The mastermind behind Hogwarts

Chapter 482 Learning Animagus for Moriarty!

Slytherin common room.

A burst of cheers and clamor erupted inside.

The table and sofa were piled high with cakes, along with jugs of pumpkin juice and butterbeer.

Marcus set off some pyrotechnics, and the air was filled with sparks and firework.

The Slytherin snakes formed a circle under a tall silver tree. Gemma closed her eyes, clasped her hands together, and whispered a wish.

A magical greeting card played a birthday song. A birthday cake the size of a round table slowly descended from the sky.

A week has passed since Moriarty's second trip to Azkaban, and today is Gemma's birthday.

Moriarty clapped along with the little snakes, smiling as he looked at Gemma.

When Moriarty was in first grade, Gemma was in third grade. Now Moriarty is in fourth grade and Gemma is in sixth grade, officially becoming a 16-year-old young lady.

Lilith and Jericho stood on either side of Moriarty. Lilith said to Moriarty, "Look at the way my senior is mouthing. She's been saying your name several times. I bet she's praying to Merlin so she can stay by your side forever."

"Speaking of which, who got Gemma dressed like this?" Moriarty couldn't take his eyes off her; Gemma looked exceptionally alluring today.

"What, you don't like it?"

Lilith glanced at Moriarty playfully and said with a smile, "We spent a week helping our senior figure decide on this outfit: a dark gray bodycon suit with flesh-colored sheer stockings, paired with black pointed high heels."

"The heels are really high..." Moriarty muttered as he looked them over.

Lilith covered her mouth and chuckled, then called out to Gemma, who had finished making her wish, "Time to cut the cake!"

Gemma walked over to the large cake and personally distributed it to everyone.

A birthday party began, and the little snakes had a great time, while Harry Potter sat in a corner, burying his head in his hands and chugging down a large bottle of butterbeer.

At Christmas, Lupin told Harry stories about James Potter and other members of his family.

Harry wanted Lupin to be his godfather, but Lupin said he couldn't take care of Harry—Lupin didn't even have a house where they could have a happy Christmas.

As they parted, Lupin patted Harry on the shoulder and said he would trade all his good luck for Harry's lifelong peace.

Harry, however, had a completely different idea.

Kill Voldemort!

So the first-year students were surprised to find that Harry seemed like a different person after Christmas, tirelessly seeking to become stronger and more powerful.

After class, Harry always spent his time in the library, and Neville could hardly keep up with him.

But studying hard didn't make Harry stronger; he found that he still only knew those same little tricks and spells.

"Sigh, when will I ever become a powerful wizard like Mr. Moriarty or Professor Dumbledore?" Harry glanced sullenly at Neville, who was laughing loudly, wondering how Neville had managed to do it.

Harry slowly stood up, the butterbeer starting to take effect, even though it didn't contain much alcohol.

"Sigh, we're probably from two different worlds."

A dejected Harry shuffled toward his dormitory, needing to think things through.

"Maybe it's time for me to join Granger's study group! Should I do that? They're always breaking the school rules."

Harry mumbled like a drunkard.

"What did you say? Granger has a study group?"

A sudden sound came, as clear as an autumn rain, making Harry shiver.

Harry looked up and saw Moriarty standing right in front of him.

"Sir."

Harry unconsciously took two steps back, like a drunkard encountering a prince. Harry opened his mouth, but couldn't utter a word.

"Let's go, Moriarty!"

Gemma breathed softly at Moriarty, holding his arm. She seemed to have drunk quite a bit of beer, and leaned half her body against him.

They're going to have a lot to say tonight.

Harry, still naive and inexperienced in matters of the heart, blinked, but Moriarty tightened his grip on Gemma and whispered, "Wait a minute."

After calming Gemma down, Moriarty turned to Harry again and asked, "You just said Granger has a study group that often breaks school rules, what's going on?"

Harry momentarily mistook Moriarty's eyes for snake eyes and broke out in a cold sweat.

"Hmm... I just found out too. Granger recently organized a group of students—mostly first-years, with a few second-years. They formed a study group, and they often sneak into the library's restricted section at night."

Harry didn't dare to hide anything and told everyone he knew.

After thinking for a moment, he added, "Neville is one of them, and so is Draco..."

After listening, Moriarty waved to Harry that he could leave, and while putting his arm around Gemma, he thought about the matter.

Hermione actually started a study group!

Moriarty frowned slightly; he didn't want Hermione to be exposed to advanced magic too early.

With Hermione's aptitude, mastering powerful magic is only a matter of time; there's no need for her to risk learning it in her first year.

At 11 years old, his body was still a bit too young.

"Gemma..." Moriarty turned his head to look at Gemma. She was drunk. Tonight was supposed to be a wonderful night, and it wouldn't be impossible for something wonderful to happen. Otherwise, why would Gemma have dressed up so carefully?

But Gemma was drunk...

Moriarty rubbed her cheek. "Silly girl, save that kind of thing for when you're sober."

"Sorry Gemma, I have to go find the lost kitten tonight."

