"Who are you? Don't try to fool me with your invisibility." Tianxie frowned, searching around, trying to find something different.

"Invisibility? I didn't use anything like that. You just can't see me." The voice was faint, carrying a chilling sense of melancholy.

"You didn't use invisibility, so why can't I see you? You're just trying to fool me because I'm young!" Tianxie looked in the direction the voice came from, but couldn't see anything.

"Lie to you? You're quite amusing!" The voice sounded somewhat lazy. "You really came here to search for your family's so-called imperial heirloom?"

"What's it to you? I don't like talking to people who hide their identities." Tianxie ignored the other party. Although she had never heard this person's voice in the Tian family, she assumed that he was a descendant of an outsider in the Tian family, a cousin she had never met. Clearly, this person, like the others, wanted to play a trick on her.

The way Tianxie turned and left surprised the speaker, but the way Tianxie fell to the ground after being hit by the barrier made the speaker laugh.

"What are you laughing at!" Tianxie glared at the person behind him, stood up, dusted off his clothes, and continued walking forward.

With a loud "thump!", Tianxie's head slammed into a hard stone wall.

She rubbed her dizzy head hard, tapping the glowing, transparent yet stone-wall-like barrier with her small fist. "Could it be that I really can't get in..." she muttered to herself, her voice tinged with bitterness.

"Are you about to cry?" The teasing voice carried a hint of amusement.

Tianxie bit his lip, trying to cheer himself up, and rolled his eyes at the person behind him, saying, "I won't cry in front of a cowardly rat!"

"Really?" The voice sounded languid again. "I wasn't particularly interested in you before, but now I am. I want to see you cry! Looks like you really want to get inside the barrier?"

Tianxie ignored the person who spoke and walked into the barrier again, but the result was the same. He bumped into the barrier until he was dizzy and fell to the ground.

"Heh, it seems you really want to get in. How about we make a deal?"

"A deal?" Tianxie frowned in confusion.

"I can let you in. But you, cry in front of me." His tone was somewhat commanding.

"Are you out of your mind? Or do you think I'm too easy to fool?" Tianxie said coldly, somewhat annoyed. "This barrier isn't under your control anyway."

"Who says it's beyond my control?" the speaker said arrogantly. "You can try the first barrier first. There are plenty of barriers inside. Once you reach the second barrier, you can decide whether you're willing to make a deal with me!"

All that could be heard was the sound of the wind whistling past, and the barrier in front of me stopped shining, as if it had vanished.

Tianxie stared wide-eyed in disbelief, his big, watery eyes blinking several times before he came to his senses.

She approached the barrier somewhat blankly, rubbed it with her tiny fingers, and finding that there was no longer any resistance, she carefully took a step and entered the barrier.

Upon entering the barrier, they discovered that their cousins were searching for something. In a sea of flowers, each flower bloomed brightly and beautifully, and inside the flower's heart lay all sorts of magical treasures.

"It's really...it's really possible to come in..." Tianxie's voice trembled with excitement. "Who...who are you? Why can you control the barrier here?"

"Who am I? I don't even know myself." The man's voice sounded somewhat self-deprecating.

Could this person's ability to control the barrier behind the mountain be a remnant of the consciousness of the Heavenly Ancestor, used to protect the mountain?

Her dark eyes darted around, and she asked obediently, "Are you my ancestor?"

"Ancestors? Hahahaha..." The man laughed exaggeratedly.

Tianxie looked around nervously, only to find that none of his cousins had noticed anything. "Can't they hear you?"

"I don't like them, so I'm too lazy to waste my breath on them."

"You mean you like me, that's why you're talking to me?" Tianxie asked with a bright smile, looking into the air as if he could sense something, and slowly approached.

Why is she able to pinpoint my location so accurately? I clearly projected my voice in a different direction, so why is she still looking at me?

"You...can you see me?" The man's voice sounded somewhat low.

"I can't see it." Tianxie shook his head.

"If you can't see it, why don't you look towards where the sound is coming from?"

"I don't know, I just feel like you're very close to me, right where I'm looking!" Tianxie asked doubtfully, "Could it really be where I'm looking? Are you really here?" Tianxie cautiously approached.

"No, don't come any closer." The voice, which had initially sounded somewhat sinister, began to tremble.

Tianxie didn't rush forward. She obediently nodded and stood still, saying, "Aren't you my ancestor?" She subconsciously reached out her hand, trying to touch something.

"No." The voice sounded somewhat shy.

Are you shy? Did I touch you?

"You talk too much!" The voice sounded somewhat annoyed. "Going back to our previous deal, I'll let you enter the second barrier, and you'll cry to me!"

"Why should I cry?" Tianxie couldn't understand.

"There's no reason, I just like it!" The voice chuckled roguishly.

Tianxie simply stared intently at the air in front of him, without uttering another word.

"Why aren't you saying anything?" The voice sounded a little puzzled, which was quite endearing.

"I wanted to cry, and I was trying to build up my emotions, but as soon as you spoke, I couldn't cry anymore." Tianxie pouted, as if complaining that the other person had disturbed him, but a sly smile flashed in his eyes, like a cunning little fox.

"Oh? Is that so?" The man's voice turned strange, as if he had seen the cunning in Tianxie's eyes, and he chuckled wickedly, "Then I'll help you cry it out!"

"What are you doing!" Tianxie felt his feet slip and he was suspended in the air. Then he suddenly felt his body sink, as if he was about to fall rapidly.

The man chuckled wickedly, "I'll help you cry!"

As his voice faded, Tianxie's body crashed heavily into the flowerbed. "Ouch..."

"If it hurts, you can cry it out!" The man's laughter became even more sinister.

Tianxie stood up from the flower bushes, rubbing his bottom and looking at the air with a mournful expression, but there were no tears in his eyes.

"Looks like it doesn't hurt enough!" The man's voice turned cunning.

"You..." Before Tianxie could finish speaking, a burst of laughter came from afar.

"Did you see that? She just fell flat on her face!"

"Yeah, what an idiot!"

"However, this idiot had some luck; I didn't expect to get in!"

"I think it's just pure luck!"

Hearing the mocking words from his so-called relatives in the distance, Tianxie merely frowned slightly and ignored them.

"Aren't you angry?" the speaker asked doubtfully.
