Death Wizard Diary.

Chapter 912 The Game

Chapter 912 The Game

Norton was right; he wasn't the one who contributed the most in dealing with Frim.

Let's go back to when Saul and Byron noticed that Frim's figure inside the castle was fading.

At this point, Frim had completed the Divine Intervention Technique and was only waiting for Yura to complete the final teleportation array.

Meanwhile, Yura was having dinner with Gorsa in the Principality of Kema.

The two sat facing each other, and the servant left the room after serving the last dish.

Once the door closed, only the two of them remained in the room.

Gorsa looked at the food spread across the table and the golden amber wine in his glass, and gradually lost interest.

He leaned back in his high-backed chair, his hands resting on the pristine white tablecloth, his fingers interlaced, and a faint smile appeared on his face.

"This is the seventh dinner we've shared together, isn't it? I'm tired of these sentimental games. Shouldn't we talk about what the Death Wizard's Diary is all about?"

Yura was wearing a red, fitted fishtail dress, the style of which seemed to have originated from Nefertory.

She stood tall with her back straight, her neck long and slender, and her arms were as white as jade. At this moment, she was elegantly cutting the food on the plate with a knife and fork, exuding both intellect and beauty.

But the mess of broken pieces on the ground showed that her condition was not as stable as she appeared to be.

Hearing Gorsa's question, Yura didn't stop what she was doing. She put a piece of meat with blood streaks into her mouth, wiped her mouth gently, and then slowly replied, "I don't know what the Death Wizard's Diary is. But I heard that it was precisely because your apprentice had this magical artifact that he was able to become a high-level wizard so quickly despite his lack of innate magical talent."

Gorsa shrugged. "That's because I taught him well."

Yura could no longer maintain her graceful movements.

She slammed her knife and fork on the table with a "bang," even breaking a plate in the process.

"You're a good teacher? What did you teach him?"

Gorza showed no shame whatsoever. "I taught him how to survive in the wizarding world."

He narrowed his eyes again. "By the way, I also protected him in secret. You were his bodyguard."

Yura suddenly stood up, her straightened legs slamming the high-backed chair to the ground.

"I'm not kidding you!"

Gorsa tilted his head. "But you're wasting my time."

Seeing that Yura was about to retort, he suddenly touched her lips and said, "You lured me to the Principality of Kema with the name of a diary. Every time I asked you about anything related to the diary, you used it as leverage to demand that I play house with you. Yura, have you forgotten that you are still a wizard?"

Yura's eyes widened, and anger seemed to be spitting out of them.

"And you like to act. From day one, you've demanded that I come here to dine with you every day, and every day you smash plates all over the floor. Are you trying to cover up some kind of trace, or are you trying to set up some kind of magic array?"

Gorsa turned his head to look at the carpet at his feet, which was covered with broken plates and food scraps. The carpet's lines were messy, making it easy to hide some kind of secret magic array.

"Your dawdling and secretive behavior reminds me of someone."

"I'm going to kill you!!!" Yura finally broke the silence spell on her mouth and threw all the plates at Gorsa.

The plate, carrying meat and grease, flew into the air, then suddenly froze, its black shadow rustling across the table and floor.

These black shadows shattered into tiny fragments, flowing towards Yura, while the light from the overhead lamps suddenly focused on Gorsa.

It was as if light and shadow brushed against each other, each heading towards its designated enemy, and then the room was split in two.

Gorsa was in the light, while Yora was in the shadows.

But suddenly, the light shone brightly, instantly engulfing all the shadows. Those tiny, lively little black shadows all vanished with a "whoosh" into white smoke.

Gorsa felt as if in the blink of an eye, the world in front of him had turned into a ball of light.

He smiled slightly, and instead of retreating, he advanced, heading straight for the brightest spot.

Dark elemental particles were constantly accumulating around him, as if he wanted to collect all the shadows in the room to fight against the light before him.

Suddenly, a violent surge of magic emanated from beneath his feet, as if a huge void had appeared. A strong suction force emanated from the void, forcefully pulling the black shadow on Gorsa's body towards it.