He handed Gemma to a girl, instructing her to take Gemma to the girls' dormitory, and then strode away.

The girl stared at Moriarty's retreating figure, her legs trembling with frustration at Gemma's lack of ambition: "Ugh, you really wasted a great opportunity! It could have been such a fantastic night... Hey? Maybe next time I should throw a birthday party too! Celebrate my birthday 365 days a year!"

The girl seemed to have found the secret to dating Moriarty and left happily.

Meanwhile, Moriarty had already arrived at the door of Ravenclaw's office.

The eagle-head door knocker in Ravenclaw presents a puzzle:

"I am the black son of a white father. I am a wingless bird that flies straight up. When I was born, all who came into contact with me wept, but once I was born, I will vanish into nothingness."

Moriarty replied without hesitation, "Black smoke!"

"Absolutely right! Welcome to Ravenclaw!"

Moriarty walked in smoothly, and the eaglets who were reading and doing their homework in the lounge all stood up to welcome him.

"Great, this is great!" Roger Davis exclaimed excitedly, seemingly wanting to get Moriarty's autograph.

"Isn't Penelope here?" Moriarty looked at the group of fourth-grade girls. "I'm looking for her."

At the same time, he secretly glanced at the lounge, and Hermione was indeed not there.

Penelope was called out; her long blonde hair was wet, she had just taken a shower.

"Darling, did you know I was taking a shower and came to shower with me?" Penelope's pretty face was flushed.

Moriarty embraced her without hesitation. Only after they were together did he realize that Penelope, who looked quiet and gentle, was actually just as good a driver as Lilith and Diana.

He drives in a serious and unpretentious way, which has a unique charm.

Sometimes Penelope can rival Narcissa, for example, when taking a bath.

The cubs witnessed the couple's intimacy, showering them with their affection.

Moriarty asked Granger where he was, and Penelope said she didn't know. Moriarty then asked where Cho Chang was, and Penelope thought for a moment and said, "That's strange, she hasn't been studying with me for a long time."

"No way," Moriarty said with a wry smile, "Cho Chang didn't go to the library with Granger, did she?"

"Now?" Penelope ran her fingers through her hair, combing it. "Going to the library at this hour is against school rules."

"Let's go and bring them back."

As Moriarty spoke, his hands roamed over Penelope's body, and Penelope felt warm all over, and her hair dried in no time.

Ten minutes later, Moriarty and Penelope caught Hermione and Cho Chang in the restricted section of the library!

Cho Chang used the Disillusionment Charm on herself and Hermione—a charm Moriarty taught her on their second night together. It was for their tryst.

Hermione was smart; she knew they didn't have the Disillusionment Charm and couldn't sneak into the forbidden section.

So they split into pairs, and Zhang Qiu's magic power was just enough to cast the illusion spell on both of them.

Moriarty scrutinized Hermione and Cho Chang. "Pepe, take Cho back to her room first."

Zhang Qiu gave Penelope a pitiful look; they knew Moriarty was angry!

If Hermione hadn't been there, Cho Chang would have teamed up with Penelope and pounced on Moriarty, showering him with affection.

But with Hermione here, Cho Chang can't do that.

However, Zhang Qiu was unaware that Hermione shared the exact same idea as him!

Hermione licked her front teeth, thinking: "Will Moriarty punish me like he punished Violet? I don't want to be hit, I want milk!"

Hermione racked her brains: Should she confront Penelope and Cho Chang? After all, they're all Moriarty's girlfriends.

The thought flashed through her mind, and Hermione shook her head.

She didn't want to share milk with anyone.

"Why are your eyes darting around like that!"

Moriarty glared at Hermione with annoyance. Penelope had already pulled Cho Chang away, and now there were some things to say.

Hermione realized it too, and with a puffed-out face, she skipped over to Moriarty's side, "Brother~ don't be angry..."

Moriarty wasn't having any of it, interrupting, "Have you been ignoring everything I've said before? You're too young to handle the risks of advanced magic!"

Hermione blinked, glanced at Moriarty, then suddenly lowered her head, biting her lower lip, and said weakly, "I don't want to learn dark magic, I just want to learn Animagus magic. I asked Professor McGonagall, but she wouldn't tell me, so I had to look for books in the forbidden section..."

"You still want to learn Animagus!"

Moriarty felt his hair stand on end when he heard that.

"I just... I just want to become a cat..." Hermione said, looking aggrieved, "and then drink milk. I didn't have any bad intentions..."

"?"

A question mark slowly appeared in Moriarty's mind.

The first reason I heard a wizard learn Animagus was to turn into a cat and drink milk.

Huh?

Moriarty suddenly realized that this was what Hermione was planning!

If you can't drink the compound decoction and become a catgirl, then learn from the Animagus and become a cat.

Now you can't stop me from drinking milk, right?

Hermione's eyes sparkled with excitement.

hiss……

It's not impossible.

(Brothers, do you guys support Hermione becoming an Animagus? What kind of cat should she become? ^ω^)
