The next day, Snape, dressed in his signature black robes, arrived at the Tulip Quarter in London and, after examining the two old wizards, drew the following conclusion.

"I've been under the Oblivion Curse for some time now."

It wasn't that Dudley didn't want to bring the two to Godric's Hollow, but the Potter family's old house was right next door, and bringing them there would only provoke Snape.

"It seems you still lack some practical experience."

As Snape said, Dudley lacked practical experience.

Snape then immediately ordered, "Dursley, grind the medicine for me."

"Yes, Professor."

Dudley knew that Snape intended to personally demonstrate and teach him, and he spoke very obediently in a tone completely inconsistent with his burly physique.
