Chapter 123, Question 121: Why not ask the amazing Brother D?

In one night, Dudley completed the taming of all the Cornish elves.

The good news is that even after taming such a large group, Dali's body showed no abnormalities, only a slight lack of energy.

The bad news is that not all Cornish Pokémon can evolve to LV2; apart from the very first one, the others remain at LV1.

Perhaps because of the lesson learned from the Cornish elves in the first lesson, Lockhart's subsequent lessons no longer included practical content.

Dudley gently tossed the Poké Ball upwards, and with a flash of light, Pixie appeared before him.

"Gawoo!"

Pixie cooperated perfectly by making a fierce expression.

It feels pretty good.

Dudley casually tossed a food item to Clefairy, then picked up the knock-off Poké Ball and aimed it at Clefairy's location. A red beam shone on Clefairy, and then the beam was withdrawn.

The knock-off Poké Ball quickly shrank to only one-third of its original size. Gently placed on the waist, it was firmly attached with a soft "click".

Don't underestimate this small sphere.

This is an alchemical product with a very high magical content.

The red beam is a unique Attract Charm; the internal space is encased in a Seamless Stretch Charm; its ability to adhere to the waist utilizes the Attachment Charm; and its ability to change size leverages the most important aspect of the Transformation Charm. A contract is also added to the entire Poké Ball.

No one but Dudley can use it.

Ever since Dudley invented the Poké Ball, he's been like a new toy, constantly venturing into the Forbidden Forest. But this time, he's not looking for magical plants; instead, he's searching for magical animals.

Believe it or not, after a week, Dudley actually found a few pretty good magical creatures.

A sniffler, a harlequin, and a mandrake.

Well, it's amazing that Dali managed to tame the Mandrake, a plant that's supposed to be magical. I wonder why.

Dudley put all of these into a knock-off version of the "Poké Ball".

Unfortunately, the two magical creatures, "Charizard" and "Bald Pony," cannot be tamed at present, presumably because Dudley's taming skill level is too low.

The only pity is that the 'magic crystals' are limited and cannot be mass-produced, otherwise Dudley would have made at least a hundred or so and hidden them in his waist pouch.

Just imagine, at Dursley's command, 100,000 magical creatures would instantly rush out and slap the other side so hard they'd be beaten into a pig's head.

Dudley didn't like to do things himself; after all, a man of his talent and virtue preferred to persuade others with reason.

He has now achieved four out of ten thousand of his dream of 100,000 magical creatures.

Dudley is already considering how to obtain more 'Magic Crystals'.

Wait, it seems like we have the raw materials ourselves.

Harry felt he was having a really bad time lately. He'd been targeted by a first-year Gryffindor named Colin, who'd been staking out his place taking pictures.

It's important to know that Harry doesn't like being famous.

His favorite thing was to quietly follow behind Dali.

Malfoy often joked about this.

Of course, that wasn't the worst of it. Besides Colin, there was another person who had his eye on him—Lohart, the professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts.

Since the start of the semester, Lockhart has been looking for opportunities to get close to Harry, to be alone with him, and to try to teach him how to use his fame.

As for why he didn't approach Dudley, Dudley simply ignored him. Moreover, Dudley's fame was limited to Hogwarts and a few people who knew his identity as Jerry's teacher. Most importantly, he wasn't as famous as Harry Potter.

You have to understand that the name Harry Potter alone is a golden brand.

That was the savior who saved the magical world.

You could say that every wizard in the entire magical world owes him ten Galleons, and that wouldn't be an exaggeration.

That day, after a boring Defense Against the Dark Arts class, Harry was once again kept behind by Lockhart, as expected.

Lockhart wants Harry to help him write back to his fans.

Harry isn't Dudley and can't ignore Lockhart; as a second-year student, he can't refuse a professor's request.

So he stayed and worked with Lockhart to reply to all the letters sent by fans.

"Maybe I can help Brother D reply to fan mail in the future."

Harry tried to comfort himself.

Lockhart and D are both authors, so why have we never seen D reply to fan mail?

While Harry was lost in thought, he unconsciously listened to Lockhart's "experience".
