Chapter 168 The Great Forcing Technique (Second Update)

The next day, Wolverine was perched on the second-floor window of the old house when he saw Mariko returning from grocery shopping in the distance. He smiled and waved to her.

"You're back, Mariko."

Mariko waved politely over there.

However, at that moment, a van suddenly stopped next to Mariko, and two men dressed in traditional ninja attire rushed out of the van, knocked Mariko unconscious, and dragged her into the van.

He then tossed a piece of paper aside and walked away.

So now Wolverine might actually just see Mariko as a little girl, just like he did with Rakshasa back then.

"Mariko, I can't tell you right now, but I won't hurt you, you can trust me."

Kenichiro gritted his teeth, forcibly pulled Mariko out of the car, and walked towards the small hill at the end of the village.

Halfway down the mountain, there was a seven-story secret research institute.

However, before they had taken more than a few steps, an airplane suddenly appeared out of nowhere and slowly descended.
