I, Hogwarts Second Time Around.
Chapter 216 End of 3rd Year
Chapter 216 Third Year End
Hermione was carefully munching on her apple.
Harry and Ron then started talking about the Quidditch final in May.
This was perhaps the least suspenseful Quidditch final ever. Gryffindor's advantage was too great.
Whether it's equipment or technology.
But the little wizard didn't care about any of that. Winning was winning, as long as he wasn't as despicable as Slytherin.
At least they won fairly and squarely.
After that, they chatted about this and that until noon, when the laughter finally ended in the school clinic.
For the foreseeable future.
Such heartwarming scenes will be rare to see again.
In mid-May, many outsiders began to arrive at Hogwarts.
Most of Kyrie Irving's friends don't know him.
The languages they speak are also different.
They're found all over the world.
However, what they have in common is that they are all officials of the federation.
It seems that our chairman, who has been slacking off for decades, is finally going to take up his responsibilities.
But why are they all talking about Hogwarts' security, as if it concerns the Austrians far away in Germany?
Irving probably guessed what they were discussing.
However, this was still under discussion and not yet finalized, so he did not tell anyone about it.
Sigrún has taught at the Iceland University of the Arts as a part-time lecturer since and was Dean of the Department of Fine Art from -. In – she held a research position at Reykjavík Art Museum focusing on the role of women in Icelandic art. She studied fine art at the Icelandic College of Arts and Crafts and at Pratt Institute, New York, and holds BA and MA degrees in art history and philosophy from the University of Iceland. Sigrún lives and works in Iceland.
Recently.
Everyone was relaxed and carefree. After the Quidditch match, the Gryffindors celebrated for a whole week.
The excitement only subsided towards the end of the month.
This belongs to them. Three Gryffindor titles in three years is a feat, and they have almost absolute dominance over the course.
Harry was certainly a hero to them, but his heroism didn't last long.
Then came devastating news.
Hogwarts Exam Week - Earlier
The final exams will be held in the first week of June.
Generally speaking, final exams are held in the third week of the semester, followed by a week of rest and a holiday at the end of June.
The headmaster explained that the castle needed additional security measures, requiring the school to close for a period of time. Therefore, summer vacation started two weeks earlier this academic year.
Since Dumbledore has said so.
That's definitely not the reason.
Who knows what kind of trick he's up to this time?
But this sudden announcement disrupted the young wizards' original schedule.
I thought the exam was still two weeks away—now it's down to the minute.
Meanwhile, the opportunistic Gryffindors, especially Ron and his friends, immediately defected from the Redemption Bishop to the Secret Cult of Miss Know-It-All, each one begging and pleading for a place on the leg of the academic genius.
Unfortunately, the top student ignored them and gave them a disdainful look.
Then, amidst the cries of the lion cubs, the exam began as scheduled.
The first day of June was a beautiful day.
The days were hot and sunny with no clouds. If it were last year, the little wizards would have been eager to go for a walk outdoors, carrying a few pints of chilled pumpkin juice to lie down on the grass, perhaps playing a game of throwing stones or watching giant squid move dreamily across the lake.
Unfortunately, now they can only resist the temptation of the summer breeze blowing in from the window, forcing their brains to work hard, hoping to leave something on the bare parchment in their hands.
This exam was extremely difficult.
The third-grade spell exam actually tested the Illusionary Body Charm.
It's important to know that this spell is an advanced spell that is only required to be mastered during Auror training. Seventh-level wizards only need to have some understanding of it (of course, you can also learn it on your own).
But now they're testing this.
Of course, Professor Flitwick wouldn't make things too difficult for the young wizards; he only needed them to slightly alter their appearance, just a part of it would suffice.
Ron successfully disguised himself with a pig nose.
Harry has dog ears.
As for Hermione, she transformed her little head into Wenda's likeness.
Then, with a flick of his wrist, Irving became Mr. Granger.
Hmph~ Get your facts straight about our castle's status, the old father will always be the old father!
"What are you doing!" On the way to the potions classroom, Granger glared at Owen with great displeasure. He had just paraded around the classroom looking like her father, and she wished she could disappear into the ground. It was so embarrassing.
