I, Hogwarts Second Time Around.

Chapter 431 Explosion and Chapter Return

Chapter 431 Explosion and Return

"You must have mistaken me for someone else, young man."

A gentle voice came from Ron's mouth; it was still his voice, but the tone was completely different from before.

"You—" Voldemort couldn't understand what was happening. He just subconsciously raised his hand to cast the Killing Curse on 'Ron'.

But before he could react...

Then three more chains flew out of the hole.

His limbs were bound.

He still wanted to struggle.

The strength of the chains seemed to have increased a hundredfold.

High above, the feathered serpent god lashed its tail, shattering the magic rings in the air with a single twitch, and tearing through the golden curtain with another.

The Aurors' reinforcements from outside had already arrived, but had been blocked outside. Now they all rushed in at once.

The Death Eaters and Purifiers, who had been watching the show, were suddenly on high alert, and in an instant, they were at a disadvantage.

This was disastrous because of their stupidity. They didn't take advantage of the situation when they first gained power, not out of any noble sentiment, but simply out of foolish arrogance.

This resulted in the Aurors led by Moody suffering relatively few casualties, and with the influx of reinforcements, they quickly regrouped and joined the ranks of those besieging them.

Voldemort was now caught in a dilemma, faced with the attacks on his own men.

On one hand, the magic of the Outer God filled his body, but on the other hand, he also sensed another magic intertwined with the magic of the Outer God, one providing him with power and the other binding him.

He knew, of course, that the source of that power belonged to the feathered serpent god.

Over countless years of conflict, the two magical wills within this divinely inspired tower have long been intertwined and inseparable.

Now the chains are pulling him deeper into the void.

Unless—unless he relinquishes his unparalleled power, the power he has yet to master even a tenth of, the chains will drag him down into the abyss.

He was unwilling to accept it—he had used the talent of an entire small town to gain power.

Voldemort's face contorted in a grotesque grimace as he glared menacingly at Ron. He knew that all the changes that had occurred were due to this young wizard.

I should have killed him long ago.

"Damn it! Damn it!!!"

Just as he was about to sink into the void, a flicker of panic crossed Voldemort's snake-like face, but it vanished in an instant. He suddenly reached out and pulled, and the vanished wand reappeared in his hand.

Then his snake-like eyes flashed with a fierce light, "Since I can't have it..."

A cold glint appeared on Voldemort's lips.

He raised his wand high, and then an immense, unimaginable power appeared around him.

He suddenly pointed his wand at a hole beneath him.

The immense magical power, like a river flowing into the sea, instantly broke through all the shackles and surged into the earth.

"Die!"

Having regained his mortal form, he coldly stared at Ron and Grindelwald, then a cloud of black mist surged around him, and he suddenly rose into the sky within this mist.

They moved away from here at an extremely fast speed.

The Death Eaters then revealed cruel smiles as black smoke billowed around them and they flew away from the reef.

The next second, the three holes on the island opened like gaping maws, unleashing a tremendous force of attraction.

Stones, corpses, altars—everything was swallowed up.

It was as if three storms had appeared around us, with the wind howling and pouring in, probably as strong as a dozen or so.

The surrounding seawater was also drawn in by this attraction, rushing in wildly.

"Get out of here," Grindelwald said in a deep voice.

He knew that the gravity before him was just the tide before the waves came; once the gravity ended, the surging waves would come.

Unfortunately, although the obelisk had collapsed, the restrictions here had not yet dissipated, and he still could not Apparate directly. Voldemort had calculated this, which was why he did not hesitate to detonate the entire ruin.

Koyatl, standing on the cliff edge, was also captured by this immense gravity, losing his wand, his pouch, and the power of Quetzalcoatl.

She suddenly seemed to have become an ordinary girl.

His own spells were no match for the gravitational pull of what seemed like a star, and his feet moved uncontrollably toward the center of the void.

It's too late.

She muttered to herself.

However, this concern vanished in an instant.

Because she saw that the already crumbling feathered serpent god was once again casting his gaze upon her.

In just a moment, the gravitational pull around her weakened considerably.

Immediately afterwards, a figure moved swiftly through the rubble.

