The mastermind behind Hogwarts

Chapter 251 The Fallen Raven

Chapter 251 The Fallen Raven

"Boom!"

A huge gap opened up in the stadium floor, spewing out gloomy black light, vivid purple light, and dark blue light like a giant mouth.

Three beams of light shone one after another, illuminating the sky.

Something seemed to be hidden beneath the gap, and a foul, sour smell wafted out of it, making one want to vomit.

Suddenly, there was an earthquake, as if it were a signal. The small gold coin in Diana's hand became scalding hot. She looked down and saw that the golden surface had turned black.

The wizards who found the small gold coins all noticed this, and they quickly threw the coins away. The coins landed on the ground with a loud "thud".

Many people were terrified, looking in horror at the black gold coin and then at the huge crack, but before they could find the connection between the two, a flock of colorful crows flew in from all directions.

"Gaga! Gaga!"

Their calls are no longer soft; they are harsh and unpleasant, like the sound of fingernails scratching a blackboard.

The colorful crows fluttered over the gap, circling and occasionally bowing their heads and cawing.

When Moriarty saw this from the air, the word "pilgrimage" came to mind!

Recalling the magician's words, Moriarty was certain that the so-called "fallen raven" was hidden beneath the gap and was about to be born.

"This is a dark ritual, belonging to the category of summoning magic."

Moriarty spoke to Lilith, who listened calmly.

"The three beams of light, the black gold coin, and the seven-colored raven are all part of the ritual."

After the ceremony, the Fallen Raven descended upon the world!

Although I am not yet clear about the magical effects of the Fallen Raven, one thing is certain.

"If the Fallen Raven were to emerge, the situation could be even worse than it is now."

Moriarty glanced down at the crowd. The wizards, who had suffered a mental blow, were depressed, and some of the more serious ones were unconscious, bleeding, or going insane.

Dumbledore remained lying on the ground, his brow furrowed, a look of painful struggle on his face, but he made no sound.

Moriarty knew that the death of Dumbledore's sister Ariana was an indelible wound in Dumbledore's heart.

The "Lament of the Dead" stirred up painful memories and unbearable recollections in Dumbledore, making his coma understandable.

However, ordinary spells cannot work on Dumbledore. Even Dracula's virus magic failed to control Dumbledore. This time, Dumbledore was defeated by dark elemental magic.

Of course, this doesn't mean Dumbledore can't beat the magician. Moriarty guessed that Dumbledore would have a better chance of winning against the "BOSS" the magician mentioned.

However, dark elemental magic is mysterious and unpredictable, and most spells attack the mind, spirit, and state of being, making them impossible to defend against.

The power of dark elemental magic is beyond imagination. Even though Moriarty possesses two major elemental magics, he still dares not underestimate his opponent.

He carried Lilith and slowly descended in front of the magician. The magician was already dead, but his body still had some use.

Moriarty used a freezing spell to freeze the magician's body and placed it in the system space. He might be able to dissect the body when he has some free time and uncover some secrets.

"Lilith, inform the professors to collect the black coins and then destroy them!"

Moriarty said, and Lilith nodded, told him to be careful, and ran toward the Hogwarts professors.

In fact, the professors had already taken action. Professor McGonagall picked up Dumbledore and helped the White Wizard to a seat in the stands where he lay down.

Professors Flitwick and Snape joined forces, continuously firing spells at the colorful ravens in the sky, shooting down wave after wave of them.

Lockhart was with them, leading dozens of Hogwarts students, firing freezing spells with pinpoint accuracy.

Professor Sprout scattered a handful of magical plant seeds on the ground near the gap, then pointed his wand at the ground, and instantly a dense vegetation sprouted up.

All sorts of strange and wonderful magical plants grew wildly, and Moriarty, who was excellent at herbalism, recognized their names.

"Devil's Web, Poison Tentacles, Jumping Agaric Fungus, Abyssinian Wrinkled Fig, Bubble Pod, Jumping Bulb, Chinese Biting Cabbage, Poisonous Fang Geranium, Knotted Vine Pod..."

These magical plants that Moriarty could name almost encompassed all the magical plants he had studied in Hogwarts Herbalism class from the first to the sixth year.