"Me? I'm merely reaffirming our father-son relationship." Owen the Bear shrugged, speaking without any hesitation, "Hogwarts can only have one father, and that father is me, Owen Sanchez!"
"."
Seeing Owen becoming increasingly childish, Hermione rolled her eyes at him, her lips twitching. "We're all classmates."
"What classmate!"
"Classmate what?!"
Because Owen revealed the content of the Herbology exam to Harry and Ron, the two immediately jumped out to reaffirm their relationship.
"Irving is one of my dearest friends and family." Ron stepped forward and put a hand on his shoulder.
"Brothers!" Harry walked to Owen's other side with a righteous air, placing his hand on Owen's shoulder as well.
"."
Irving was immediately displeased by those words.
"Isn't it just the handsome and dashing Sanchez and his useless sons?"
"Yes, we're not even father and son."
The two lowered their hands and then pounced on Irving like hungry tigers.
But Sanchez was no ordinary man; his nimble movements allowed him to evade the sneak attack from the despicable Gryphon.
Then, a burst of boisterous laughter erupted down the corridor.
But don't worry, our Professor Snape will soon show everyone what it means to be a block of ice in June.
The potion exam is an invigorating potion.
A simple potion that can quickly heal wounds.
Owen was quite certain that his choice of this potion as the exam topic was influenced by Dumbledore.
Because it's not difficult; one part Hocrab juice and one part White Bean can be boiled to make a similar reagent.
That is, the most basic version.
This level of potion is practically a freebie for third graders; if it were any other teacher, they'd jump for joy.
Unfortunately, that was Snape at that time.
In a potions exam, you frantically try to recall the steps and recipe, then look up to see Snape standing to the side watching you with a mocking smile, as if a joke is brewing in your cauldron.
Then, he would write a few words in his notebook, give you a disappointed smile, and turn to the next person.
With such terrifying invigilation, anyone would think that Snape's few words contained the number zero.
If that's what you think.
Congratulations, you're right.
He was indeed drawing zero.
Especially for the young wizards of Gryffindor.
However, Harry performed the best among them because he never thought Snape would treat him fairly, so he didn't take Snape's taunts to heart. This actually made him relax, and the potion he brewed was a light green color, smooth and perfect, without any flaws.
Unfortunately, because he was Harry Potter, Snape would never give him a high score.
The second morning was herbalism, which involved pulling the teeth of a biting cabbage.
It's a magical material; some recipes require it.
That's easy. As long as you start fast enough, the process is fast enough, and the end is fast enough, remember the secret to tooth extraction: if you hesitate, you'll get bitten; if you're slow, you'll lose a finger. In short, be quick. Before it can react, quickly use a metal block to jam its mouth, and then it's simple.
The tooth came out with a snap.
In the afternoon, Sirius Black had his Defense Against the Dark Arts class.
Professor Lupin was reassigned to another location by Dumbledore.
This was probably the most troublesome time for the old headmaster. Sigh, having too many Defense Against the Dark Arts professors is a real problem.
Sirius Black originally intended to test them with a disarming spell.
But after he learned that Gryffindor had been treated unfairly in the Potions Exam, he changed the exam content at the last minute.
Their current exam consists of a duel within the academy.
Gryffindor versus Slytherin.
Hufflepuff vs. Ravenclaw.
He will score based on the young wizard's performance in the duel.
Victory or defeat should not be the sole criterion for evaluation.
That's just talk.
Who likes to get beaten up in a fight?
So as soon as Sirius said those words, the young wizards erupted in an uproar.
It's not a question.
Instead, it was excitement.
In Ron's words...
"I've disliked them for a long time."
It was as if the grudges that the professors had suppressed for so long had finally erupted at this moment.
That truly means revenge for those with grudges and redress for those who have been wronged.
Irving never imagined that one day he would use "bruised and battered" to describe an exam.
The reality is that those who leave the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom are all more or less injured.
Over the next few days, various exams took place in turn.
Irving handled it with ease, except for alchemy.
Dumbledore prepared a very special questionnaire for him. He was unfamiliar with the answers to many of the questions and could only write something random based on instinct.
His research report, on the new variety of cabbage, was finally completed in mid-May.
So his final grade should have been pretty good, unless his grader was Snape.
