Chapter 149, Section 146: Tom's Capture Plan (The End)

Hagrid gripped his little red umbrella nervously, swallowed hard, and looked at the black mist within the Soul-Sealing Curse, asking a question.

"What is this?"

Jerry's eyes, hidden under his hood, were fixed on Tom, who was still roaring and trying to break free from the bubble of the Soul-Sealing Curse.

"I think you should be able to tell easily now who's on the side of justice, Hagrid. I think you should recognize that black mist, Tom Riddle, Voldemort, Mysterio, a whole bunch of random names."

Hagrid's expression immediately changed. Of course he knew Voldemort, and he even knew the name Tom Riddle, who had been expelled from Hogwarts because of him.

"Tom, Tom Riddle!"

Hagrid's throat trembled as he forced the name out of his mouth.

"That's right, it's him. Although I can't tell you who I am right now, and you don't trust me, you can definitely tell that the black mist is obviously not a good thing. To avoid doing something bad because you don't know anything, it's best if you don't do anything right now, Hagrid. Wait for me to catch him, and then I will tell you who I am, and you will know whether what I said is true or not."

Jerry patiently explained to Hagrid.

Now that they've reached the final step, he doesn't want to make things worse by overlooking a single detail.

Marsall and Tuffy had now positioned themselves on either side of Jerry.

"Can we succeed?"

"Is he trying to escape?" Hagrid asked, his face pale.

Marshal and Tefi remained silent. As direct participants in the improvement of the Soul Sealing Curse, they knew that once the Soul Sealing Curse was completed, the caster could no longer affect the already formed curse.

Tom, trapped inside, somehow managed to break free from the Soul-Sealing Curse. Since the Soul-Sealing Curse could no longer be altered, it meant they couldn't stop Tom from escaping.

Of everyone present, only Jerry didn't show any sign of frustration.

He slowly drew his wand.

What are the magical prohibitions surrounding the three Unforgivable Curses?

Hagrid, Marthus, and Tuffy all looked up at him in astonishment.

After hesitating for a while, Tuffy finally spoke in his icy, cold voice.

"The Three Unforgivable Curses are extremely evil dark magic spells. According to the Ministry of Magic's Second Prohibition, anyone who uses them on a person will be imprisoned for life in Azkaban."

Jerry stared intently at the black mist that was growing larger outside the Soul Sealing Curse, slowly expanding from the size of a fingernail to the size of a tennis ball, and still growing.

"Given Tom's inhuman, ghost-like appearance, it shouldn't be considered a violation of the prohibition if I use a spell on him, right?"

He seemed to be asking Tuffy and the others, or perhaps he was talking to himself.

He didn't wait for anyone to answer his question, nor was he expecting any answer, because in the next moment he had already waved his wand and chanted the spell.

"Avada Kedavra! (Triple Amplification)"

A dazzling green light appeared at the tip of his wand! This light was much brighter than the Killing Curse that Quirrell had used before!

The next moment, a dark green beam of death shot out from Jerry's wand.

In an instant, a burst of light shone brightly in the dark Forbidden Forest!

The green light reflected on the faces of everyone present, and at the same time, the pressure of death weighed heavily on everyone's hearts along with this green light.

Tom, who was in the form of black mist, did not make a sound from beginning to end when he escaped from the Soul Sealing Curse. The black ball that escaped from the Soul Sealing Curse was like a cloud of unconscious smoke, without any thought, and naturally could not escape!

The Killing Curse struck the escaped black ball with perfect accuracy.

In an instant! The green and black reacted violently, like two pigments mixed together but unable to blend. The smoke ball turned black one moment and green the next, and soon it couldn't withstand the pressure and exploded!

A piercing scream suddenly rang out, and he roared in an extremely venomous voice.

"I curse you! I curse you! I curse your blood! I curse your descendants! I curse your family!"

Jerry shrugged.

"Curse as you please, if you can."

The black mist could no longer answer him; the small black ball that had escaped had completely disappeared.

Marshal, Tuffy, and Hagrid looked around blankly, completely unable to comprehend what had just happened.

"You killed him?" Masor asked.

Jerry shook his head.

"Tom won't die until the Horcrux is destroyed; even the Killing Curse can't kill him."

Jerry really didn't know how Tom was doing.

The black mist that escaped from the Soul-Sealing Curse dissipated, but those that did not escape remained trapped within it, hovering quietly in mid-air not far away.

Jerry waved at the transparent ball, and following his guidance, the ball flew into his hand.

Jerry subconsciously flattened and rolled the small ball in his hand into a round shape.

Suddenly, a terrified, childish voice came from the small ball.

"Who are you? How did I get here? Where's the dean? I need to find the dean!"

Is this ending 1 or 3?

I saw a comment left by a previous author. He said that a plot that could have ended in one chapter ended up being padded out for so many chapters, and he even predicted that each of my Soul Weapons would be padded out for just as many chapters. He also told me to ask other veteran authors or editors if this is considered toxic and whether my subscriptions are likely to drop.

You're making me feel really wronged, since I was determined to take down Voldemort in first grade!

Even if I, Voldemort, am a terrorist, don't I have any shame? You think I deserve to be called the main villain in the seven Harry Potter books if I can easily capture you in one or two chapters?

And if we've already caught them all, why bother with the Water Soul Weapon? I have tons of stories, good and bad, that I want to write, why would I want to scam money with this?
