The mastermind behind Hogwarts

Moriarty was unaware of what had happened to Ishcher.

If Moriarty knew that Ishcher had traveled to a Harry Potter world where Hermione was black, he would be utterly astonished.

Isn't that the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child universe?

Only Hermione in that world is Black, which is arguably a childhood-ruining moment.

And the timeline takes place in 2017!

That is, 18 years later.

Ishcher travels to the world of the cursed children, a fact Moriarty is completely unaware of.

At Slytherin Castle, Moriarty wore the dragon horn earring on his left ear.

There was a piercing on her earlobe, which Lilith had just done, with wisps of ice thread running through it, from which hung a dragon horn earring.

A glimmer of purple light occasionally flashed on the earring, and through this wisp of lightning elemental magic, Isichell and Moriarty, who were in another world, had a subtle connection.

Moriarty gently stroked the dragon horn earrings, as if to say to Ishcher, "Wherever you are, I will find you."

Removing his earring, Moriarty composed himself and strode out of the bedroom. Lilith followed behind, hearing him say, "It's time to go back to Hogwarts. There's still a mess waiting for us to clean up."

And so, Moriarty returned to Hogwarts after staying at Slytherin Castle for less than a day.

At this time, after a day of cleaning and tidying up, the traces of war on the outer perimeter of Hogwarts castle gradually disappeared, but the four-story magic tower still stood below the castle.

As a result, Professor McGonagall, who stayed behind at the school, had to conjure up a giant automatic slide at the gate so that wizards and students coming and going wouldn't get lost on their way back to school.

Professor Flitwick ingeniously cast an identification spell on the giant slide, preventing evildoers from infiltrating Hogwarts.

William escorted Moriarty and his party toward the castle, and along the way, wizards kept giving Moriarty stares.

"The video of the Battle of London has been broadcast all over the world, and now everyone on Earth knows about Hogwarts and Mr. Moriarty."

William said with a smile, but the smile on his face was half happy and half helpless.

The Battle of London thwarted Gump's plan to destroy Hogwarts and London, but in doing so, the wizarding world was completely exposed.

Both wizards and Muggles are in a state of confusion. How should they interact with Muggles/wizards? How should they live? Nobody knows.

Lockhart is in charge of this matter, but he hasn't come up with any concrete rules yet; managing the Ministry of Magic is enough to keep Lockhart busy for a while.

Moriarty was obviously aware of these circumstances. He shook his head and said, "Let me be the mastermind behind the scenes, and I will become the leader of the wizards."

The group arrived at the entrance of Hogwarts and saw the four floors of the Hogwarts Magic Tower.

Moriarty, however, was wondering when exactly the light had infiltrated Hogwarts, investigated the Hogwarts Magic Tower, and then opened the Slytherin Tower and the Ravenclaw Tower.

The keyhole on the upper level of Slytherin Tower looks just like a magic wand.

"Our ancestor Salazar used his own staff as a key? He should have kept it safe, so why did he arrange for his Squib son to take the staff and travel to China?"

"Was his journey to China not only to protect his Squib son, but also to protect the Slytherin Staff?"

"But Salazar's ancestor didn't expect that Light possessed the power of time. Light could very well have traveled to the past and secretly taken the staff from the Squid's son!"

"He used the staff to open the tower level, and then secretly returned the staff."

"That's right, that makes sense! I really can't think of any other method that can be used!"

Moriarty gazed at the Slytherin Tower and seemed to see the scene from a thousand years ago when light secretly opened the tower.

The mottled marks on the keyhole, though faded by the passage of time, seemed to transcend millennia, as Moriarty saw the light raising the Slytherin staff, repeatedly trying to insert it into the keyhole.

Moriarty reached out from under his robes and raised the Slytherin staff.

The silvery-white staff gleamed in the sunlight, and at that moment the clouds in the sky gradually parted, revealing even more intense sunlight.

The light at the top of the staff was like the flame on a torch. Moriarty slowly flew to the keyhole, raised his arm, and inserted the staff into the keyhole.

With a twist of the staff, the lock clicked.

The silver snake's head slowly caved in, forming a circular passage about the size of a person. Moriarty, with a calm expression, walked inside.

It was spacious inside, like a small, enclosed room, but there was nothing inside.

Back outside the tower, Moriarty saw a beam of light shot from the two dark eyes of the blue raven atop the Ravenclaw tower; he understood that it meant the Ravenclaw tower could be opened.

But the key?

Are we really going to go find Rowena Ravenclaw's head?

No, that's not necessary.

Moriarty suddenly realized that even Light probably couldn't make a move against Ravenclaw himself—if Light had that kind of power, he wouldn't have been unable to obtain the Gryffindor sword for so long.

Moriarty glanced at the Hufflepuff Tower and the final Gryffindor Tower. The two keyholes on them were intact, without a trace of having been opened.

This shows that light was not able to wrest the Gryffindor sword from Godric Gryffindor.

It's likely that the light used the power of the light element—traveling back to the point in time when Rowena Ravenclaw died and taking her head.

This also fits the idea that light travels back in time to steal the Slytherin staff.

So what Moriarty needs to do now is find Ravenclaw's grave.

"Principal, I have offended you."

Moriarty whispered softly to the Ravenclaw raven and returned to the ground.

"Let's go in."

Moriarty spoke to Lilith, William, and others around him.

William nodded and smiled, "Everyone must miss you."

"I'm afraid it's just what the young girls are thinking about day and night." Lilith chuckled. Her injuries weren't serious; she had fully recovered.

"Get the Sorting Hat first," Moriarty said to Lilith. "Given the time, the semester is almost over, and I'm worried that the Immortals will make their move during the Sorting Ceremony next semester."

The Fairy King's plan to seize the Gryffindor sword has completely failed. The importance of the sword has been recognized by the whole world, and the Immortal Organization's next target can only be the Sorting Hat.

The Sorting Hat will definitely appear at next year's Sorting Ceremony, so Moriarty has to be careful.

The group chatted as they walked, then boarded the automatic slide and quickly entered the Great Hall of Hogwarts.