Gorsa's figure, rushing towards the light, paused for a moment.

"The Realm of Aurora?" He glanced down, and although he couldn't see Yura's shadow, he still spoke to the direction where Yura had stood before, "By activating this sorcery circle, are you trying to have everyone in the entire Kma Palace buried with you?"

"Gorsa, can't you see the situation? Now it's your turn to be buried!" Yura's voice came from the top of the head where the light was strongest.

The light in the room was so bright it distorted one's vision. The concentrated light generated heat, and at the same time, it caused Gorsa to feel a burning sensation on his skin.

The light, like tiny nematodes, was desperately trying to burrow into Gorsa's pores, forcing him to use his magic to counteract the damage it was causing him.

However, the dark magic around him was still disappearing, and Gorsa knew that if this continued, he probably wouldn't have any dark magic left to draw upon.

"So that's how it is." He wasn't in a hurry. "You wanted to use the Aurora Realm to influence the surrounding magic, making this place a space without dark attributes, causing an imbalance of light and darkness within me, and trying to make me mutate as a result."

"You guessed it right away, didn't you?" Yura's voice softened again, as if she believed Gorsa was doomed today. "You were always so clever, always knowing what I wanted to do. Wasn't it you who made me choose to abandon my body? Didn't you actually kill me?"

"Actually, it was you who killed me!"

"You killed me!"

Yura's voice grew increasingly agitated, and her tone began to distort.

Gorsamer remained silent, seemingly unwilling to explain. He looked around, trying to recall where the doors and windows were in the room.

Although he had moved to many different places during the brief battle, he was still able to maintain his sense of direction.

However, just as Gorza was about to turn, he suddenly felt a strong attraction that forced him to turn back.

Another high-level magic array!

No wonder they prepared for so many days.

"You can't escape, hehe..." Yura's voice turned cheerful again. "I've kept you here for so many days so that this soul-pulling spell could take effect. Now, as long as I don't leave this room, you'll never be able to leave."

Is there no escape?

Gorsa simply gave up on running away.

He didn't even try to approach the light source anymore, just stood there. "You kept me here for so many days mainly to wait for Frim, right?"

Yura, who had been talking incessantly, suddenly fell silent.

Gorsa kept asking, "Flim, were you hiding behind Yura? You wanted to kill me so badly, yet you had to hide behind a woman? Can't the Tribunal do things openly and honestly just this once?"

"Gorsa!" Frim's icy voice finally replaced Yura's. "You always know how to provoke me."

Gorsa laughed, laughed heartily.

"Of course I know, you've already surrendered to the Eye of the Abyss..."

"That's enough!" Frim interrupted Gorza directly, not letting him finish speaking, and then an even more intense light burst forth.

Almost instantly, Gorsa could see nothing at all.

Aurora Realm, Maximum Power!

Once this level of light-attribute magic is fully unleashed, it can directly evaporate all living beings within a kilometer radius!

For a moment, Gorsa could almost hear the sound of the stone evaporating, but he soon couldn't hear it anymore.

Light seemed to have replaced all five senses, leaving his consciousness with only this one element.

Finally, in an environment where dark attribute was extremely scarce and light attribute was extremely abundant, Gorsa, which was based on the balance and mutual transformation of light and dark, suddenly underwent a change.

A layer of black suddenly burst out from his body, then vanished in an instant.

All the shadows on him vanished from his body as if they had been evaporated!

Frim did not directly attack Gorza, but Gorza would be distorted and unbalanced due to the Aurora Realm created by Frim, and would be transformed as a result.

Once Gorza is dead and Frim has cleaned up the mess, even if Norton knows who the real killer is, there will be no evidence.

Just when Flim thought the situation was settled, Gorsa spoke up again.

His vocal cords were also mutating, his voice was eerie and shrill, as if mixed with rotting flesh and blood, but he still spoke.

"Flim, sometimes you're not crazy enough! Hahahaha, hahahaha, hahahahaha..."
