Chapter 118 The Weak Angel

Humiliation, anger, pain.

A mix of complex emotions crashed against Gabriel's heart like waves crashing against rocks.

Humiliation, the ultimate humiliation.

Throughout his thousands of years of existence, Gabriel has been a god who dwells high above the heavens, looking down upon the human world.

He is God's most beloved angel, and He is the standard for all angels.

but.

The once high and mighty archangel was now being slammed into the wall like a dead dog, his face pressed down.

For God's creation, that solid cement wall could not harm it in the slightest.

But it's like being spat on during an argument; it's not very harmful, but extremely insulting.

"Humans, die!"

As a creation of God, Gabriel also possessed profound combat experience. He drew the Seraphim Sword and stabbed the boy in the chest.

He will pierce this man's chest, and the indestructible sword of the seraph will burn his heart.

However, the anticipated divine punishment did not materialize.

The sharp sword that Gabriel was so proud of seemed to have struck a cold stone, its momentum momentarily halted.

"Clang!"

The artifact struck his skin, sending sparks flying in all directions. The cold reality felt like a slap across Gabriel's face, leaving him dizzy.

His Seraph's Sword couldn't even wound the opponent?!

For the first time, Gabriel felt a surge of fear.

"Snapped!"

My wrist was grabbed and then gently twisted.

"Click!"

A crisp cracking sound echoed through the room, and Gabriel's handsome face contorted in pain.

He felt his hands suddenly go empty; the Seraphim's sword had been taken by that mortal?!

"This sword is good; it's mine."

Gino pressed Gabriel against the wall with one hand, while toying with the Seraph's Sword with the other.

"asshole!"

Gabriel tilted his head back and forced out a vicious curse through clenched teeth.

He suddenly spread his wings, which flapped wildly against his steel body, producing a sound like muffled thunder.

The thousands of wings burst open, each feather shimmering with dazzling light.

Like a peacock spreading its tail feathers, the sharp feathers instantly transform into deadly arrows.

The swirling air currents caused the robes to flutter loudly.

The marble beneath my feet is dented and broken.

Gino released Gabriel, leaping slightly backward to create distance. As he watched the angel feather hurtling towards him, a red light also shone in the boy's eyes.

Gabriel is not the only one with a means of ranged attack.

In an instant, the violent heat vision energy roared and tore apart the entire house, shattering cement and melting feathers wherever it passed.

Even the air seemed to ignite, emitting a "sizzling" sound.

Everything before me seemed to have been neatly cut in two by the Creator God.

The beam of light ignited the furniture and feathers, and the intense heat filled the entire room.

"That's impossible!"

Gabriel's eyes widened, unable to accept that his attack had been so easily thwarted.

"There are many more things you wouldn't expect, so don't be too surprised!"

Gino opened his mouth with a mocking smile, a cold smile on his face: "Because I am a miracle!"

Before he could finish speaking, a figure suddenly appeared in front of Gabriel, and Gino raised his right leg and slammed it down on Gabriel.

The powerful, heavy whip kick slammed down on the woman, but Gabriel's long combat experience allowed him to raise his hand to block it.

"boom!"

The impact of the arm and right leg produced a deafening sound, and the sound waves ignited the air, shaking the cement residue on the ground.

then,

"Bang!"

Gabriel felt a sharp pain in his arm, as if he had been shot backward by a cannonball.

He crashed through the wall and lost control of his body, flying high into the sky.

"Whoosh!"

Gino appeared above Gabriel like a bolt of lightning, raising his fist and slamming it down on the woman.

Thousands of powerful and domineering fist shadows fell like a storm.

The speed was so fast that Gabriel couldn't resist and was repeatedly hit on various parts of his skin by those ferocious fists.

"Bang bang bang!"

A series of muffled claps of thunder echoed across the night sky above the metropolis.

Chest, abdomen, arms, cheeks!

Punch after punch, and with each swing and pound of his fist, Gabriel's perfect, God-made cheeks swelled up at a visible rate.

Its body pierced through a tall building and fell onto the concrete road, then, like a bowling ball sinking into a hole, it left a deep trench dozens of meters deep in the road.

The huge cloud of dust it kicked up obscured the view.

Gino hovered high in the air, expressionless as he looked down at the road below.

At the end of the cement road, a disheveled figure staggered to his feet.

The golden blood seeping from her snow-white skin made her appear even more tragically beautiful.

Gabriel's right wing was broken and hung limply. He staggered to his feet, his severed arm hanging down, his golden eyes filled with anger and resentment.

"mortal!"

Gabriel felt his voice trembling, and his body shaking with rage.

"How dare you!?"

He truly didn't expect it, and was truly driven mad by this human.

But what Gabriel found even more unacceptable was that He felt a faint sense of fear towards this human being.

How could a god be afraid of humans?

"Don't go crazy, angel."

Gino roughly interrupted the mad Gabriel.

"You know what? What I hate most is the arrogant attitude of you angels."

"But look at yourself!"

A cold night wind blew by, and Gabriel felt a sharp pain in his throat.

He found himself leaving the ground, the steel arm gripping his neck tightly, and then, a fiery red light shone in the boy's eyes.

"Since you think humans are so weak and insignificant, then let you become him."

"Buzz!"

A red light flashed, and Gabriel felt a sharp pain in both shoulders.

The wings that symbolize the angel's sacred and pure beauty suddenly fell to the dust.

Vast swathes of golden light erupted from the wound, and Gabriel cried out in despair, "No!"

For angels, cutting off their wings means that the angel has voluntarily given up their angelic identity.

The divine power dissipated throughout her body. Gabriel smelled the acrid odor in the air. She discovered that her body seemed to have gained something that had never existed before.

"What did you do to me!? My wings!"

Gabriel let out a frenzied roar.

"It's just to let you experience the joy of being human." Gino scoffed, not even glancing at Gabriel, and tossed him on the ground like a bag of trash.

"Bang!"

The heavy shove sent waves of pain through Gabriel's internal organs.

But these pains were nothing compared to the exile he had suffered.

He lost his angelic identity and became a despicable human being.

"Gabriel? An angel?"

Gino slowly walked toward the woman who lay on the ground, her eyes vacant.

"Snapped!"

A black leather shoe stepped on Gabriel's face, and the boy's eerie voice rang out: "What a weak angel."

"Kill me!"

Gabriel, feeling utterly hopeless, closed his eyes.

"No."

Gino took off his shoes, turned and left, not forgetting to "kill his spirit": "I think leaving you to suffer in this world is the best choice."