"Ron?" Koyatel immediately recognized which fool had returned.

The tenderness that once held him in his grasp was gone from his eyes; only impatience remained.

"What's wrong with you? Aren't you affected by gravity?" she asked, puzzled. But Ron didn't intend to explain at this moment. He picked the girl up by the waist.

Then they quickly ran towards the outer sea area away from the hollow reef.

Behind him—ancient magic left an infinitely long trail like a veil, as this magic partially counteracted gravity.

However, this did not last long; the magic Shani left behind could only last for a dozen seconds at most.

Under normal circumstances, they wouldn't even be able to escape the island where the hole is located in a dozen seconds.

But Grindelwald clearly had a better way.

He followed behind Ron, using the magical traces left by Ron to quickly approach the two.

When he reached them from behind, he reached out, grabbed one of them with each hand, lifted them both up, and then cast a flying spell.

A dozen seconds is enough for them to fly away from the reef.

Immediately afterwards, a deafening explosion rang out, as if the whole world trembled at that moment.

The deafening roar was like the sun falling into the sea, and suddenly a dazzling pure white fireball rose from the dark sea.

The fireball instantly tore through the surrounding void, releasing a tremendous light that illuminated the entire sea area.

This light contained destructive power, shooting out in all directions and engulfing everything around it.

The waves became furious and chaotic under this force, as if they were about to overturn the entire ocean. The rocks on the reef shattered instantly under this impact, turning into countless fragments that flew into the air.

"Boom!" As the fireball spread, the entire sea seemed to boil, and the huge explosion echoed across the surface of the sea for a long time. This destructive force not only swept across the sea, but also made the entire sky gloomy and oppressive.

Everyone was fleeing.

However, their speed was no match for the speed at which the fireball expanded.

Fortunately, when the fireball rose, it also meant that the spell that restricted wizards' apparition ability remaining in the obelisk had instantly dissipated.

The Aurors used Apparition to barely escape the area.

No one knows exactly what impact that explosion had on the local environment.

It's nothing more than the disappearance of a sea reef.

The demise of a legacy.

It seems like these things happen all the time on this planet.

When the first rays of sunlight shine on this land in the morning, everything seems to return to the past.

It's as if nothing has changed.

The sea breeze ruffled Koyater's hair, playfully tossing the unruly stray strands.

Her scarlet eyes gazed at the distant other side of the sea.

There stands a statue of a goddess, holding a torch in one hand and a book in the other.

It is about forty meters high.

This allowed him to see the goddess's silhouette even from a great distance on his yacht.

"It's all in the past. No matter who you worked for before, now it's time for you to think about yourself."

A middle-aged man walked over from the other side of the yacht.

A pair of heterochromatic eyes fell upon the girl.

Then he said casually.

"Myself?" Koyatl was stunned.

In the first half of her life, she was controlled by the Outer Gods, and later she worked for the Feathered Serpent God.

Now it's all over.

But what can she do? What should she do?

"You are a student at Ilvarmoni Magical School. Perhaps you should return to your own school to complete your studies. Or join the Federation; with your resume, I believe they will offer you a job that requires a spirit of adventure."

"I don't want to go back," Koyatl said coldly. "I hate this land."

"I don't want to join the federation. I don't want anyone ordering me around."

"I have many mysteries about my family, about the gods, about the heirs, and about love."

I want to go somewhere where I can get the answers.

"Ahem!"

A coughing sound suddenly came from inside the cabin.

It was Ron, walking towards them.

He should have been exhausted.

He wouldn't be surprised if he slept for two or three days after everything was over.

In fact, both his physical and mental health were exceptionally good.

It's like having just woken up after a wonderful nap.

This might be the amazing effect of ancient magic!

Ron guessed.

"Perhaps you should go to Hogwarts and have a good talk with Owen," he said calmly.

His eyes occasionally flashed with the tenderness that belonged to his ancestors.

"He knows a lot of things, and whenever Harry, Hermione, and I are puzzled, he always knows something."

"And Harry's mother protected him with the magic of love. Perhaps you can find some answers to your questions in him."

Ron didn't know why he was saying those things.

There was a sense of urgency in his heart.

