I, Hogwarts Second Time Around.

Chapter 11 Dumbledore's Sponsorship

Chapter 11 Dumbledore's Sponsorship (Ding~ding~ding~begging)

"Damn old bat, George and Fred are right, he just doesn't like us." Ron angrily bent down and picked up the textbooks scattered on the ground.

"I heard he used to randomly deduct points from our Gryffindor class."

"Look at him, he's lost over thirty points in just one week."

Although nearly 20 points were scored by Harry.

Ron glanced at his buddy next to him but didn't say it aloud.

But the question buried deep in his heart still made him ask, "Harry."

"Tell me honestly, do you have a grudge against Snape?"

"Me?" Harry was stunned. "How could that be? I don't know him at all."

Two weeks ago, he didn't even know if magic existed in this world.

How could he possibly have a grudge against a wizard?

"Or your family? Think of your dad, Harry." Ron's eyes suddenly lit up, as if he'd discovered something amazing. "Your parents might be in the same year as him. He just said you look like your dad. Harry, I guarantee he knows your father."

"Really?" Harry, coming to his senses, thought it was possible.

Snape looked to be only in his early thirties (the professor was twenty-nine this year).

It's entirely possible to be in the same grade as your parents.

"That's right, it must be your father or your mother who offended him when they were young, which is why Snape is now retaliating against you."

Sigrún has taught at the Iceland University of the Arts as a part-time lecturer since and was Dean of the Department of Fine Art from -. In – she held a research position at Reykjavík Art Museum focusing on the role of women in Icelandic art. She studied fine art at the Icelandic College of Arts and Crafts and at Pratt Institute, New York, and holds BA and MA degrees in art history and philosophy from the University of Iceland. Sigrún lives and works in Iceland.

Owen, hiding around the corner, stared at Ron in disbelief.

It felt like I was meeting him for the first time.

What did I lose?

When did Ron become so smart?

Did Geigei leave the ground? Did the virus shut down, and has the cleverness taken over again?

He wasn't the only one who was surprised; Hermione, standing beside him, couldn't help but look at Ron with newfound respect.

This perfectly matches her guess.

She felt something was strange from the very first Potions class.

Professor Snape seems to be taking too much care of Harry.

Although these acts of "favoritism" ultimately ended in point deductions, for two people who had never met before, such "favoritism" was clearly beyond reason.

The look of disgust on Snape's face when he said Harry resembled his father suggests that Harry's father must have had a grudge against Snape.

Surprisingly, Ron figured it out too!

This surprised her greatly.

"Hiss~"

Owen, who had been hiding in the corner, slowly emerged from the darkness like a venomous snake on its hunt.

"Oh! My dear friend, you seem to be in trouble." The strange tone sent a chill down Harry and Ron's spines.

"Do you need any help?"

"No—no need."

Upon seeing the figure emerge from the shadows, Harry and Ron unconsciously took a small step back.

Hermione was singled out.

However, the little witch was not as afraid as her two useless partners.

She was like a green vine growing on a solid wall, facing the evil boy with resilience and confidence.

"We don't need your help, Harry will handle it," she said, staring intently at Owen.

"What's there to be nervous about?" Owen waved his sleeve dismissively and continued, "Well, what are you guys doing with so many spellbooks?"

"Oh~ they're all related to defense against dark magic."

"Tsk tsk, you're not planning to mess with me, are you!" Owen smiled wickedly, a playful look on his face.

"No!" Hermione said firmly, under Owen's gaze. "It's just for self-defense, to prevent anyone from abusing us again."

Wow~

Did they assault you?

Um—it inexplicably reminds me of a certain Russian mini-game.

Ahem, Owen quickly regained his composure and feigned surprise, "Who is it? How could there be such a scoundrel at Hogwarts? Name him, and I guarantee he won't see the sun tomorrow."

"Hehe~" The little witch glared at him, showing her little tiger teeth, then grabbed Harry with her right hand and Ron with her left, and was about to leave.

"Wait," Owen suddenly called out to the three of them.

"Don't you want to know why Snape is targeting you, Harry?" Someone smiled wickedly, exuding the aura of a dark, powerful figure.

"Um?"

Why did the topic suddenly turn to him?

Harry shook his head blankly.

Did Irving know?

How could that be?

How did he know that?!

"Of course I know, and more than you think." Owen saw right through Harry's puzzled expression.

After saying that, he walked out of the castle on his own.

Looking at Irving's figure.

Harry couldn't contain his curiosity.

This was the second time he had heard news about his parents.

The last time I learned was from Hagrid that my parents did not die in a car accident, but from Voldemort.

He was eager to know more.

Despite Hermione and Ron's advice, Harry insisted on following them out.

The other two certainly wouldn't leave Harry alone with Owen; who knows what might happen?

Immediately, the three little ones formed a group and ran out of the castle.

Saturday morning was sunny and bright.

The warmth from heaven has never been stingy, always showering down golden light.

This made Hogwarts, which was already in early autumn, still feel somewhat like the height of summer at midday.

Owen walked very fast, and no matter how much Harry chased after him, the distance between them always seemed to remain more than five meters.

"Is that Hagrid's hut?" After following Owen for more than ten minutes, Harry finally realized that the building in the distance looked very familiar.

"What's he doing here?" Hermione asked, puzzled. "Won't Hagrid be in danger?"

She asked instinctively.

"Good heavens! Hermione, that's an adult wizard!" Ron shouted loudly. "With his strength, he can only bully young wizards at most."

"That's true~" Although she said that, the little witch still had a cautious expression on her face.

For some reason, she always felt that the figure in the distance was somewhat unfathomable.

"Look, he's knocking on Hagrid's door."

The three quickened their pace and arrived at the cabin door at the same time as Hagrid opened it.

"It's you guys!" Hagrid opened the door a crack, revealing his large, bearded face.

"Come in!"

Hagrid let them both in.

The cabin had only one room. Hams and pheasants hung from the ceiling, a copper kettle was boiling water in a brazier, and a large bed with quilts pieced together from scraps of cloth sat in the corner.

"Don't be shy. Make yourself at home," Hagrid said.

No sooner had he finished speaking than a huge, black creature rushed out from behind him and pounced on Ron, licking his ear.

"It likes you," Hagrid said with a smile.

They did not reach out to stop them.

This was tough on Ron, who stood motionless as if petrified, letting Toothpaste care for his face with its saliva.

"This is Ron. That's Hermione," Harry said to Hagrid.

"Ron?" Hagrid picked up the gurgling kettle from the stove, poured boiling water into a large teacup, and placed the rock cakes on a plate.

"Another Weasley kid." He glanced at Ron's freckled face.

"I know why Yaya likes you now." Hagrid's voice was clearly displeased. "I've spent almost my entire life trying to drive those twins out of the Forbidden Forest."

"But this little fool enjoys playing with those two troublemakers."

I was slacking off at work writing a book and almost got caught by the chairman, but luckily my typing speed is fast enough! *swish* Switch screen.
