Chapter 69, Section 68: Mom no longer has to worry about me.

"What? Harry, you said you knew that was Professor McGonagall? Then why didn't you tell me?"

After class, Ron complained to Harry.

He had never felt so humiliated, especially in front of four academies. He figured he probably wouldn't be able to find a wife.

"I wanted to say that, but it's too late."

Harry packed his bag, saying with a sigh, "You're too fast."

"By the way, Harry, what's our next class?"

Ron was taken aback and stammered.

It is said that children from poor families mature early. Ron knew from a young age that his family was not well-off, and he also deeply understood the consequences of poor financial conditions.

Therefore, Ron rarely asked his family for money and never took the initiative to add to their burden. He never had any toys or anything like that growing up. His childhood was almost entirely spent with the goblins in the vegetable garden and the ghouls in the attic.

Her clothes, pants, shoes, and even her textbooks and wand were all secondhand, things that her older brothers had discarded.

Although he would occasionally complain, he never made a fuss or fought over anything, even when his older brother or younger sister got something new.

Most of the time, I just look at the novel things in other people's hands with envy.

But sometimes, I still yearn for it.

This makes Ron feel inferior when he is with children from wealthy families like the Malfoys.

Back on the train, if Harry and Dudley hadn't stood up for him, Ron would have tolerated the sarcastic remarks; he didn't want to cause trouble for his family.

If Snape asks them to buy new potion-making equipment, it means their household will have to spend another sum of money.

"These must be expensive, right?"

Ron muttered a complaint, "Why would Professor Snape suddenly ask us to buy these things? Percy and the others never mentioned it."

With so many people in the family, he couldn't imagine what kind of predicament he would face if everyone had a set.

Harry paused upon hearing this and quickly explained, "No, this wasn't something Professor Snape asked us to buy; it was something D-Brother prepared for us."

With that, Harry pushed a set of assembled experimental equipment on the table toward Ron: "This set is yours."

Dudley had prepared many sets of these tools before coming to Hogwarts. The reason he only had Harry take them out so late was because he had just obtained Snape's permission to use these tools in Potions class a few days earlier.

The price was that all the other junior wizards could use it, but he couldn't.

Dudley then distributed the equipment, giving one set to Harry, one to Hermione, one to Ron, one to Malfoy, and one to Neville, making a total of five sets.

Yes, Neville, Dudley has never forgotten this talented little fat boy.

Snape's demands on Dudley were so demanding that they could be described as harsh.

However, this also reflects his high regard for Dudley.

Harry began to instruct Ron.

It wasn't anything particularly difficult to operate, and Ron quickly understood the purpose of these tools, instantly marveling at how convenient they were.

It was at this point that Snape began to explain the main content of the lesson.

Boil a pot of burn treatment ointment.

It is a common magic potion that is taught in the first grade.

After successfully brewing a potion using the new tools, Ron's eyes immediately changed, shining brightly.
