Chapter 185 with Diana II

Throughout human history, there have been instances of children raised by wolves.

They live and hunt with wolves, and their lifestyle is no different from that of wolves. When captured by humans, they are unable to adapt to human society.

Gino always believed that what kind of person a person will become in the future is inseparable from their living environment.

Have the Amazons ever seen a man?

Gino answered that she had seen it. According to Amazonian tradition, they would sail away from the islands every now and then to the stars and the sea, and then look for crew members to imitate the story of the mermaids.

Every group has its dirty and ugly side, but the Queen clearly protected Diana very well, keeping her unaware of these sordid affairs hidden in the shadows.

"You won't," Diana smiled, reaching out to splash the water in front of her, causing ripples to spread. The girl grinned charmingly, "You're not planning to take a bath fully clothed, are you?"

After a brief exchange, the two had clearly grown closer, and given Diana's kind nature, she was now even daring to joke with Gino.

After all, this boy who called himself "God" was not as aloof as a deity.

"Of course not." Under Diana's gaze, Gino gently pulled off his short-sleeved shirt, revealing a muscular physique. His neatly arranged eight-pack abs proved that the boy regularly trained.

Beneath those perfect muscles lies an incredibly terrifying and explosive power.

After removing his black sweatpants, leaving him in only shorts, Gino strode towards the pool.

"Wait a minute, this isn't fair." Diana winked mischievously, stood up like a ballerina, and twirled around, her intention clear: "As a friend, you should be like me, and we should be completely honest with each other."

"Or perhaps," Diana said, biting her lip like a cunning witch as she looked at the expressionless Gino, "you're shy?"

"Shy?" Gino sighed. "Alright, it was your own request, so don't blame me."

Accompanied by the shedding of cumbersome objects.

A sharp dagger came into Diana's view.

Silence, a long silence.

After a brief silence, a terrified scream shattered the stillness of the night.

"Wait! What's that?" Diana slipped and fell into the water like a clumsy diver.

But those large eyes were fixed on Gino's short sword, and he murmured, "What... what is that?"

"And why is yours so long?"

Zeus above, Diana couldn't understand it. That short sword was almost half the length of her forearm. Wouldn't it be inconvenient for Gino to fight with it?

"That's the difference between men and women." Gino ignored the burning gaze and stepped into the pool, feeling the warm lake water soaking his body, the gentle flow washing away some of his mental fatigue.

"The difference between men and women," Diana murmured to herself. She glanced at Gino, then looked down at her own reflection.

Short sword and scabbard?

It must be said that, as a princess of the Amazons, the intelligent Diana only took a few seconds to figure out the cause and effect of the matter, as well as the use of the dagger.

Some distant memories suddenly began to haunt Diana.

She remembered seeing weapons similar to short swords when she was a child, rummaging through the houses of some of her elders.

His once calm face now showed signs of panic.

An ambiguous atmosphere permeated the air.

With strange thoughts swirling in her mind, Diana became increasingly flustered, her face flushed, and her breathing quickened.

He turned his gaze to Gino, only to find that the other was also observing him. Their eyes met, and they remained silent.

A faint sense of shame washed over her. As she reached up to cover the view below her abdomen, Diana felt only absurdity and laughter. She was somewhat amused by her own foolishness.

Despite Ginobili having previously stated his position, he insisted that the other party take off his clothes.

"So," Diana turned her head, trying to avoid looking at the terrifying dagger, "that's what men are like?"

"No, it's three or four times as many as them." Gino said casually. Generally speaking, he wouldn't go to the toilet at school to avoid his classmates from hitting their heads on the tiles because they were too self-conscious, and also to avoid being called "Big Dick" by himself.

"Okay, alright." After mentally labeling Gino as having formidable strength, Diana added another label to Gino: "exceptionally talented."

It has to be said, this man is simply too outstanding. Diana didn't know what was wrong with her, she just felt that her current state was a bit strange.

"Splash splash splash".

Water flows down the pool above, and the rising mist makes everything inside the pool look hazy.

Looking down at herself, Diana inexplicably raised her head and, through the mist, looked at Gino: "So, what do you think of me, um, how am I?"

The figure on the other side of the mist seemed to pause slightly, and after a long while, a clear voice rang out softly: "Very beautiful, very pretty."

A strange emotion welled up inside me, as sweet as honey and as if I had received praise from an elder.

My initially bad mood instantly brightened.

"Diana, you're such an idiot!" The girl rubbed her cheek, avoiding Gino's gaze, and gently brushed aside her messy, damp hair with her other hand, feigning nonchalance as she asked, "So, which country started the war outside?"

Gino simply smiled at the girl's clumsy attempt to change the subject, looked up at the stars above, and said, "Germany."

"Then Ares is very likely hiding in Germany!" Diana bit her lip. "We should stop him!"

Diana's obsession with killing Ares overcame her inner shame. She looked up at Gino, her expression serious: "Can you help me?"

Gino leaned against the cold stone wall and casually asked, "Why?"

"Because you're my only good friend."

Silence. Gino was speechless at Diana's answer. So, what really restrained his cunning was his straightforwardness and sincerity?

Thinking about the cause and effect of this matter, according to the historical timeline, it was indeed Diana who killed Ares and stopped the war. So, as long as the result is not changed, how the process unfolds is not important.

Thinking of this, Gino recalled a DC joke: supposedly, when Barry's mother was murdered, the house was filled with Barries.

"Alright, I can help you." Gino lowered his head, gazing at the girl whose face was flushed. "But on the condition that you use something to defeat Ares."

"We've defined our goals, developed a plan, and are now in the second phase."

Listening to Gino's words, Diana nodded in agreement, while also beginning to think about how to kill Ares.

He was retrieving relevant memories from his mind.

As time passed, Diana opened her eyes wide, smiled happily, and said, "I've got it!"

"In a side hall of my mother's palace, there is a tall tower that houses the artifacts left behind by Zeus."
