My Hogwarts has a serious problem.

Chapter 19. Have you ever seen Hogwarts at 4 a.m.?

Chapter 19. Have you ever seen Hogwarts at four in the morning?

In the Slytherin boys' dormitory.

Lynn looked calmly at Hubert, then slowly pulled his oak wand from the suitcase.

"I'll give you one more chance. Answer me, who do you think you are, McKlain?"

He repeated the question again.

Hubert felt uneasy under Lynn's gaze. He avoided Lynn's eyes, his gaze darting away, and shouted defiantly but inwardly.

"What are you doing with that wand? Want to have a wizard's duel with me? Don't be ridiculous, Belloc! You're just a Muggle-born orphan! You're nothing and you know nothing! Do you know what we call someone like you? Mud..."

"Seal the tongue and throat."

Lynn coldly uttered a spell, and a bright red beam of magic shot out from the tip of his wand, hitting its target accurately the next second.

The effects of the curse were immediately apparent to Hubert; his tongue and palate stuck together, rendering him unable to speak. He could only frantically utter a series of incomprehensible "ooh ooh ooh" sounds from his throat.

But Lynn didn't stop. He walked quickly to Hubert, grabbed his collar, and shoved him against the wall.

Lynn is very strong. Since he transmigrated to this world, he has been training every day. Of course, he can't compare to an adult, but among his peers, he is considered strong and healthy.

Hubert was held down so firmly that he could not speak and even had difficulty breathing.

Lynn's face remained calm, without the slightest hint of ferocity, yet it instilled a sense of fear in Hubert from the depths of his heart. His face turned red, whether from lack of air or from anger, he struggled incessantly but could not break free from Lynn's grasp.

"I came here just to study properly, and I didn't mean to cause trouble for anyone. But if someone were to cause me trouble... the consequences would not just be what they are today."

Lynn was half a head taller than Hubert, and he whispered in Hubert's ear.

Do you understand what I mean?

Hubert's attitude seemed very tough; he glared at Lynn with his eyes wide open, his clenched teeth looking like he wanted to tear him apart.

"Looks like you're not very bright." Lynn shrugged. "I've explained it so clearly and you still don't understand. Well, there's nothing I can do about it."

With one hand he gripped Hubert's neck tightly, and with the other he grabbed his hair and slammed his head against the wall!

A strong wave of dizziness almost made Hubert vomit, followed by intense pain that caused tears and snot to flow uncontrollably.

"Well, I've given you a little help to temporarily clear your head. Now, can you understand what I'm saying?"

Lynn's voice sounded like a devil's whisper to Hubert, who was only eleven years old and lacked any real willpower.

Unable to speak, he could only nod frantically to indicate that he understood, and only then did Lynn loosen his collar.

Hubert immediately collapsed to the ground like a drowning person who had just been rescued, gasping for breath with his mouth open.

Lynn slowly shook out his robe, then, as if his face had changed, a friendly smile appeared on his face, and he even squatted down to help him straighten his somewhat disheveled school robe.

"I'm sorry, I haven't learned how to break the tongue-sealing and throat-locking spell yet, so I can't make you speak for now. I can only wait for the magic to wear off and break itself. You won't be mad at me, will you?"

Hubert quickly shook his head, indicating that he did not mean that; he didn't even have the courage to look Lynn in the eye.

"You're such a generous person! I believe you'll let this little misunderstanding between us slide, and we can still be good roommates and classmates, right?"

Lynn smiled very sincerely, as if nothing had happened.

Hubert nodded mechanically; all he wanted now was to end this agonizing torment as soon as possible and then lie down in bed and sleep peacefully.

Lynn was satisfied with his attitude. Then he turned to look at his two remaining roommates in the dormitory. They had been huddled on their beds, trembling as they watched Lynn and Hubert's "friendly interaction." Now they just wanted to make themselves invisible and try not to be noticed by the victor.

"Good night."

He smiled kindly at them, which immediately frightened the two children so much that they covered their heads with the blankets.

Lynn lost interest in reading at this point, changed into her pajamas, washed up, and lay down on the bed to rest.

His approach to resolving this matter was brutal, but also the most effective.

That's just how reality is. If you're afraid of trouble, you should let those who want to cause you know that the consequences of messing with you are very serious, so serious that they can't afford to bear them.

The soft fear the hard, the hard fear the ruthless, and the ruthless fear the reckless.

Using violence to resolve violence is undoubtedly the most effective method.

Of course, this can only be done if you have equal strength.

Lynn knows very few spells, you can count them on one hand. The only one that can be considered somewhat effective in combat is the Tongue-Sealing and Throat-Locking Curse, a curse he learned from a few extra books he bought at Flourish and Blotts.

According to the book, the creator of this curse is his current school principal: Severus Snape.

So in the end, it wasn't that Lynn wanted to roll up his sleeves and take action, but rather that he had run out of other spells to use. Could he possibly cast a Cleanse spell on Hubert?

That would be a joke.

Silent all night.

The next morning, Lynn's long-established biological clock made him open his eyes precisely at four o'clock in the morning.

After quietly changing into his robes and washing up, he took his wand and the textbooks he needed for the morning and left the dormitory.

The common room was empty.

But a creature that cannot be called human is standing quietly by the fireplace.

Those empty eyes, like a vortex that could suck in one's soul, made Lynn feel a chill run down his spine.

He had no choice but to bite the bullet and take the initiative to greet them.

Good morning, Mr. Barrow.

Barrow the Blood, a resident ghost of Slytherin, was also present at yesterday's opening dinner, sitting at the Slytherin long table.

"Oh, a new Slytherin." Bloody Barrow's voice was soft, yet clearly audible.

"Why not stay in your warm bed a little longer? The sun hasn't even risen yet."

Lynn said honestly.

"I usually get up this early at home. If I can't fall back asleep, I like to go out for a walk and get to know the environment of Hogwarts."

Blood Man Barrow nodded: "Going to bed early and waking up early is a good habit. If you get lost in the castle, you can ask the portraits on the walls; they should be happy to give you the right directions."

Thank you for reminding me.

After saying goodbye to Barrow the Blood Man, Lynn left the common room.

It was still pitch black outside, but the eastern half of the sky was beginning to lighten, and he figured he would soon be able to see the sunrise at Hogwarts for the first time.

Lynn pulled his robe tighter around himself, and then, following the instructions given to him by Prefect Betty yesterday, he first scouted the way to the Charms classroom.

The staircases inside Hogwarts Castle are quite unruly; if you're not familiar with the route, you might easily get lost in their maze.

It took Lynn an hour to familiarize himself with the classrooms Betty had introduced them to the day before. He also managed to stroll around the library entrance. He might come here often in the future, so it was necessary to scout it out in advance.

Around 5:30, Lynn came out of the castle, intending to do his daily morning run around the Black Lake.

When he arrived at the large lawn by the Black Lake, he discovered that he wasn't the only early-rising wizard at Hogwarts.
