Hogwarts: I'm Harry's older cousin
Chapter 419-413 Voldemort VS Fudge
Chapter 419, Section 413: Voldemort vs. Fudge
On March 1st, a three-story building—the wizarding world's first movie theater—was erected in less than a month on a plot of land that was previously an empty lot on the edge of Diagon Alley.
It's true what they say: if wizards get involved in infrastructure, there's really nothing else for them to do.
This efficiency is unparalleled; no one can match it.
The place is now packed with people, with a long queue outside the movie theater, filled with figures of all ages, all wizards waiting for the premiere.
Vendors pushing carts carrying food and drinks were constantly present in the crowd, all promoting their goods for sale.
These are wizards with an innate business sense, and they clearly sensed the business opportunity in the movie theater. Mainly because the food lines inside the movie theater are longer, wizards who can't buy food have no choice but to choose these mobile vendors.
Wizards' movies are naturally not like those of ordinary people, which are simply moving images playing on a screen. Newspapers can do that, so there's no need to make a special trip to see a movie.
The movie's tagline is—to give you a fully immersive movie-watching experience.
Wizards have something that ordinary people cannot do: they can detach themselves from their memories and even modify them.
You can use alchemical tools like the Pensieve to virtually travel through this memory – a truly immersive experience.
This is something that no 3D, 4D, 5D, or 36D effect can match.
The so-called movie theater is actually quite simple; it only requires alchemical modifications to the projection room based on the principles of the Pensieve.
While that's true, unfortunately, apart from Dudley, no one else in the entire wizarding world could pull off such a grand gesture.
Suddenly, a dark cloud appeared in the clear sky, gradually drifting towards the cinema. Just as it was about to reach the vicinity of the cinema, the cloud suddenly dispersed into countless small black dots and fell into the bushes below.
"There are a lot, a really lot of people."
A hoarse voice, tinged with madness and excitement, said, "Master, let us go over there and grant them the most equal death."
"Bella, don't worry, don't worry."
Voldemort addressed his most loyal followers, then turned his gaze to a spot not far away: "Let's first greet our guests."
"A guest?" Bella paused for a moment upon hearing this, then immediately realized what was happening and shouted sharply in the direction Voldemort was pointing, "Who! Who's there?!"
"Come out quickly, we've seen you."
The stupidest thing you can say is, "I can already see you."
"Oh, very sensitive, what a remarkable wizard."
A figure slowly emerged from the woods.
"We meet again, Mr. Dark Lord."
A meaningful tone rang out.
After the other party appeared, the Death Eaters approached him one by one and surrounded him. However, the man remained calm and showed no fear on his face.
"Fuji?"
One of the Death Eaters revealed the man's identity.
Immediately, a Death Eater blurted out, "That useless Minister of Magic?!"
Upon hearing the name, the other Death Eaters burst into laughter, emitting an unpleasant, rabble-like cacophony. Their tense nerves immediately relaxed; everyone knew who Fudge was.
Voldemort, however, kept his eyes fixed on the other person.
These Death Eaters were unaware of the details of the Ministry of Magic's battle, but Voldemort, as one of the parties involved, knew he had personally killed Fudge. Although a red-haired man claimed he had only killed a puppet, Voldemort remained skeptical.
However, the same person appeared before him again, but this person gave him a very unusual feeling.
Whether it was his courage to face his own group alone, or his calm demeanor now, it all told him...
The wizard in front of me is no ordinary person.
Before calling someone else trash, take a look in the mirror and see what you are like.
"Fuji" gave a nonchalant retort.
"Let me show you something!" Seeing that he had actually been rebuffed by "Fudge," and hearing the laughter of his companions around him, the man pulled out his wand without saying a word, intending to give the other party a hard time.
The Death Eaters currently following Voldemort are the lawless, die-hard Voldemort fans, while the group led by Lucius has been sent out.
This group is the most impulsive and also the most brutal.
Voldemort didn't stop him; he wanted to see what this "Fudge" was really capable of.
"Heart-piercing"
Before he could even finish his incantation, he was sent flying backward as soon as he raised his wand. No one could figure out how Fudge did it, and even Voldemort's face darkened instantly.
"I'm here to see your master. Who do you think you are?"
Fudge's tone remained calm, as if he were simply swatting a fly.
The other Death Eaters also realized what was happening and pulled out their wands, looking at Fudge with fierce expressions. However, because of Fudge's move, they dared not make any rash moves and waited for Voldemort's orders.
"Dark Lord, is this your way of treating guests?"
Voldemort stared at Fudge for a long time, but couldn't find a single flaw in him: "It seems everyone has misjudged you. You've been hiding your true nature very well."
He showed a rare hint of interest and asked, "So, what do you want to talk to me about?"
"It's simple, just leave here."
Fudge's words instantly enraged Voldemort.
Voldemort refused decisively, turning his gaze towards the movie theater: "Everyone there must die today."
"If you stop me, you will die too."
"That's not necessarily true."
As if by prior arrangement, the two attacked almost simultaneously, their two thick spells clashing together in mid-air.
Normally, when two spells clash, they should be like waves clashing, each trying to outdo the other until a winner is determined.
However, when the two spells collided, an explosion occurred, blasting away the surrounding Death Eaters.
"Profound black magic."
Voldemort took a step back, his scarlet eyes looking terrifying in the moonlight.
Fudge took two steps back, his face also showing seriousness as he looked at Voldemort.
"amazing."
Fudge gave Voldemort a second heartfelt compliment. The explosion caused by the curse was related to him. He originally wanted to trick Voldemort, but Voldemort reacted very quickly and even gained the upper hand.
"Master, let us go and kill him."
Bella and the others behind them were itching to make a move.
"You are no match for him, step back."
Voldemort dismissed his men and looked at Fudge once more.
They made their moves simultaneously once again.
The tacit understanding between dark wizards.
What followed was a battle of dark magic in front of Bella and the other Death Eaters, with all sorts of dark magic, both familiar and unfamiliar, on display.
