I don’t know if it’s the sequelae of COVID-19 or the reason why I gained weight due to less exercise.

During this period, as long as your work and rest are irregular, and you stay up late and sleep for a few days, you will have inexplicable palpitations. You will feel that your heart is beating very fast, and you will feel panicked.

And the strangest thing is that during the day, nothing happens. At night, when people calm down and think about things and code, or lie in bed and sleep, panic will come. There will be a feeling of rapid heartbeat and panic. , but the pulse test is normal, beating 7/80 times a minute.

An author friend I know in the author group had similar symptoms to me. He went to the hospital for a check-up, and his heartbeat was normal. The doctor said it was not a heart problem, but some kind of autonomic nerve disorder, and that he should just rest more and exercise to lose weight.

I’m not sure if I have the same disease as him, but considering my living conditions, routine, and weight gain during this period, I guess it should be caused by personal life reasons.
