you guys say is quite interesting."

Draco's expression was as if he had swallowed a live toad but couldn't spit it out.

From childhood to adulthood, no one has ever used the word "interesting" to describe him.

Pansy said from the side, "He's always like this, don't mind him, it's a kind of—uh—a kind of illness."

"Pansy!" Draco cried out anxiously.

"Look, you're in such a hurry again," Pansy teased casually.

Draco took a deep breath and decided to put aside his grudge against Pansy for the time being.

"No problem, no problem at all." Hannah waved her hand. "My cousin is the same way; he blushes when he gets flustered."

Draco's face turned even redder, and Susan suddenly spoke up from the side.

"Malfoy, how's your new broom?"

Draco was surprised that Susan would initiate a conversation with him, especially about brooms.

Having spent so much time with Henry, he had developed some emotional intelligence to some extent.

He could tell that Susan had noticed his embarrassment and was trying to change the subject to save his face.

"Uh—it works well," he said.

"I heard that the Nimbus 2001 is much faster than the 2000?" Susan asked again.

Draco's eyes lit up. Pansy was all too familiar with that expression; Draco would transform into a completely different person whenever Quidditch was mentioned.

"Of course, the dive speed has increased by at least 20 percent, and the balance is much better. I tried diving from a height of 30 feet, and I didn't even wobble when I landed."

"Thirty feet?" Justin gasped. "Wouldn't that be terrifying?"

Draco raised his chin smugly.

"That's right. Once I can join the team, I'll definitely crush those Gryffindors."

Justin leaned over from the side.

What position do you play?

"The Chaser," Draco said, his voice brimming with pride. "I'm not on the team yet, but I think it'll be soon. My dad said he'll definitely get me in next year."

Justin's eyes lit up.

"The chaser? That's the scoring position! Seize the opportunity and attack the opponent's goal relentlessly, ending with the whole stadium cheering—that's so cool!"

Draco's expression softened; it was rare for someone to praise his Quidditch skills so earnestly. The usual reaction was, "Oh, the Chaser," or "You must be a great flyer."

"You play Quidditch too?" he asked.

"I really enjoy watching Quidditch!" Justin nodded vigorously. "Although I'm not a very good flyer, I really like Quidditch. I always go and watch our college team practice."

Draco nodded.

"Being a ball chaser is good too. It's just tiring."

The two of them actually started chatting, and they were having a very lively conversation.

Hannah watched this scene in disbelief.

She whispered to Susan, "Malfoy—he doesn't seem so scary after all?"

Susan nodded, pretending to be nonchalant, and took a sip of her tea.

"It wasn't that scary, was it? After all, we're classmates."

Hannah was clearly taken aback by Susan's answer. She looked down at her teacup, and recalling how her fingers had trembled with nervousness, she suddenly found it somewhat amusing.

No matter how terrifying Malfoy is, can he be more terrifying than Professor Snape, that greasy old bat?

Halfway through the tea, the atmosphere gradually relaxed.

Pansy and Hannah chatted about the latest trend in wizard costumes. Pansy discovered that Hannah knew quite a lot about them – which tailors were skilled, which fabrics were comfortable, and which styles were popular this year. Hannah was surprisingly knowledgeable about all of these.

"Where did you buy that pink shirt?" Pansy asked.

Hannah shook her head: "I didn't buy it. My mom made it for me."

"Your mother can sew clothes?" Pansy asked in surprise.

"Yes, she's incredibly skilled. She made all my clothes when I was little. Even after I came to Hogwarts, she insisted on making me new robes. She said the robes outside were expensive and didn't fit."

Justin picked up a penny sandwich, looked at it, and suddenly asked, "I've always been curious, Your Highness, why do you cut sandwiches to this size, and make them perfectly round?"

"Traditionally, anyone who serves the royal family pointed food is trying to overthrow the monarchy," Henry said with a laugh. "However, there is another explanation: Prince Albert, Queen Victoria's husband, believed that eating food shaped like a coffin was unlucky, so he would make sandwiches round."

"So that's how it is—" The people around suddenly realized.

Draco glanced at Henry and silently remembered those words.

In the future, if the family invites His Highness to dinner, please remember to tell Dad not to serve His Highness a normal-shaped sandwich.

Look, this is tradition.

As we chatted, the topic somehow shifted to unicorns.

Hannah suddenly asked, "Your Highness, I heard you have a very good relationship with unicorns?"

Henry paused for a moment and put down his teacup.

Draco, Pansy, and Daphne all looked at him, and even Theodore, who had been somewhat silent, raised his head.

"Yes," Henry said. "It was injured before and stayed with Hagrid for a while."

Hannah's eyes lit up, and she leaned forward slightly.

"Could you tell me? I've never seen a unicorn before. Are they really only friendly with pure-hearted people?"

Henry thought for a moment and briefly described the process of the unicorn's injury, treatment, and recovery.

He didn't mention the things in the Forbidden Forest, especially the things that couldn't be said. He only talked about what could be said: how it was discovered, how it was cared for, and how it slowly recovered.

After all, no one would believe that Avada Kedavra had done anything to Voldemort, even if it were told.

This is absolutely outrageous. Even with a dark magician—and a ring left by our ancestors—it's still too far-fetched.

Several people listened intently.

"Is it really close to you?" Susan asked.

"Yes." Henry nodded.

"Why?" Susan asked again.

"Maybe it's because I didn't hurt it when it was at its most vulnerable," Henry sighed.

Pansy and Susan exchanged a glance and nodded thoughtfully.

Hannah whispered, "Then His Highness must be a good person."

"right."

Susan chimed in, "The choice of unicorns is never wrong, just like the Qilin."
