Chapter 151 The Goddess's Knight and Divine Blessing

Chapter 151 The Goddess's Knight and Divine Blessing

Victory of the Vow?

Upon hearing the name of the sword, Wayne was slightly stunned. The name seemed to belong to the weapon of a very famous Saber King, also known as the Sword in the Lake, the Steel-Cutting Sword, the Sword in the Stone, or the King's Sword.

It is a sword that appears very frequently in various fantasy stories.

However, considering that the wizarding world is like a sieve, with celestial conjunctions occurring every so often, connecting this world to many different worlds, it's not surprising that some strange things are appearing now.

Wayne stood up and stretched his body a little. He had to admit that the Goddess of the Lake might not be a very powerful deity, as she couldn't even directly destroy the evil god's avatar lurking beneath the lake's waters. However, she was definitely a healer with extraordinary strength.

Whether it's Knight Ekko, who was crippled by Borch like last time, or Fizz, the little earth spirit corrupted by the power of the evil god, or even himself who suffered severe internal injuries yesterday.

As long as they are sent to the goddess, they can recover quickly under her healing power, and there seem to be no aftereffects.

For any soldier who frequently participates in combat, this is undoubtedly a life-or-death and invaluable privilege.

Being able to build a good relationship with such a beautiful and holy goddess would definitely be a powerful trump card for his future adventures.

Thinking this, Wayne walked up to the goddess of the lake, adopted the posture of a knight about to be knighted, knelt on one knee, bowed his head, and shouted loudly:

"Your Majesty, I am willing to become your knight, to bear the promise of the Sword of Excalibur, to eradicate evil and filth from the world, to protect the peace of the world, to spread noble virtues, and to make this world a better place."

Wayne's expression was serious, and he spoke with great passion, as if he were chanting a solemn oath. If he hadn't been naked but instead was wearing a magnificent suit of armor, it would have been a truly grand declaration.

The Lady of the Lake clearly appreciated this knightly etiquette. Seeing Wayne's correct posture, her attitude became more serious. She stretched out her hands, raised the Sword of Excalibur, and, just as in the legends, presented it to Wayne. Her tone carried a hint of solemnity and pleasure as she said:

"I'm glad you accepted this responsibility, my warrior."

"I present this precious sword to you and appoint you as the Knight of the Lake Goddess. I hope you will keep your promise, vanquish evil, and bring more happiness and virtue to the world."

When she uttered those words, the goddess of the lake had such a holy and beautiful expression. Her graceful and dignified figure, combined with the fairy-tale-like surroundings, was so harmonious.

If she were facing a noble medieval knight, he would surely be moved by the sacred and solemn atmosphere, captivated by the goddess's sublime sentiments and beauty, and become a true embodiment of justice, dedicating himself to protecting the world.

Unfortunately, she was facing a witcher who had no reverence for the gods and whose body was filled with excessive hormones.

Wayne glanced up casually at the goddess's holy and beautiful body, and between her long, shapely legs, a golden inverted triangle that matched her bright golden hair. Suddenly, he noticed something.

He swelled up, and stood firm, growing larger and larger, completely out of control.

At that moment, the voice of the goddess of the lake reached his ears again. She looked into his eyes with eyes as clear as lake water and said gently and softly:

"My knight, Excalibur is a gift, but also a responsibility."

"But your achievements deserve more rewards. Tell me, what do you want?"

What do I want?

I want you!

The beautiful goddess of the lake was unaware that the man kneeling before her was filled with blasphemous thoughts. She maintained her beautiful and holy smile, awaiting her knight's answer.

Wayne's desire surged, and after a few seconds of silence, he spoke in a slightly hoarse voice:

"Your Majesty, I wish for a beautiful memory."

Upon hearing Wayne's answer, the beautiful Lady of the Lake paused slightly, then tilted her head and asked in a questioning tone:

"Beautiful memories? What are beautiful memories?"

Faced with the goddess's pure gaze and her adorable tilted head, Wayne answered her with his actions.

He stood up, took a step forward, pressed himself against the goddess's flawless body, lowered his head and kissed the goddess's rosy lips, then wrapped his arms around her slender waist.

To his relief, the goddess of the lake in his arms showed neither anger nor rejection. Her clear eyes held a hint of doubt, a touch of bewilderment, and a subtle, feminine allure as she allowed Wayne's hands to roam freely over her body.

She was somewhat stunned, unsure how to react to the knight's actions.

But she soon understood.

………………

When Wayne emerged from the forest, it was the third day since the evil god had been vanquished.

The Witcher brethren and the three sorceresses were all safe and sound outside the forest.

When they saw Wayne, they immediately surrounded him with joy, asking about his physical condition while curiously examining the magnificent two-handed greatsword he carried on his back, waiting for him to speak.

Wayne didn't explain much, only telling everyone that they had completely eliminated the evil god's clone here, and the mission was perfectly completed. They could go back and report to the king, so they might as well go back to the city to rest first.

After returning to Vizima with the help of the sorceress, Wayne kept reminiscing about his wonderful memories with the goddess of the lake.

It has to be said that a goddess is a goddess. Even though she looks so delicate, so pure, and so beautiful, her physical strength is incomparable to that of ordinary people.

After some initial confusion and trial and error, under the guidance of experienced demon hunters, the goddess learned quickly, and the two spent several hours together.

Wayne suddenly discovered that a special skill had appeared in his skill bar, called Divine Blessing.

Divine Blessing LV1: Resistance to alien status +1, mental resistance +1, soul resistance +1, charm +1.

The fact that this seemingly powerful skill appeared at this moment is undoubtedly because he slept with a goddess.

This discovery instantly revived Wayne, who was initially a bit tired. He became more energetic and worked even harder, paying more attention and effort when communicating with the goddess, cherishing every close encounter.

Wayne only stopped his great conquest after even the goddess of the lake begged him for mercy.

Until the very end, he held the beautiful goddess of the lake in his arms, his hands caressing her perfect curves, while she gently stroked his strong body.

Wayne could clearly sense that the goddess's attitude towards him had become much closer, no longer carrying an invisible sense of distance as before; a wonderful bond seemed to have been established between them.

So, driven by male possessiveness, he made the request:

"Your Majesty, may I ask your name?"

Upon hearing Wayne's question, the goddess's fingers paused slightly, and her clear, lake-like eyes momentarily lost their focus before she spoke in a reminiscing tone:

"In my memory, I shouldn't have a name, but it seems a voice is telling me that my name is Lilith."

"This name is known only to you, my warrior."

"From now on, whenever you want to see me, you can call my name from the lake."

Wayne nodded, gazing at the goddess's beautiful face, and couldn't resist leaning down to kiss her luscious red lips again, until her eyes were glazed over with desire, before he pleaded once more:

"Lilith, my goddess, I hope that from now on, you will never appear in this naked form before anyone but me, and that you will never tell anyone your name again."

"And I absolutely cannot have the kind of thing we did with any man other than me."

"This is my request. As your knight, I must protect your purity, your body, and your honor."

"Could you grant me this request?"

Lilith, the goddess of the lake, tilted her head in confusion, unsure of the meaning behind Wayne's earnest request.

However, she was a generous goddess, and without much thought, she immediately agreed to marry her only and closest knight.

She tilted her head back and kissed Wayne's lips, replying in a gentle voice:

"I promise you, my warrior, my Wayne."
