Hogwarts: I'm Harry's older cousin

Chapter 145, Section 143: The ghostly female voice opened the secret room.

Chapter 145, page 143: A ghostly female voice. The secret room that has been opened.

"Summon—Julius"

"Summon—Demi Gula"

"Summon Palpatine"

"Summoning—Nico Lemaître"

Lockhart summoned four famous wizards in one go; these were rare cards that he had obtained at a considerable cost.

"Activate the magic—protect all."

A very powerful defensive spell; if the magic power is sufficient, it can be even more effective than the Ironclad Spell.

"Activate the spell—Eternal Freeze."

If there's one magic card that can rival Fiendfire, it's this powerful Freeze spell, capable of freezing everything—it's practically the bane of Fiendfire.

You, Harry Potter, only have two powerful hero cards and one spell, while I have four cards and two spells, and every wizard is a renowned figure (according to the wizard card system, the higher the fame, the stronger the power, with special character cards being exceptions, such as Dark Magician Girl).

Lockhart leaned back as he spoke, watching Harry lean back tactically.

I'm going to win this time.

Under relentless pressure, the combination of the Dark Magician Girl and the Dark Magician was quickly defeated, and their trump card, the Fiery Charm, was also broken by the Freeze Charm.

To everyone's surprise, Harry on the other side showed no sign of panic even in this situation.

"Activate the Trap Card - Call of the Despicable Herpo, Tribute Dark Magician Girl and Dark Magician from the Graveyard."

"Summon—Blue Fiendfire."

"Special Summon - Dumbledore the White Wizard".

When Dumbledore, gleaming white and wielding blue Fiendfire, appeared, Lockhart's alliance of four powerful wizards was instantly crushed.

No one has stipulated that a Dark Magic deck cannot summon Dumbledore, the White Wizard.

Summoning is possible once the conditions are met.

This time, no matter how hard Lockhart tried, he couldn't turn the tide; his cards were mercilessly crushed.

The arrival of the hero card Dumbledore signifies the end of the game.

"Professor Lockhart, it seems I have won."

Harry declared himself the victor.

The outcome is decided.

Just then, Dudley's ears twitched slightly; he seemed to hear sounds from outside the auditorium.

The rustling sounds were extremely faint, as if someone was muttering something to themselves.

"Dullie, what's wrong?" Hermione asked with concern when she saw Dudley looking dazed.

As Hermione's voice rang out, the rustling sound disappeared again, as if everything that had just happened was Dudley's illusion.

"I hope I misheard."

Dali said thoughtfully.

Not long after, one of the young wizards broke away from the crowd.

"Tsk, what a boring Wizard Card tournament."

He spoke disdainfully, but his eyes were fixed on Harry and the others on the stage, and an envy unconsciously showed in his eyes.

Cormac McClargan confidently stepped forward to sign up, only to be eliminated in the first round.

Watching the semifinals unfold bit by bit, and then witnessing the intense final battle until the very end.

Cormac stood up and walked out of the auditorium.

"A boring game, boring guys."

Cormac stood alone in the hallway, kicking at pebbles that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, muttering to himself, "Why didn't I win? I'm clearly the better one!"

"Hehehe"

Suddenly, Cormac vaguely heard a woman's voice, and looking in the direction of the voice, a figure flashed by.

Long, golden hair.

Without a second thought, Cormac followed.

I don't know what got into him, but his first reaction to this situation was that the other party wanted him to come with them.

He rushed over almost at breakneck speed, wanting to see what the person in the figure looked like, but each time he seemed to be just a little bit short, only able to see a tiny bit of golden hair.

This only fueled Cormac's curiosity.

So they ran and chased for what seemed like an eternity, until they completely lost sight of the figure after turning a corner in a corridor.

The ground seemed wet, with a small puddle of water. Just as he was hesitating whether to go back the way he came, he seemed to have discovered something.

He walked over with great curiosity. On the wall in front of him, something was glittering. He slowly approached, squinting to make out the details in the darkness. Between two windows, on the wall about a foot above the ground, were some words scribbled, shimmering faintly in the light of the burning torches.

"The secret room has been opened."

Beware of those who oppose the heir.

The red writing appeared to be written in blood.

Below this line of writing hung a fuzzy black shadow.

When Cormac got closer, he found it was a dead cat, its body stiff.

Mrs. Lorice! The dormitory supervisor's cat!

The sudden turn of events startled Cormac, causing him to fall to the ground. His hands accidentally touched a wet patch on the ground, which was sticky and had a pungent smell. When he brought his hands to the burning torch, he realized that the wet patch was not water at all, but a pool of blood, bright red blood!

Whose blood? Who was killed?

Cormac felt a buzzing sound, his mind went completely blank, and he froze on the spot.

At this moment, the first Wizarding Tournament ended, and the young wizards left the Great Hall and headed towards the Dining Room.

Cormac was located not far from the dining hall.

A low murmur arose, growing closer like distant thunder. From both ends of the corridor came the sound of countless feet climbing the stairs, and loud laughter and chatter reminiscing about the matches.

The first Wizard Card Tournament was undoubtedly a success, leaving a lasting impression on young wizards, especially the glittering Galleon in the hands of the first-place winner.

This has filled them with anticipation for the second competition.

The young wizards jostled and pushed their way into the passageway from both ends to the other side of the corner.

It was only then that Cormac snapped out of his shock, but it was too late for him to get up.

As the group walked around the corner and saw the upside-down "Mrs. Loris," the previously lively and chattering sounds all fell silent.

Covered in blood, Cormac sat alone in the middle of the corridor. The young wizards fell silent and crowded around to see the horrific scene.

Then countless female voices screamed, echoing throughout the entire castle.

"What happened here? What happened?"

Filch ran over, covering his ears; he was clearly drawn by the screams. He pushed his way through the crowd. Then he saw the blood-red writing, and below it hung Mrs. Lorris.

He stumbled back a few steps, his eyes wide, and he grabbed his face in terror.

"No!!! Mrs. Loris!!! What...what's wrong?!"

Filch screamed, his bloodshot eyes darting around before finally settling on Cormac, who was covered in blood.

"You! It was you! You killed my cat! You killed her! I'm going to kill you! I'm going to make you pay with your life!"

Filch's angry roar echoed through the empty corridor.