During their final week at Hogwarts, the young wizards finally let loose and embraced their true nature.
Experiencing the hard-won summer, they played happily on the hills, in the forest, and on the lawn outside the castle.
Justin's fishing rod, which he brought from home for Christmas, finally came in handy.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Owen, Hannah, and a large group of others spent a day fishing on the Black Lake in a small boat that had been transformed.
Dinner was naturally a whole fish feast; the fruits of a day should be eaten.
The school didn't release the results until the very last day.
They all passed.
Every exam.
Few young wizards failed their exams. This was clearly the result of Dumbledore's interference, as evidenced by Snape's gloomy face.
Percy passed the highest level of the N.E.W.T. exams. Fred and George also obtained several O.W.L. certificates.
Compared to the original work, they are far superior now.
Meanwhile, with Irving's retaliatory point deductions, Hufflepuff won the Academy Cup for the third consecutive year, and the auditorium was filled with yellow flags, symbolizing their most resilient qualities.
Everyone laughed happily, as if they had forgotten that they would be parting ways the next day.
"Beep~~~"
Accompanied by a whistle.
The rising white mist indicated that the train leaving Hogwarts had arrived.
Early in the morning, the elves had already helped the little wizards pack their luggage.
In an instant, the entire castle was deserted.
As Owen and Hannah walked down the spiral staircase, they spotted Harry.
He was somewhat unhappy, his face filled with frustration.
"What's wrong?" Hannah asked, following Owen over.
"I can't stay with Sirius during the summer holidays, damn it, I have to go back to live with the Dursleys!" Harry said indignantly.
"You need to recharge," Owen joked. "The magic your mother left you requires you to recharge once a year with someone close to her bloodline."
"?" Harry scratched his head, completely bewildered by what Owen was saying.
"Just think of it as, until you're an adult, you have to stay with your aunt for a period of time every year!"
"But why!" Harry pressed. "If she dislikes me so much, why should I live under the same roof as her?"
"Because she's your mother's sister!" Owen said calmly, shaking his head. "On Godric's Night, it wasn't just your mother who died, Harry, but also someone's sister."
Upon hearing this, Harry gave a thoughtful look.
Then, without waiting for him to think it through further, he did so.
Ron then pounced on him from behind.
They walked together out of the south gate of Hogwarts and headed down the hill towards Hogsmeade Station.
Even after getting into the car, Harry still looked worried.
Irving had no choice but to step in and say, "I guarantee Sirius is probably at the Dursleys' right now warning them to treat you better this summer."
Imagine it!
"At least you had a relatively nice summer vacation this year, didn't you?"
Hearing Owen say that made Harry feel much better.
Soon, with the roar of the train, all those worries were temporarily forgotten.
Everyone is looking forward to summer vacation.
After a semester of intense competition, they can finally take a break.
------
After several hours of travel, the train finally pulled into King's Cross Station.
After parting ways on the train, the young wizards each chose to go home.
Actually, Owen didn't need to achieve the train.
He could have asked either Shirlock or Dobby to take him home directly, but perhaps some kind of ritualistic feeling made him choose to take the train instead.
I feel like this semester wouldn't be complete without taking the Hogwarts Express.
The empty manor was awakened by the ringing of the doorbell; its owner had returned once again.
"Oh! Sir, you're back."
On a hot summer day, Dobby, dressed in a tight black leather jacket and pants, emerged from the kitchen.
"What kind of outfit is that?!"
"Isn't it cool!" Dobby exclaimed excitedly, his big, round eyes wide.
"Heh, learning everything will only hurt you!" Owen looked at him speechlessly. Don't learn to wear leather pants like his grandpa. It's hot in the middle of summer!
"Hmm, what should I do this summer vacation?" To be honest, he wanted to travel, having long been fascinated by the Far Eastern wizarding world.
"Oh! Right, and the mage tower that Professor Chiron mentioned."
"There's one very close to me," he immediately thought of Azkaban.
But whether it is true or not, he has to go and see for himself.
Tsk tsk—I originally thought my summer vacation would be easier, but now it seems he's destined to be a hard worker.
Forget it, I'll get some sleep and talk about it tomorrow!
My butt hurts from sitting on the train!
