Chapter 51 Tsunade Takes the Bait

"It's you, Uchiha brat. What's up?"

After Uchiha Yangyi entered, Tsunade hurriedly took the documents off the table, but the sharp-eyed Uchiha Yangyi still noticed that there were water stains on them, and that half of Tsunade's face was now red.

Uchiha Yang said, "I came to discuss something with you, Lady Tsunade, but I heard from Jonin Ikemoto that you were treating a patient, so I came to bother you."

"There are no patients now. What can I do for you?"

"No more patients? Does Lady Tsunade no longer need to treat others?"

"Because that patient doesn't require my intervention. Kid, why are you asking so many questions? Just say what's on your mind!"

Tsunade said somewhat impatiently, then glanced out the window. As afternoon approached, she felt an urge to leave Konoha Hospital to gamble a couple of times.

However, considering that he was running out of money, he sighed and gave up the idea.

"I've come to discuss a business deal with you, Lady Tsunade. You remember when I asked Jonin Ikemoto to research health supplements? He's already figured it out, but he's not very well-known. So I'd like to collaborate with you, Lady Tsunade, and use your reputation to make a killing."

Uchiha Yang said that when he asked Tsunade the question, he guessed something; Tsunade probably couldn't see the patient in the Land of Hot Springs, which might involve surgery, and Tsunade's current condition was just right so she couldn't see blood.

"Using my reputation as one of the Three Legendary Sannin? No way, kid. You've got a good plan, though. You should know my medical ninjutsu."

"Three million!"

"What? What do you mean by that?"

Tsunade nearly choked, then asked with a wary look.

"Three million a year. I'm just borrowing your name, Lady Tsunade, to promote these two health supplements."

Uchiha Yang took out the information on the first two health supplements and handed them over to Tsunade to take a look. As for the health pills, he wouldn't show them to her. He would secretly put his name on them, and he thought it would be difficult for Tsunade to notice.

"So this is the kind of medicine. It has some health benefits for ordinary people, but it's completely useless for ninjas. Looks like you're trying to make money off ordinary people."

Tsunade didn't seem to care much after reading it. She had earned money from those nobles before, and a single medical treatment could cost millions, which was much easier than an S-rank mission.

Although three million is not as much as she used to earn money, she now suffers from hemophobia and cannot perform most surgeries, causing her income to plummet to an all-time low.

The Tsunade of the past would never have cared about three million, but now...

"Three million a year? Just to borrow my fame?"

"That's right, it's to promote the medicine developed by Jonin Ikemoto!"

Uchiha Yoichi nodded with certainty, saying that he had told Tsunade in advance that Ikemoto was researching three kinds of medicine, but one of them had not been brought out yet.

"In that case, it's not something we can't consider."

Tsunade was somewhat tempted. She was currently short of money; she had no problem with food and drink, but she didn't have much cash on hand.

Ninjas are probably the most lucrative profession in the ninja world, and Tsunade is a top-tier ninja, yet she can't even afford a few hundred thousand ryo, which is quite disheartening for her.

"Okay, it's settled then. I'll allow you to use my name to promote the drug."

Tsunade agreed after a moment's thought. As for whether she had considered the Uchiha clan, she was now the only one left in the Senju clan. She was the head of the Senju clan and didn't need to consider other people's opinions.

"Let's sign a contract then. If I don't have time to pay you later, you can bring the contract to me to ask for your money back."

Even if you discover something is wrong, with the contract in place, you can't go back on your word!

Uchiha Yoichi took out two pieces of paper, quickly wrote two contracts, and handed them to Tsunade to look at.

After Tsunade finished reading it and found no problems, she wrote her name on it and, at Uchiha Yoichi's request, also pressed her handprint on it.

After signing the contract, Tsunade waved her hand in front of Uchiha Yoichi and said, "Alright, kid, pay up now."

"Who would carry millions on them? Have Mina bring them to you tomorrow."

After Uchiha Yang finished speaking, he put the contract away with satisfaction; he would come back later to take a picture of Tsunade, and then post the GG in the newspapers and on TV.

With Tsunade's achievements in medical skills, this is her most prestigious reputation.

------------

"Kakashi? You're here. I had some errands to run today, so I won't be training this afternoon. If you want to spar, you can come tomorrow morning. Why don't you stay for dinner tonight?"

When Uchiha Yangyi returned home, he saw Kakashi waiting at the door, who seemed to have been there for a long time; as the only member of Yangyi's team, it was only right to invite him to stay for a meal.

On my way back, I took a trip to Elder Kenji's place. Kenji has already bought the existing pharmaceutical production factory and retained all the staff. Currently, one of Elder Kenji's non-ninja relatives has been sent to manage it.

Now all we need to do is acquire the medicinal herbs to start large-scale production, but this still requires Uchiha Yang to make a trip.

"It's not about sparring, but it's fine to have a meal, since Father is away on a mission."

Kakashi's eyes lit up when he heard the word "eat," clearly remembering the delicious mutton stew; unfortunately, the one given to him last time was already gone.

Kakashi originally wanted to buy some, but the Magic Goats haven't been bred on a large scale yet, so it will be at least two years before they can be sold to the public.

"We're out of lamb, but we have plenty of other ingredients, even though I didn't cook them."

After Uchiha Yang finished speaking, he welcomed Kakashi into the house. The house they were living in was a new one. Although it was a bit out of the way, it was very large and had a yard, which was big enough for Geiz to rest in after he shrunk down.

After entering the house, Uchiha Yoichi poured Kakashi a cup of tea and then asked, "Since it wasn't for sparring, what brings you here?"

Kakashi said calmly, "Captain, I've been training in the village for a long time now. Shouldn't I take on some missions?"

"It's rare to have some peaceful days. If it were a few more years, the tasks would be so numerous that you might feel nauseous. However, you were implicated by me last time. If you don't care about your reputation, come with me out of the village tomorrow."

Uchiha Yang shook his head and continued to Kakashi, "The Uchiha clan's missions are all for the benefit of the clan. You can come with me, but it won't be good for you; if you don't mind, you can become a bounty hunter with me. I'd like to get involved."

Upon hearing this, Kakashi looked surprised and asked, "Bounty hunters... are they underground gold exchange shops? Captain, you've been there before?"

"Because I want to get some things that can only be bought at underground gold exchange shops, otherwise I'd have to wait a long time."

Uchiha Yoichi explained for a moment, then continued, "I usually only accept bounties for small countries. There are quite a few bounty missions for the Five Great Shinobi Villages, but the risks are too great."