Koyatl remained silent for a long time.

He spoke after a long pause.

"Perhaps this is a good place? I've been too hasty in my visit."

Koyatl agreed.

Ron felt a sense of relief, as if a weight had been lifted from his shoulders.

This was more than he had learned a few hours earlier that Bill, Ernie, and the others had been imprisoned by traitors of the Magic Congress.

The Aurors of the Federation have just rescued them; they should be happy.

"Well, it seems Albus has gained another excellent student."

Grindelwald said calmly.

Then he turned and left.

There are some troublesome traitors who require his intervention to suppress them.

Sigrún has taught at the Iceland University of the Arts as a part-time lecturer since and was Dean of the Department of Fine Art from -. In – she held a research position at Reykjavík Art Museum focusing on the role of women in Icelandic art. She studied fine art at the Icelandic College of Arts and Crafts and at Pratt Institute, New York, and holds BA and MA degrees in art history and philosophy from the University of Iceland. Sigrún lives and works in Iceland.

Meanwhile, far away in the Scottish Highlands, at Hogwarts.

In the early morning, as the first rays of sunlight shone through the windows of the young wizards' dormitory.

As they woke up one by one and headed to the auditorium for breakfast in twos and threes, everyone noticed that something was strange about the entrance that day.

Filch was standing in front of the oak door, with many suitcases at his feet.

He was still carrying more boxes from the stairwell.

"What happened?" Owen led the Hufflepuff wizards to meet them.

From afar, he could see Harry, Neville, Hermione, Luna, and a group of young wizards crowding in front of the door and on both sides.

"It's Professor Trelawney!" Hermione glanced at him, then said with disgust, "Just now, that woman announced in front of everyone that she was fired."

It was then that Irwin noticed that Professor Trelawney was standing alone in the middle of the courtyard outside the oak door.

He held a magic wand in one hand and an empty wine bottle in the other.

She looked completely insane; her hair was disheveled, and her glasses were askew, making one eye appear much larger than the other.

Her countless scarves and shawls hung haphazardly, giving the impression that she was dressed in tattered clothes.

Filch kept throwing her her suitcase.

"No!" she screamed. "No! This can't be happening...it can't be...I refuse to accept it!"

"You didn't expect this?" a high-pitched, girlish voice said, seemingly amused. Owen didn't even turn his head, but he knew the voice must be Umbridge's; she was the only one in the entire Hogwarts who used that tone.

"Even though you can't predict tomorrow's weather, you should at least realize that your poor performance during my lecture and your lack of improvement afterward will inevitably lead to your dismissal, right?"

"You—you can't!" Professor Trelawney cried, tears streaming from behind her large glasses. "You can't fire me! I've been here—I've been here for sixteen years! Hogwarts is my home!"

“This used to be your home,” said Professor Umbridge, a smug grin spreading across her toad-like face as she watched Professor Trelawney slump onto a box, sobbing uncontrollably. “Until yesterday, when the Minister of Magic signed your dismissal order, oh! I was still very kind to take you in for the night and let you leave on your own. This situation is entirely your own fault.” She stood there, watching Professor Trelawney tremble with glee.

"Please leave Hogwarts immediately, don't embarrass us!"

Professor Trelawney choked back tears, her body trembling, swaying back and forth on the box with each wave of grief.

Professor McGonagall pushed her way through the crowd and walked straight up to Professor Trelawney.

She patted Professor Trelawney firmly on the back and pulled a large handkerchief from her robe.

Many students in the crowd were harboring a burning anger.

Although Professor Trelawney's reputation at Hogwarts wasn't great, she was still a professor there, and the way this old witch was treating her now filled the young wizard with genuine shame and anger.

Someone has already secretly taken out the magic wand.

If Umbridge dares to force them again, they will let her know what it feels like to be ganged up on by hundreds of magical beings.

Meanwhile, Professor McGonagall was still comforting Professor Trelawney, saying, "Alright, alright, Sybil, calm down."

"Things aren't as bad as you think. You won't be leaving Hogwarts."

"Oh, really, Professor McGonagall?" Umbridge took a few steps forward and said venomously, "Who approved this?"
