One of the twin towers has a spire that serves as Silver City's library, merit exchange point, and distribution center for daily necessities; the other has a dome that belongs to the "Six-Person Council," a legendary artifact that has sustained Silver City for over two thousand years, and is also a warehouse for recipes and materials.

Meanwhile, Derrick's destination was the Round Tower, one of the Twin Towers, where he was summoned by the Council of Six.

On the upper floors of the Round Tower, Derrick met with Chief Colin Iliad and asked with some confusion:

"Your Excellency, what brings you here?"

For the land of the forsaken gods, it is now 'night' when lightning is less frequent.

It was Elder Lovia, the "Shepherd," one of the members of the "Six-Person Council"!

Derrick glanced at it only once, then lowered his head, placed his hand on his chest, and greeted him in a deep voice:

"Hello, Elder Lovia."
