The six realms of sentient beings and the eighteen levels of hell float on the Zen staff, as if they are about to break free from the staff and become real beings.

"I will not become a Buddha until hell is empty! I will not attain enlightenment until all sentient beings are liberated!"

When these final sixteen words were uttered by Ksitigarbha, it was the moment he stepped into the cycle of reincarnation, and his immense voice resounded throughout the entire cycle of reincarnation.
