Chapter 24 Don't even think about it

Stepping out of Lilimarta's villa, Kate picked up the phone and called Ian: "Where are you?"

"Leaving the mountain villa, there's a white van on the street to the right."

"Aren't you going to ask me what I'm going to do?"

"No need to ask, Kate baby, you know I can always see where things are headed," Ian chuckled softly.

Kate: "..."

Ten minutes later, Kate walked out of the manor.

He smiled at Kate and said, "Please come in."

Kate was somewhat speechless: "Don't tell me you heard my footsteps."

"A reporter's intuition." Ian gestured for her to get in the car and closed the door again.

The car was full of surveillance cameras. Kate sat down next to her, and on the monitors, Lily Marta was indulging in debauchery.
