Chapter 21 Second Elder Uchiha Kenji (Please continue reading)

After Uchiha Yoichi left, Kakashi was still thinking about what had just happened.

"The Root ninjas... I remember my father saying it was a department that trained personnel for the Anbu, buried deep within Konoha, hence the name Root. But what did that guy mean by that? I'm going to suffer the same treatment as him today?"
