Phil Coulson felt a headache coming on.

Don't be fooled by the fact that S.H.I.E.L.D. is a secret law enforcement agency jointly established by the five superpowers, which may sound impressive to outsiders.

But only family members know their own affairs.

If the Sentinel Special Operations Service was established to act as a firewall between ordinary people and the ever-growing number of mutants, then S.H.I.E.L.D. is facing the entire supernatural world.

What does the entire extraordinary world refer to?

This doesn't just refer to mutants, but also witches, demons... even sorcerers, werewolves, and vampires.

Extraordinary beings come in all shapes and sizes, and S.H.I.E.L.D.'s responsibility is to prevent and protect ordinary people from coming into contact with them.

but……

It's impossible.

Although S.H.I.E.L.D. has branches all over the world and a large number of agents, it has very few high-end combat capabilities that it can offer.

Things were a bit better when the founder, Ms. Peggy Carter, was around.

For well-known reasons, when Ms. Peggy Carter was in office, she could still leverage her connections to get help from members of the long-disbanded Howling Commandos, and thus help S.H.I.E.L.D. to maneuver among various supernatural beings.

The superhumans in the Howling Commandos were only helping out because of their acknowledged captain, Steve Rogers.

Even after Ms. Peggy Carter stepped down, members of the Howling Commandos still occasionally helped S.H.I.E.L.D.

but……

That friendship has been over for so many years, and it's long gone, especially after the new director of S.H.I.E.L.D. took office, that friendship just died out.

The answer is that the slaves have ridden on their masters' heads.

It is well known that supernatural beings have long lifespans and are more or less conservative and stubborn.

In their time, certain skin colors were synonymous with slavery.

Now the slaves have become masters, and are even ordering them around?

This is utterly upside down!

Therefore, with the complete end of the connection between S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Howling Commandos, the illusion that S.H.I.E.L.D. could act as the leader of both the ordinary and extraordinary worlds also completely disappeared.

Now it's 2011, and S.H.I.E.L.D. has not only failed to re-enter the Extraordinary World, but even the vampire informant they managed to recruit was dragged out of his room and killed yesterday.

And that's not the main point.

The key point is that their vampire informant, Lindsay, said that the extraordinary vampires in New York City seem to be making some big moves recently.

This is why the Trident of S.H.I.E.L.D. was arranged in such a neat and orderly manner in New York City.

But they were still a step too late.

The informant is dead, and they can't even retrieve his ashes.

but……

The vampire informant is dead, but the vampire hunter is still alive.

Coulson rubbed his temples to calm himself down, glanced at Blade beside him, and thought to himself.

Blade was the first superhuman being recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D.

The kind that absorbs things voluntarily.

Over the years, Blade has been the one to handle many of the vampire cases that S.H.I.E.L.D. has encountered.

In return, SHIELD provides Blade with cover while also providing funding so that Blade can focus on fighting the vampires.

This is why Locke couldn't find Blade even after searching for almost a year and a half.

With the advanced technology of S.H.I.E.L.D., making someone completely invisible is incredibly easy.

This thought is on my mind.

Coulson looked at Blade with an expression that said, "We can only rely on you now."

Blade glanced at Coulson and nodded. "I'm planning to go to Satan's Bar tonight."

Satan Bar, a hidden vampire lair in Brooklyn, is where many vampires gather for a nightly revelry.

He already knew about Satan's Bar, and when he found out, he couldn't wait to go there that very night and unleash his weapons to wreak havoc.

But S.H.I.E.L.D. stopped him, saying it was an opportunity, a channel to learn more about the inner workings of the New York City vampires.

It was around this time that Lindsay, the vampire, was turned by them and trained as an informant, entering the Satan Bar every day to listen to the news circulating in the vampire social circle.

But now that Lindsay is dead, there's no need for Satan Bar to exist anymore.

Blade Runner plans to take it down tonight; this is a good opportunity to lure the enemy out.

He was also very curious about what the vampires in New York City were secretly plotting.

Coulson thought about it and didn't try to stop him.

"Do you need our help?"

"Need not."

Blade shook his head, then looked at Coulson, grinned, revealing his two rows of white teeth: "I'm a professional."

Coulson does not deny this.

but……

Coulson thought for a moment and said, "Just in case, I'll leave Natasha in New York City. If anything happens in the open, Natasha can help you."

Blade thought for a moment and nodded.

"it is good."

"I'm fine."

Natasha, who was driving, gave the same answer.

after awhile.

The vehicle stopped on the side of the road in a Brooklyn block. After Blade got out of the car, it started up again and drove straight away.

Sentinel Special Operations Bureau.

Forty floors.

Information Command Center.

The large screen is connected to the Sentinel satellite, and the image of the Blade Runner getting out of the vehicle is clearly visible under the satellite image.

Locke crossed his arms and watched the Blade Runner, who was now completely exposed under the Sentinel satellite imaging, narrowing his eyes.

Blade was curious about him.

Skillful.

He was the same.

After all, Blade is the main character, and wherever he is, there are bound to be vampires.

and so……

By following Blade, he'll never lack vampires, and with vampires, he'll never lack extraordinary points.

"grass!"

"If I had known I would be transported here, I should have watched the entire Blade series even with my eyes half-closed."

"Miscalculation."

Locke sighed inwardly.

He has read almost all of the Marvel comics and movies, but only those with more normal aesthetic tastes.

He watched a hero like Blade, who didn't fit his aesthetic, for a while, but found he couldn't connect with the protagonist, so he simply stopped watching.

He didn't even know Blade's name.

Otherwise, he wouldn't have spent a year and a half trying to find Blade.

That said, what is the Blade movie actually about?

Locke frowned, thinking.

Just then.

The door to the information command center opened, and Brown and Jack walked in, looking excited.

Brown walked excitedly to Locke's side: "We've found the location of Satan's Bar."

Locke raised an eyebrow: "So fast? Wasn't it said that the company registered for this bar was a shell company?"

Brown shook his head: "Debbie reviewed half a month's worth of surveillance footage and traced Lindsay's movements step by step after she left home, eventually finding the exact location of Satan's Bar."

Locke: "..."
