Chapter 189, Section 186: The Destroyer of a Nation

Another small black ball fell into Lynn's hand. Silently, it dared not escape again. It knew that it could not escape Lynn's palm no matter what, and began to beg shamelessly.

Silently, without speaking or having a physical form, hovered motionless in front of Lynn, its black aura forming a tail that wagged back and forth, making it look like a lapdog.

At its core, this thing is actually a parasite formed by magic, and after it is materialized, it can also be regarded as a kind of spirit.

But the Obscurial's energy is too strong, almost reaching the level of when Lynn and his team captured Voldemort.

That's why it took three Soul-Sealing Curses to capture it.

This place is clearly no longer within the territory of Goose Country. The weather is gloomy, with dark clouds covering the sky, as if a storm could break out at any moment.

"You picked a good spot." Lynn praised Fox, saying that in this godforsaken place, he could start his torture without restraint.

Lynn first used Transfiguration to conjure a bunch of ropes, which he wrapped around Ivanov three times in the middle, and then he cast a resurrection spell on him.

Ivanov quickly opened his eyes and realized that something seemed to be missing from his body.

"You separated me from Momo Ran?" he said with a gloomy face.

Lynn was rummaging through his pocket for regurgitation potion. His dimensional pocket was now quite full of things, and he had to rummage through it to get anything out.

Ivanov stared intently at Lynn's face, and finally figured out what was wrong with it.

"Is this what you originally looked like?" Ivanov's face surprisingly showed a smile.

However, that smile was sarcastic.

He had forgotten about it himself until he said it. He deactivated the modified Animagus's transformation state, then pulled out the cork and raised an eyebrow as he spoke.

"That's right, this is what I originally looked like. What's wrong? Does it look familiar?"

The sea breeze was strong, and the howling wind and the sound of the waves mingled together, completely drowning out their conversation.

"Familiar?" Ivanov laughed, looking at him. "Of course you're familiar! You look exactly like your mother. I remember her face when she died! No pain at all! A simple Killing Curse took her life!"

Lynn held the medicine bottle, staring blankly at Ivanov, who seemed to have gone mad.

"Yes, that's why I'm here to avenge her, but before that, I have to tell you something."

He grabbed Ivanov's hair and stared into his eyes as he spoke.

"I've already sent Yelena to the Kingdom of Lan. I imagine she's already giving her inaugural address. I'm sorry, your wish can't be fulfilled. The division of the magical world in the Kingdom of Su is a fact. The Chur tribe, whom you resent, has successfully escaped from this country."

Ivanov's expression shifted, and he looked at Lynn with intense hatred and resentment.

"You remnant of a wicked family! You are just like your shameful ancestors! Shameless! Despicable! The ringleader of chaos in the magical world! A cursed destroyer of nations!"

Lynn had no intention of listening to him continue his rant. He gripped Ivanov's chin like a vise and said coldly.

"Brother, it's time to take your medicine."

Then he shoved the mouth of the potion bottle into his mouth.

Three drops are only enough to deal with insignificant characters like Ruslan; a whole bottle is more befitting of Ivanov's status.

He drank every last drop of the truth serum, and this time, the Oblivion didn't cause any more trouble; the medicine took effect very quickly.

Ivanov stopped struggling and stared blankly ahead.

Lynn casually tossed the empty potion bottle into the sea, looked at Ivanov, and asked his first question.

"Who else, besides you, knows who I am and that I attend Hogwarts?"

After a few seconds of silence, Ivanov opened and closed his mouth and uttered the answer Lynn had always wanted to know.

"And the Magical Congress of the United States, the Ministry of Magic of France, the Ministry of Magic of Finland, the Ministry of Magic of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Magic of Sweden..."

With each name of a magical government he mentioned, Lynn's face darkened further, until he finished listing the Ministry of Magic of the United States and most of Europe, at which point Lynn's face had turned as black as the bottom of a pot.