Poisonous tentacles with sharp thorns crawled toward the crack, and the tender branches secreted venom.

The jumping umbrella fungus and the jumping bulb hopped and skipped to the ground, gathering the scattered black gold coins onto the highly poisonous sap sprayed by the wrinkled fig.

When the black gold coin came into contact with the purple liquid, it made a hissing sound and emitted black smoke. The black color gradually faded, revealing the golden color on the surface.

More magical plants formed a green army, continuously pouring into the breach.

Diana admiringly told Professor Sprout, "If you had been born in Avalon, you would have become a powerful druid."

Professor Sprout smiled and shook her head. Her greatest wish was to watch batches of students graduate from Hogwarts.

"There's something alive inside the crack!"

Professor Sprout's expression changed; the magical plant had been cut off at the root after spreading underground!

"Let me see." Diana casually pointed at the vegetation on the ground, and a sapling rose up and quickly grew into a towering tree.

The dense branches were enveloped in a layer of green light, and the scent of earth mixed with the freshness of the green plants swept away the eerie and terrifying atmosphere.

Diana manipulated the oak tree, and as the vegetation slid into the crevice, a huge black crow's beak emerged from within, opening its jaws and biting the oak tree in two.

It seemed to be the turn of the corrupt crows; their beaks were wide open, and the stench and sourness were even stronger, corroding the rain and snowflakes in the air.

A large number of colorful crows flew out of their beaks, and the black gold coins scattered on the ground exploded without warning, like time bombs.

Lockhart conjured a large ice umbrella, protecting Professor Flitwick and Professor Snape.

"Thump! Thump! Thump!"

A rumbling sound came from underground, and the ground was slammed up with several large bumps.

"That guy is coming out."

Moriarty frowned slightly, then plunged his staff into the ground. "Touch of Frost!"

An endless stream of water elemental magic flowed into the earth through the staff, and in the blink of an eye, thick ice formed on the ground.

The freezing was rapid, and the entire stadium floor was encased in ice, including the large crack, with only a tiny bit of the crack showing.

"Great!" The wizards exchanged joyful glances, but then a black mist spewed from its beak, melting the ice. They swallowed their celebratory words and cried out in astonishment, "Oh no!"

A hoarse scream rang out from the crow's beak, its sonic waves shaking the night sky. A large number of wizards suffered nosebleeds and fled the stadium using Apparition.

Lockhart picked up a student who couldn't Apparate and ran outside, while the other professors lined up and jointly released a massive "Armor Protection".

However, the Ironclad Spell could not withstand the sonic waves. Diana spun around on the spot, her clothes transformed into the attire of the Elf Queen, and she waved her elven staff, bringing with her a warm spring breeze to fight against the sonic waves.

"Moriarty! We can't let that black bird fly out! Otherwise, our lives will be in danger!" Diana shouted anxiously.

Moriarty looked around.

Professor McGonagall tried to wake Dumbledore, but to no avail.

The Canadian Ministry of Magic deployed additional personnel to evacuate the crowd, and many wizards also ran to the professors' side to fight alongside them.

However, the effect was not very good. Dumbledore fell into a coma, resulting in a lack of high-end combat power. Now only Moriarty can save everyone!

Moriarty raised his left arm, holding his fir wand high, and the water elemental magic surged forth like a flood bursting through the air.

"Ice Serpent Dance!"

"Imprisonment Ice Disaster!"

"The waterfall is rising again!"

He used two water elemental spells in succession, and the third spell was one that Moriarty created himself after his upgrade.

Water elemental magic combines with cold air to form cold water vapor, which falls as heavy rain high in the sky. Through magical shaping, the rainwater is gathered and formed into a large waterfall.

The tide surged, and a waterfall cascaded down, drenching the crow's beak.

The Fallen Raven was filled with water, which angered Moriarty, and it tried to spread its wings through the rift.

While maintaining his balance, Moriarty maneuvered twelve silver-green ice snakes toward the rift, but the earth shook and cracks appeared on the ground.

With a loud "boom," the Fallen Raven flew out of the crack. A look of horror flashed in Moriarty's eyes. What kind of enormous and ferocious beast was this!
