Chapter 96 Settling the Incident

Chapter 96 Settling the Incident

"Why did you try to fool me with a fake gold ring?" Jennifer was very annoyed.

"Because I want to move you to stay with me, so I can use you to make money."

Matt was already half-dead from the beating, but he continued to confess his crimes: "You're so pretty, you'd be very popular as a high-class prostitute. I could easily send you to my new boss or some other high-class person so he could hire me and give me a chance to make money."

"You son of a bitch!!" Zhang Ailun, who was trying to stop the group from causing a fatal accident, couldn't stand it anymore.

Releasing his grip on Jason's hand, he rushed forward and kicked him squarely in the face. "Are you even human?"

Matt's nose bled profusely, two of his teeth broke, and he collapsed to the ground, instantly losing consciousness.

"Dude! You kicked him to death!!" Jason exclaimed in shock. "We've been fighting for so long and nothing's as violent as your kick!"

Zhang Ailun calmed down and said, "No, I was careful with my footing. He's still alive."

"What are we going to do with this guy? He's broke, he's spent it all on hiring people and buying guns, he's a complete scoundrel." Sig remained calm and rational throughout, observing without being impulsive enough to go up and beat him up.

He simply examined the pistol he had picked up from the ground, glanced at it, and saw that it was an unmarked black gun.

Zhang Ailun turned to look at the equally indignant Old Black man, and an idea struck him. "$2000, and this man is yours. You can take him away and do whatever you want with him!"

"We don't have that much money," Old Black said helplessly. "Although we really want to teach this guy a lesson, $2000 is just too high. We don't even have money for food."

"Then there's nothing we can do."

Zhang Ailun shrugged and looked at Jason, "The only thing we can do is notify the hospital to arrest them all and cut off their kidneys. Do you know how much a kidney is worth on the black market?"

Jason immediately replied in agreement, "At least $26!"

He took out his phone, searched for prices, and loudly recited: "Eyes $1525, scalp $607, skull and teeth $1200, hands and arms $385, shoulders $500, coronary arteries $1500, heart $119,000, liver $157,000, kidneys $262,000, 0.5L of blood $337 per pint, spleen and stomach $508, small intestine $2519, gallbladder $1219, 1 square inch of skin $10."

"No!!!" Hearing that he was about to be tortured, Matt, who had been lying sprawled on the ground, instantly snapped awake and hurriedly pleaded, "I have money! I still have some money!"

"You've got money again, you idiot?" Jason couldn't take it anymore and slapped him again. "Do you think we won't dare kill you?"

"That money isn't just mine, at least I haven't earned it yet. Okay, I admit, I got insider information that a batch of teacup fox keychains would enter the virtual market in two days. The price would drop from $1 to $0.32, and then quickly rise to $1.92. As long as I bought in at $0.32 and sold them in bulk at around $1.9, I could make money! Believe me! That's what I was hoping to rely on to turn my life around!" Matt pleaded desperately.

"Do you believe it?" Jason turned to look at the crowd.

"How can you trust this guy who's full of lies?" Fitz scoffed.

"Let's just take him to the hospital. He should be fine. $26 is a good deal!"

"I'm serious!! I have information on this, and I've made money through it several times already!" Matt was terrified and quickly took out his phone to log into a trading app, showing everyone the funds in his account, totaling $29640.

Zhang Ailun picked up the phone and examined it for a moment. Seeing the messages on social media, he hesitated slightly, "Why does this thing look so much like a pig butchering scam?"

"Definitely!"

Jason asserted, "Strangers would never share their methods for making money. If they did, it's definitely because they want you to take over their schemes and profit from you."

"Even at this point, you're still thinking about lying?" Everyone was increasingly disgusted with this guy. Did he really think they were fools?

"No!! I'm not lying this time. I'm calling the person who leaked the information right now!"

Matt was determined to prove himself. But after a series of actions, he was somewhat dumbfounded.

"Fxxk! I told him I was out of money, I'd lost it all, and he blocked me!"

"..."

Talent!

After hesitating for a moment, Matt said, "At least the money in the account is real! If you trust me just this once, I'll go and withdraw all the money from the account right now, including my friends'! That's $29640!"

"We are not interested in your friend's money."

Zhang Ailun had no interest in continuing to argue with this guy; being friends with him was the worst luck imaginable.

Matt assured, "There's $2 in there that's mine! This really is my last bit of money."

"Now you can go to the nearest service station to withdraw cash. There should be an ATM there. Jason, you drive. Sig, you go with the other two."

Zhang Ailun warned, "Don't try anything funny, and don't let me see you again! If there's a next time, your body parts will definitely end up on the black market!"

"I promise there will never be a next time." Matt was on the verge of tears.

Zhang Ailun then warned the black men, "You guys too, remember this: don't come to Fifth Street unless it's absolutely necessary. My name is Humbert Juan King!"

The boys nodded repeatedly, promising not to do it again.

As punishment, they were made to walk back to the city. It was the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere, and the chances of encountering coyotes and robbers were quite high.

The Adventures of Little Blackie.

"Actually, getting a car is already a great deal."

Zhang Ailun and the others boarded the RV to wait for Jason and his companion's return, saying, "The $2 in the account might not even belong to that guy."

Fitz used video call to chat with Jason, who also occasionally probed Fitz and managed to get him to reveal that only $7250 of the money was actually his own, and the rest was from financing he had previously obtained from colleagues.

"Why does this guy always lie? Even after being beaten several times, he still doesn't change?"

Dominic was puzzled; it was the first time he had encountered such a stubborn and argumentative person.

If you dumped him in Hiroshima or Nagasaki, a little boy and a fat man would probably be left with nothing but mouths.

"Jason! Teach him a lesson!!" Jennifer was a little angry.

"We'll talk about it when he can't get the money out there," Jason said, somewhat annoyed.

Not long after, they drove to the service station. Jason got out of the car and watched him withdraw money. In the end, the guy gritted his teeth and withdrew $2500.

Jason was so angry he laughed.

"Fxxk you!!" A fist slammed into his face.

$2, $7250, $2500? You're really stubborn even when you're about to die!

After much deliberation, the group decided to give him another beating and then leave him to fend for himself in the suburbs. He was already barely breathing; it would be impolite to hit him any further.

Jason drove back with Sieg, grumbling and cursing, with $2500 in his hand. "That's not enough money for everyone to divide!"

Fortunately, the matter was easily resolved, and they even made a profit of a car and a Ghost Gun.
