Chapter 30 The Adventures of Gray

At the same time that Gino returned to his own sprawling castle, which was staffed with countless servants.

In the deserted woods, a small figure slowly awoke.

"My head!" Gray clutched his neck in pain as he stood up.

After a brief mental breakdown, panic filled Gray's pimple-covered face.

"How did I faint?"

"Where's my camera?"

Gray rubbed his sore eyes and looked around, but couldn't find his camera.

"Where did it go?"

Gray was in a state of turmoil. If anyone saw what was in the camera, he would definitely end up in jail, and along the way, be bombarded with insults by the black men.

He desperately wanted to find the camera, but the dimly lit sky above interrupted his thoughts.

A flicker of panic crossed his face.

"Damn it, I slept through the whole night, that old woman is going to kill me."

My mind was in turmoil; my fear of my mother overwhelmed my desire to find the camera.

Gray hurriedly picked up his backpack and ran into the depths of the dense forest.

Pushing aside the dense bushes, I darted out of the woods along the familiar path and found my little green Beetle on the dirt road.

"Buzz!"

Grey started the car and drove the old vehicle toward home.

"Click".

The white wooden door was gently pushed open, and Gray slowly pushed it open, cautiously peeking out his head.

Through his reflective glasses, Gray saw his mother sitting on the sofa in the living room.

However, the television in the living room was playing clips of Lana and her boyfriend laughing and joking.

"Bang!"

Hearing the commotion behind him, Gray's mother, a slightly plump middle-aged woman, turned cold and glared angrily at Gray, who was hiding in the corner.

"Is this how you usually spend your time? Taking pictures of a girl without her permission."

Seeing his family's secret exposed, Gray became enraged and rushed forward, snatching the tape from his mother's hand and yelling at her, "You have no right to enter my room!"

"You dare talk to me about qualifications?" Gray's mother glared at her. "I'm even friends with Lana's aunt. How am I supposed to face her after you've done something like this?"

"That's between you two!" Gray hurriedly shoved the cassette tape into his backpack.

"You disgust me, Gray."

The woman stared coldly at the son she had raised, pressing him for an answer: "Answer me, you didn't come home tonight, did you go and secretly film Lana?"

"No!"

Gary took a deep breath and turned to look at his mother: "I was just collecting insects tonight."

The woman sneered, her eyes filled with disgust: "Another disgusting hobby, an interest in insects."

"Insects aren't disgusting!" Gray roared in response, as if the louder the voice, the more justified he was.

"Whatever."

Gray's mother took a deep breath, suppressing her disappointment and anger towards her son, and said coldly, "I'll send you to training school tomorrow, and those damned bugs you keep in the house will also disappear from my sight!"

When he heard the old woman say she was going to send him to the military training base, Gray's expression remained unchanged, but when he heard that the woman was going to kill his bugs as well, a look of panic appeared on Gray's face.

"My bugs?!"

Gray watched as the woman entered the room to contact the school administrator.

Who will take care of his precious insects after he's gone?

"Ta-da!"

Gray rushed into his room on the second floor like a gust of wind.

Push open the door.

The room that comes into view is filled with glass cabinets.

Inside the glass case, countless strangely shaped insects fluttered their wings and wriggled their bodies.

"They are so beautiful."

Gary stared at the insects with fascination. He went to a glass box and stared intently at the crickets inside.

A few greenish stones, mixed in with the damp soil, hit the outside of the glass box.

"I have to get rid of them, these lovely little elves."

With a deep, melancholy look in his eyes, Gray picked up a few jars and went to the window, gazing at his car.

"Buzz".

The old car made a "crunching" sound.

Wearing glasses, Gray had one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding a can.

"Don't worry, little ones, I'll take you to a safe place."

Gray muttered to himself, and when he looked up, a sharp bend appeared in the distance.

"Shit!"

The man cursed angrily, gripped the steering wheel with both hands, and swerved to turn the car.

"Bang!"

The glass jar, having lost its support, crashed onto the car door and shattered.

"Oh, damn it!"

Several green-glowing insects broke free from their restraints and fluttered their wings, jumping and leaping inside the car.

Every now and then, some insects would use their mouthparts to bite Gary.

"No, no!" Gray cried out in terror. The insects kept jumping and flying, their dense numbers obscuring Gray's vision and making it impossible for him to see the road.

"No!"

In the pitch-black night sky, accompanied by a terrified scream, the Volkswagen Beetle lurched and crashed violently into a field dam.

"Bang!"

As black smoke billowed up, a green light flashed inside the Beetle.

weekend.

Gino was gently woken up by the maids.

"What time is it?"

Gino rubbed his eyes, picked up the milk the maid handed him, and took a sip.

"It's twelve o'clock, young master," the maid replied respectfully, adding, "Your classmates are here to see you."

"You instructed the butler beforehand to let them into the castle when they come to see you."

"They're waiting in the lobby now."

"classmate?"

Gino raised an eyebrow, curiously pulled back the covers, and stepped out of bed in his slippers.

"Who is it? Clark? Or Chloe and the others?"

Gino yawned and walked downstairs in his pajamas.

Inside the hall, the trio sat on the sofa.

Good morning, everyone.

Gino glanced at Clark and Little Black Pete.

These two losers stood with their legs together, looking like they didn't know where to look.

It's no wonder they lacked self-control; the maids in the manor were simply too tempting.

Good morning, Gino.

Chloe stood up with a smile, waved to Gino, and then gently twisted her body, causing her turquoise pleated skirt to swirl.

The girl raised an eyebrow and winked at Gino: "Is it pretty?"

"Not bad." Gino shrugged, patted Chloe on the shoulder with a smile, then turned to Clark and the other man: "Have you had breakfast yet?"

Clark nodded and replied, "I've eaten, but have you done your homework?"

"Homework?" Gino was slightly taken aback, somewhat confused. "What homework?"

"Uh, biology homework?" Little Black peeked out and picked up the thread: "We each need to catch an insect to make a specimen. I was wondering if you'd like to come."

"Catching bugs?" Gino seemed uninterested; he wasn't particularly interested in insects.

"Yeah, catching bugs." Chloe looked at Gino expectantly. "Want to come along?"

Gino originally intended to refuse.

But glancing at Clark's sullen face, a smile appeared in his eyes: "Of course, I'm willing to go."

He wanted to know why Clark was unhappy today.

Two days have passed, and the relationship between Clark and Jonathan should have improved somewhat. So, who exactly made Clark unhappy?

Detective Foulkino has officially launched.

Thank you so much, Mr. HM, who wants to get stronger, for the 500 coins! Thank you so much, big shot! (bowing deeply in gratitude~)
