Chapter 86 Creating a World with Hawking (Third Update)

"Hawking, Hawking, we're about to set off!"

As Magneto said, S.H.I.E.L.D. has indeed developed drugs and weapons specifically targeting mutants. However, they have no intention of attacking mutants after Christmas, at least not in the short term.
