Chapter 311 Sea King

Smallville, a small town.

Eastside.

The area has a large stretch of beach and is bustling with people.

People wearing all sorts of shorts and skirts gathered on the beach.

Summers in Kansas are undoubtedly hot.

"So, you two are serious about your outfits?"

Standing on Smallville Beach, Lana and Chloe looked at Gino and Clark with rather speechless expressions.

The two stood side by side, like two brothers in distress.

But what's most baffling is what they were wearing.

Using a mysterious magic trick to conceal their true appearance, Geno and Clark wore SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star underwear.

"What? I think it's pretty good."

Gino shrugged and said, "There's a saying in the East that goes, 'A man is a boy until he dies.'"

Wherever there is an ant nest, there will be an ant queen.

The sun is shining brightly, and the air is getting hotter and hotter.

Clark gazed at the azure lake, where many people were already enjoying the cool water and letting the heat on their skin dissipate.

"I'll go first."

Clark plunged into the water like a swordfish, splashing up a large spray of water.

"Let's get down together!"

Clark shouted to the crowd.

Lana and Chloe couldn't wait to rush into the water.

"Gino!"

Clark bobbed up and down in the lake, keeping an eye on Gino on the beach.

The boy gave Gino a bright smile: "Why aren't you coming down?"

"I?"

Gino glanced at the lake. Too many people were swimming in this area, and inevitably some of them were inconsiderate and polluted the water.

So Gino didn't feel like swimming in those waters.

"Okay, your loss."

Clark shrugged and turned to plunge into the water.

"That's deep water, let's go swimming!"

Lana suggested it to Chloe, but Chloe, who wasn't a good swimmer, shook her head and refused: "Never mind, I'll just wander around the shore."

"All right."

Lana didn't try to persuade her further, and instead swam in the water, swinging her arms.

As she swam towards deeper water, a piece of seaweed got tangled around the girl's ankle.

"I!"

Lana didn't have time to call for help before she was entangled in the seaweed and pulled into the water.

"Gurgle!"

Lake water poured into her nasal cavity through her nostrils, and Lana's struggles during the drowning made her struggle even more intense.

"Lana!"

Seeing the goddess in danger, Clark, who was not far away, immediately spread his arms and plunged into the murky water to swim towards her.

In the dim light of the lakebed, only pairs of legs could be seen swaying.

The lake water was murky all around.

Seeing Lana entangled in the water, Clark swam anxiously toward the girl.

"Whoosh!"

But then, a wave of water came from behind, like a torpedo, sweeping past Clark and suddenly tearing off the seaweed to pick up Lana.

"Splash!"

A burly figure leaped out of the water, creating a large wave. A blond, blue-eyed white youth carried the unconscious Lana to the shore and then pressed his hands on her abdomen.

"One two one!"

With rhythmic chest compressions, Lana, who had been unconscious, suddenly opened her eyes and vomited a large amount of dirty water.

"Cough cough cough!"

Lana coughed as she looked around, still shaken.

Just now, she felt like she almost died!

As her consciousness gradually returned to her body, Lana looked around and quickly spotted Arthur standing not far away, grinning foolishly.

"Thank you for saving me!?"

Lana looked at the blond young man in front of her with a puzzled expression.

The man had a buzz cut and a muscular build. He was looking at Lana with a roguish smile: "It's okay, you need to be careful."

"Lana!"

Just as the two were talking, Clark arrived at the shore.

The boy lightly leaped out of the water and jogged to the middle of the two.

Clark was extremely wary of the mysterious young man who had suddenly appeared, and of the astonishing speed he displayed underwater.

Ultimately, there was no way around it; from Genomi to Watt, one supervillain after another left Clark with deep psychological trauma.

The town has never had a peaceful day, and this blond youth might be some kind of villain.

Silently standing in front of Lana, Clark smiled and looked at her, saying, "Hello, thank you so much for saving Lana."

"Hello,"

The burly man smiled and stroked his blond hair: "My name is Arthur."

"Clark".

"Hello, Clark."

Arthur smiled and extended his hand to shake hands with Clark.

Clasp his hands together, feeling the force in them, and Clark squinted slightly as he tightened his grip.

But Arthur's expression remained unchanged, which further convinced Clark that the other party was no ordinary person.

Most people would only cry out in pain from the force they just exerted.

The two arms are separated.

"Hello, I'm a tourist here and would like to ask how to get to Luther Castle."

Arthur scratched his head and stared at everyone, asking a question.

"Luther Castle?"

Hearing Arthur's question, everyone's expressions turned strange.

Are they here to cause trouble for Gino?

But everyone in the world knows Gino’s strength. The last one to cause trouble, Barbatos, has long since turned to ashes and scattered all over the ground.

"What do you want with Luther Castle?" In the end, it was Gino who asked, staring at Arthur curiously and comparing his appearance to the goofy Aquaman in his memory.

But the result was very disappointing.

This Aquaman looks much younger; he's not the middle-aged, bearded Aquaman from the movie version.

"Yes, because I know he's the leader of the Justice League."

Arthur's expression was serious, and he said earnestly, "I have something very important to tell him!"

Upon hearing Arthur's words, everyone exchanged bewildered glances.

What could be so important?

"Then you can tell me."

Gino stepped forward and patted Arthur on the shoulder with a smile, just like a kind elder.

"you?"

Arthur looked at the black-haired Asian youth in front of him (Gino used his appearance from his previous life because of nostalgia; readers who don't know what he looks like should look in the mirror themselves).

"That's right, it's me." Gino gently touched his cheek, and with a flash of light, the Asian face disappeared, replaced by a blond boy.

He stared at Arthur, whose face was filled with shock, and chuckled as he said:

"I am Gino Luther."

Gino Luther.

Arthur dared to say that this was the first time he had ever seen Gino.

Previously, this boy could only be seen on television, in news reports, and in newspapers.

But seeing the boy up close, Arthur knew the media hadn't lied; it wasn't just his looks, but also his strength and charisma.

If Clark is a warm sun, then Gino is the deep universe.

Just by standing there, he gives people a feeling of being unfathomable and incredibly reliable.

"Gulp." Looking at Gino, Arthur felt his legs go weak, as if he had met his idol.

"Wait, I don't like people kneeling before me." Gino grabbed Arthur, who was about to fall, and asked directly, "Just tell me what you have to say."
