Chapter 26 Art is an Explosion

This thing can actually see through my illusion spell?

Murphy wasn't sure if the little elf in front of him was Dobby, but he didn't care anymore. "Petrify them all!"

The little elf's body stiffened instantly, and it fell backward. Murphy rushed to help it up, but the elf's head still hit the ground with a thud.

"Damn it!"

Murphy cursed.

Lucius, who lives next door, has heard the commotion and seems to be getting ready to come out and check.

Murphy quickly picked up the little elf and retreated rapidly into the depths of the corridor.

A door was open, and behind it was a staircase leading downwards. Murphy didn't have time to think and went down the stairs with the little elf in her arms.

Lucius went outside to take a look, found nothing unusual, and then returned to his room.

Murphy breathed a sigh of relief as he listened to Lucius's footsteps disappear. He placed the petrified house-elf on the ground and glanced around at his surroundings.

This is a cellar, with several huge wine barrels placed against the wall at the far end, and several shelves piled high with red wine.

Clearly, the Malfoys are much better off than the Darkholms.

Then he saw the things that had been taken from his factory—a huge pile of all sorts of materials and finished medicines.

Murphy put them all away.

Just as I was about to leave, my eyes caught sight of several shelves next to me.

The shelf was filled with strange things, including a skull-shaped candlestick, a hat covered in spikes, and the claw of some unknown creature. In the corner, there was even an Iron Maiden.

These items, which look like something out of a gothic chuunibyou's collection, are all carefully placed in beautifully decorated glass boxes.

Without a doubt, these are all items of dark magic.

Murphy clicked his tongue in amazement, but immediately his gaze was drawn to something in a glass box.

It was a black-covered notebook, completely unremarkable compared to the other items.

But Murphy knew what it was.

Almost instinctively, Murphy took it out of the glass case and put it into his seamless stretch bag.

It's time to leave. Although I'm curious about the other dark magic items, I don't know what kind of magic they might contain, and if I touch them rashly, I might even get killed.

Murphy thought for a moment, then looked at the little elf and asked, "Dobby?"

"Listen, Dobby, I know you're a kind elf. Your master is torturing some innocent Muggles, and I'm going to save them. I'd be very grateful if you could pretend you didn't see me. Now, I'm going to undo your spell. Don't scream later, okay?"

After saying that, Murphy lifted Dobby's petrification spell, but just to be safe, he still gagged him.

However, Dobby seemed very obedient, letting him cover his mouth without struggling at all.

"Todd, you stay here. I'm going to rescue those Muggles. If a fight breaks out up there when we get back, you can run away first."

Murphy released his grip after speaking. Seeing that Dobby didn't react, he headed towards the stairs. However, before he even stepped onto the stairs, he heard a "bang." He turned around and saw the house-elf banging its head against the wall.

"Bang! Bang!"

"Bad Dobby! Stinky Dobby! You're disobeying your master's orders! You've let an intruder escape! Bad Dobby! Bad Dobby! Bad Dobby must be punished!"

"Hey, be gentle..."

However, before Murphy could finish speaking, Dobby crashed headfirst into a wine rack.

So Murphy watched helplessly as the shelf tilted down, and then, crash, bang!

A whole row of red wine bottles was smashed on the ground.

"Merlin's stinky fart!"

Murphy put his hand to his forehead. So this kid's self-destructive habit started around this time?

But it's too late to regret it now. With such a big commotion, the higher-ups must have already reacted. We can no longer hide; we must act immediately!

After casting another Disillusionment Charm on himself, Murphy Apparated upstairs and saw a short, stout wizard who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere walking towards him.

Murphy wouldn't give him time to react, "Petrify!"

Then, with a wave of his wand, he shouted, "Vadivasi!"

He actually threw the short, fat wizard like a projectile, sending him hurtling towards several wizards in the living room.

One wizard, whose back was to him, was knocked to the ground before he could react, but the other two wizards reacted quickly. The wizard with the big red nose, realizing he couldn't see the enemy, immediately chanted the revealing spell: "Reveal!"

The other man kept a watchful eye on his surroundings, preparing to attack as soon as Murphy revealed himself, but Murphy was faster than him.

"They'll all be petrified!"

As the man was petrified, the red-nosed wizard's spell also came into play: "Petrify them all!"

Murphy quickly cast an armor spell to block it.

But Lucius had already left the room, and taking advantage of the moment when Murphy's armor charm was neutralized by the petrification charm, he threw a disarming charm at him: "Disarm you!"

The timing of the spell was perfect; Murphy's wand flew off, but luckily he was prepared. As he crouched down, he drew an old wand from his waist, aimed it at Lucius, and said, "Faint!"

"Bang!" The red-nosed wizard blasted a hole in the wall behind him, and Murphy quickly dove to the side for cover, while throwing a thunderbolt into the hall at the same time.

"Who are you!?" Lucius was unharmed, apparently he had used the armor charm to block Murphy's spell, but at this moment his hair was disheveled and he looked like a demon from the shockwave of the spell.

"This is my home!" Lucius roared. "How dare you cause trouble here!"

"Bang!" The sofa where Murphy was hiding was blown to pieces, but Murphy was nowhere to be seen behind it.

"Come out, you coward! Show yourself now!"

Murphy appeared in the hall, but his wand was pointed at the red-nosed wizard. "Out of body!"

He stood behind the red-nosed wizard. "Malfoy is planning to kill you to silence you. Go, kill him!"

The latter's eyes glazed over for a moment, then he looked at Lucius, "Lucius, you bastard! You're unconscious!"

"Damn it! Idiot!" Lucius had to cast an armor spell for protection.

Murphy seized the opportunity to gather the five hostages in front of him. He took out a rope and said to all the Muggles, "If you don't want to die, grab this rope right now!"

"Stop, Hamis! You idiot!" Lucius, having blocked several attacks from the red-nosed wizard, finally lost his patience. "Disarm you! Hang the bell upside down!"

Seeing Murphy preparing to rescue the Muggles, Lucius roared in fury, "Crush me to pieces!"

Murphy had been watching their battle closely. After Big Red Nose was hoisted up, he was already prepared. At this moment, he grabbed the short, fat wizard who had been petrified and thrown over next to him and used him as a shield.

"Bang!"

Blood splattered everywhere, and a huge hole exploded in the wizard's chest. He woke up in pain, but died instantly.

"Ah!!" The Muggles screamed in terror. Murphy immediately waved his hand, "Tongue lock! Grab the rope! Quick!!!"

At the same time, he waved his wand again, casting his second Fiendfyre spell of the day: "Here's yours for now! Blaze!"

"Whoosh!" The terrifying flames instantly engulfed the living room, igniting everything in their path.

As if that wasn't enough, Murphy threw a seamless stretch bag into the fire. Inside was a small box he had taken from the basement, containing a full twenty bottles of nitroglycerin.

"Feel the pain!"

"Art is an explosion!"
