Chapter 84: Compartment Number Two and the End of the Train (Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!)

"What a troublesome elf," Moriarty said, closing the box door. "But the more she tries to act this way, the more it shows she's hiding a secret, unless she's naturally promiscuous."

Moriarty walked down the corridor and discovered that the young wizards were all gone—a strange occurrence. Had these testosterone-fueled boys really abandoned Diana?

"Splash—"

The door to VIP box number two was pushed open from the inside—no, it was kicked open.

Moriarty saw a small white boot and pulled it back from the door frame.

That foot shape, that size...

Moriarty thought for a moment, "Lilith?"

A burst of giggles immediately filled the private room, with Gemma Farley's laughter being the loudest: "After not seeing each other for a whole summer, Mr. Moriarty actually recognized Lilith's feet? Their relationship is quite special. No wonder Lilith got so jealous when she heard Mr. Moriarty enter the 'Beautiful' private room."

"Gemma, that's enough!!" Lilith yelled, leaping onto Gemma and tickling her. Lilith knew that Gemma was most afraid of this move.

At that moment, Moriarty walked into Box Two and saw Lilith half-pressing down on Gemma, groping under Gemma's coat.

As if a pause button had been pressed, the scene seemed to freeze at this moment. Lilith blinked when she saw Moriarty, and immediately blushed with embarrassment, her face turning red all the way to the roots of her neck. She awkwardly sat back down in her original seat.

Moriarty, being very accommodating, didn't mention the matter. He looked around Box Number Two with great interest. The presence of the four witches, Tonks, Gemma, Lilith, and Penelope, made the box quite extraordinary.

Tonks is now in fifth grade, Gemma is in fourth grade, and Lilith, Penelope, and Moriarty are all in second grade.

In other words, four of the most charming witches from the fifth, fourth, and second years of high school gathered in a small private room.

"Mr. Moriarty?" Gemma tilted her head and smiled cutely. "Would you like to know why we're in Box Two?"

Before Moriarty could even speak, Lilith pointed at Gemma and said, "Senior, if you dare say that, I guarantee you'll have terrible luck for the whole year!"

Lilith returned to normal, but beneath her fierce exterior, Moriarty sensed a hidden weakness beneath her bluster. Combined with their earlier banter, Moriarty couldn't help but wonder if Lilith had led them to Box Two.

But why?

"Because Lilith thinks the woman in Box One might try to seduce you! So she's worried and dragged us over to take a look." Penelope whispered in Moriarty's ear, then winked at him, her azure eyes gleaming with a meaningful light.

Although she was speaking right next to Moriarty's ear, Penelope didn't lower her voice at all, and the other girls in the box could hear her.

Lilith suddenly looked at Penelope and grabbed her by the neck. What a terrible choice of friends! Is this a major social disaster scene?

Hearing Gemma and Tonks' unrestrained laughter, Lilith felt she could no longer face Moriarty.

Fortunately, Moriarty kindly pulled Lilith's arm away to calm her down, then sat down himself. Penelope took the opportunity to push Lilith aside, next to Moriarty, and shook her head: "Mr. Moriarty, it's really a pity I couldn't attend your party. My parents don't really want me to be involved in extracurricular activities. You know, they're both Muggles."

"It's alright, it's not my loss anyway." Moriarty shrugged. A year of magical life had made this Muggle girl no longer lost and confused, but she still had a long way to go before she could become a qualified wizard.

Penelope's expression froze, and she said with a hint of resentment, "So, it's my fault after all."

Tonks and Gemma burst into laughter again, seemingly enjoying seeing Lilith and Penelope get their comeuppance.

"Hey, Moriarty." Tonks had styled her hair into golden curls—exactly like Diana's. She deliberately tossed her curls, striking what she considered a rather feminine pose, and said casually, "What do you think of me compared to the one in Box One?"

"Hmm... Nymph?" Moriarty's expression was strange. "Are you sure you want to compete with her? You should be able to recognize that she's an elf."

"So what if she's an elf?" Tonks said nonchalantly. "If you ask me, men don't care about a woman's identity; they only care about her looks."

"And her figure," Gemma added. Tonks glanced down instinctively, relieved to see no feet, but her face darkened as she recalled Diana's imposing figure. Gemma continued, "And the ambiance, I'd say a woman's status is quite important too..."

"That's enough!" Tonks shoved Gemma. After being hurt by Gemma, she suddenly lost the courage to speak to Moriarty.

This time it was Lilith and Penelope's turn to laugh, while Tonks sighed, "Look at all these male wizards in the carriage, all turned into sniffles because of that one in compartment number one! Sniffles look for gold coins, these guys look for beauty! Is there a difference? No!"

"Alright," Gemma glanced at Tonks, "I really don't know what you're envious of. You're the only girl in the whole school who gets to enjoy Mr. Moriarty's unique title. We sisters are so jealous."

"Yeah," Lilith chimed in, mimicking Moriarty's tone: "Nymph? Nymph! Nymph, Nymph. Oh, Nymph~"

Just as Tonks was about to pounce on Gemma and Lilith again, Moriarty tapped the floor with his staff. "Girls, I can tell. Professor Diana's arrival has made you insecure."

The four witches nodded their heads in unison. Lilith suddenly looked up: "You actually know that the woman in Box One is named Diana? She's our professor?"

"You've found the blind spot!" Moriarty gestured for her to sit properly. "Dumbledore will tell you about the new professor. What I want to say now is that you don't need to compare yourselves to Diana; it's meaningless. Just be yourselves. Just as there is only one Diana, there is also only one Lilith, one Tonks, one Penelope, and one Gemma Fali."

The girl smiled happily, while Gemma pouted, "Moriarty, you only call me by my full name, that's not fair!"

The other three girls had been repeatedly sabotaged by Gemma before, and now that they finally had their chance, they all retorted and started making a ruckus.

Moriarty shook his head with a sigh. The scenery in Box One and Box Two was truly unique, and Hogwarts was getting more and more lively this year.

"Knock knock knock".

A rhythmic knocking sounded at the door, and Marcus's deep voice came from outside: "Sir, I think you might be interested in this news: Soldaya Selwyn is in the compartment at the back of the train; he's a freshman this year."

Moriarty thought of the boy who used the Unforgivable Curse, and a smile crept onto his lips: "Let's go see him."

With that, Moriarty stood up, nodded apologetically to the four girls, opened the door, and went out.

Marcus and Jericho followed Moriarty to the last box, which contained only one person: Soldaya Serwin.

Today, Soldaya was wearing a purple robe, his hair tied up in a ponytail, which added to his unruly air. Jericho's eyes met his the moment he entered the private room. "He's got a problem!"

Marcus nodded: "Yes, a little wizard who dares to challenge you, sir, can't possibly be anything but a troublemaker."

"So you are Mr. Moriarty's trusted aides?" Soldaya stretched out his right hand from under his robe, holding a magic wand in his hand!

"Sir, if I can defeat both of them, may I stay by your side?" Soldaya waved his wand back and forth between Jericho and Marcus, but his eyes were fixed on Moriarty, ignoring both of them.

"Disarm you!"

There are still three hours left until the event ends, hurry up!
