Hogwarts: I'm Harry's older cousin

Chapter 350, Section 344: Ron: A bunch of rich dogs!
"The new professor is from the Ministry of Magic; I haven't had a chance to see the full list yet."
Upon returning from Austria, Dumbledore's face once again wore his usual smile.
"But one thing is for sure: it's definitely not an Auror."
Dali added.
Even if Sirius's niece, Nymphadora Tonks, who only became an Auror earlier this year, were to become this year's Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, she would be better than the one who is coming soon.
"Actually, your Professor Snape originally wanted to teach this course, but I declined."
Dumbledore smiled and winked, as if rejecting Snape was a very happy thing.
It seems that most dark wizards, especially those who are extremely confident in their abilities, have a particular fondness for Defense Against the Dark Arts. For example, there's Tom, who's about to lose his nose again, Barty the Younger who was personally taken to Azkaban by Moody, and Professor Snape.
"Does Snape teach Defense Against the Dark Arts? Actually, it wouldn't be bad if he came."
Draco's tone was full of regret.
"It's a pity I rejected him."
Harry looked regretful. He had actually planned to show Snape what he had learned during the holidays and broaden his horizons.
"So the Ministry of Magic sent an incompetent fool?"
"No, those people there are all incompetent fools."
Ron concluded, and then, quite provocatively, Chondraco raised an eyebrow.
Everyone turned to look at him.
"Sorry, Brother D, I didn't mean to say that about you."
Realizing he had said the wrong thing, Ron quickly apologized.
"Wisengemoor isn't part of the Ministry of Magic, but is it really okay for you to insult your father like that?"
Ron's father, Arthur, also worked for the Ministry of Magic.
As expected of Ron, when he gets angry he provokes Draco and even curses his own father.
Halfway through their shopping trip, Dumbledore received an urgent owl mail and left, leaving only the group of them.
Dumbledore was not worried at all that the group were underage wizards. Given their current magical abilities, even if they suddenly decided to go to Corner Alley, they could only mourn for the wizards who intended to harm them.
"There are still a few days until school starts, what are your plans?"
"Eating the chocolate-flavored ice cream from Florin's Ice Cream Shop," Harry asked.
"Godric Valley?"
Draco suggested that he genuinely missed the environment there, which felt much safer than Malfoy Manor.
Ever since he witnessed Dudley's arrangements for his own castle, he had felt that his estate was very unsafe, as if a bunch of dark wizards could suddenly appear out of nowhere and break in at any moment.
"Want to experience the world of Muggles?"
This was Ron's suggestion. He had heard Harry mention video games, a form of entertainment for ordinary people, and he was eager to try it out. Unfortunately, his suggestion didn't receive any support from anyone.
"I want to find a place to read. The owls delivered the mail a little late. I want to finish all the fifth-grade material before school starts, and there are OWLs exams this year, so I want to give myself more time to review."
Hermione said with a hint of annoyance.
Completely unaware of the strange looks the others gave him after he finished speaking.
While Dudley's class has taken many courses that are ahead of the curriculum for higher grades, this doesn't apply to all subjects. For example, courses like History of Magic, Ancient Runes, Astronomy, and Herbalism are not included.
"Hermione, I think people shouldn't be, or at least shouldn't be, so shrewish."
Even the honest Neville couldn't stand it anymore.
Are you trying to kill everyone else?
"Hermione, trust me. Even if you go to OWLs now, or even NEWT exams, you can pass them on your first try."
Even Draco couldn't help but offer some advice.
"I know, but Dudley has already taught himself all the content of seventh grade."
Hermione said this with a lot of resentment.
Who is the true king of Hogwarts? She can only rank second.
"."
"Guys, I've got a good place to go. How about staying there for a few days?"
Harry cleverly steered the conversation away from the previous topic, avoiding the potentially fatal question of "who is the King of Scrolls."
The others immediately understood and quickly echoed.
Half an hour later, the group arrived in northwest London, about a 20-minute walk from King's Cross Station.
12 Grimmauld Place.
The surrounding area is lined with buildings that look like pigeon coops.
Harry took out his wand and tapped it a few times in the air. The buildings seemed to stretch out, making way for a very old-looking mansion.
The first thing you see is a large, black-painted door covered in scratches, with a silver doorknob shaped like a coiled snake. Notably, there is no keyhole on the door.
The Black family mansion, or rather, their mansion, is taller, wider, and larger than the Potter family's small house, at least five stories high. Each floor is twice the height of a typical floor, resembling a duplex structure, meaning it's a ten-story mansion.
Although it doesn't look much better than a dilapidated old building.
moment
The group then entered the mansion. On the way, Harry explained the origin of the mansion to his friends. Although the mansion looked dirty and messy on the outside, and the windows were filthy, it was actually dirtier inside than you could imagine.
Pushing open the door, a strong smell of decaying wood hit him. The moment Dudley entered, he sensed that the number of vixens hidden inside this mansion was no less than that of the Potter family's old house.
It's practically a haven for miniature, amazing creatures.
"Did Sirius really give you this house?"
Ron kept looking around at the layout of Black's old house, glancing here and there, as if everything was strange and wonderful, his tone full of envy.
"Rorid, you were born into a wizarding family, after all."
Draco said with a look of disgust, "Don't act like a country bumpkin."
"He said he didn't know what to give me. He didn't have anything else besides gold gallons. The only thing of value he had was this house, so he gave it to me."
"As you know, I already own several houses, so one more or one less won't make a difference. I was very decisive in rejecting him at the time, but you know what? He actually cried and begged in front of me, and I couldn't bear it and agreed to his proposal."
"Damn it!"
This time, even Draco couldn't help but swear.
To put it nicely, if he doesn't work hard in the future, he'll have to go back and inherit Malfoy Manor. In reality, in terms of personal effort, his assets aren't much different from Ron's; they're all from previous dividends.
On the other side, Ron stood there blankly, the words "I have nothing but Galleons" deeply piercing the young man's heart, and he screamed hysterically in his heart.
Two big dog owners.
If you have any Galleons you don't want, you can give them to me. I'll take as many as you have. I don't mind if Galleons are useless.
