"Brother, why don't you listen to advice?" Jin Tongzi saw Zheng Sheng staring blankly for a while, then looking up at the scriptures on the cliff face, and his head was spinning.

The scriptures on this cliff face are not for just anyone to read.

Apart from himself, in the past hundred years, only his master, the old abbot, of Jin Guang Temple was able to barely comprehend the truth in his later years.

As for the others who tried to force themselves to understand the scriptures, half of them went mad, and half of them became stupid. The only one who was neither mad nor stupid eventually developed a split personality.

Among them were many old monks, Zen masters, and scholars who had studied various scriptures for decades, but without exception, they all failed.

Later, as society developed better and better, fewer and fewer people actually became monks. All of them were "working monks," working as monks during the day and secretly going home to their wives, children, and warm beds at night.

Fewer and fewer people are truly willing to study Buddhist scriptures.

This "evil" scripture was gradually forgotten. Only he and his master would occasionally come to clear the weeds off the rock face. Ten years passed in the blink of an eye.

"I've already told you you don't have the aptitude. If you keep forcing yourself to understand, you'll really go crazy!"

As Jin Tongzi spoke, he stepped forward and grabbed Zheng Sheng's hand, trying to forcibly pull him away.

He was halfway through pulling it when he suddenly froze.

Golden Boy saw Zheng Sheng's face.

The other person's face was completely different from before; there was no pain or struggle, only quiet, rapt attention, and complete focus...

He understood that look in his eyes all too well.

This is the expression I make when I come across a scripture I like and become engrossed in reading it!

"How is that possible? You...you actually understood it!"

The Golden Boy stared at Zheng Sheng in shock, quickly releasing his grip, no longer daring to disturb Zheng Sheng's comprehension of Zen.

The Vajra Heart Sutra on this cliff face is less a sutra and more like a martial arts manual from a wuxia novel.

The scriptures are merely the surface; the Zen meaning within them is the true essence of the Heart Sutra.

Unless one possesses exceptional comprehension like oneself, it is absolutely impossible to grasp the Zen meaning within the scriptures!

This Diamond Heart Sutra is more like a highly selective process; only true geniuses with exceptional comprehension can become the inheritors of the Diamond Sutra!

Zheng Sheng has now obtained his admission ticket!

"But he was clearly in great pain just now, how come he suddenly understood after only a moment of blank staring?!"

"How is this possible!"

Although the Golden Boy had been denying it in his heart, the reality was already before him.

Zheng Sheng was indeed reading the Diamond Sutra seriously, and seemed to have gained some understanding of it.

As Zheng Sheng looked around, he actually came to a large rock, sat cross-legged, and began to chant scriptures.

As the chanting of Sanskrit began, a peculiar rhythm started to surround Zheng Sheng. Purple mist began to appear on his body, and tiny lightning snakes roamed around him. Occasionally, the lightning snakes would transform into purple lightning scriptures and then explode violently.

Seeing this strange phenomenon, both King Kong and Kukai were dumbfounded.

Zheng Sheng not only understood the Diamond Sutra, but his body also seemed to undergo some indescribable changes!

The feeling was like, just like, the legendary immortals and Buddhas, unlike ordinary people!

After a while.

Zheng Sheng slowly opened his eyes, the strange phenomena on his body quickly disappeared, and his eyes were full of joy.

"It's done. So this is the Diamond Heart Sutra..."

Recalling what he had just learned, he realized that not only had he comprehended the Vajra Heart Sutra, but it also seemed that the Purple Thunder Bloodline within him had been activated by the Vajra Heart Sutra, which had even given him a helping hand.

When he looked at the scriptures on the cliff face again, he felt no discomfort at all. Instead, he had a new Vajra Body Refining Sutra in his mind, as if it were directly engraved deep in his memory.

Studying for Level 6 is truly terrifying!

It turns out that my poor academic performance in the past wasn't due to a lack of effort, but rather a lack of talent and comprehension.

"However, this method of inheritance is truly incomprehensible, and the requirements are so high. Is it for selection? Or is it for concealment?"

Zheng Sheng couldn't make a judgment for a moment, so he stopped thinking about it and continued looking at the scriptures on the cliff face, then shifted his gaze back.

The Golden Boy just said that the Diamond Sutra records the method of cultivating the body both internally and externally, and he has already mastered the first half of the Diamond Heart Sutra.

Behind the cliff is the method of external cultivation, which is recorded in great detail.

Zheng Sheng looked at it carefully. The powerful learning ability he had just gained made him have an exceptional memory, and he remembered everything after only one look.

"The method of external cultivation actually requires collecting special spiritual objects and yang blood... then finding a scribe to inscribe the Vajra Sutra on the entire body... the more powerful the spiritual objects and yang blood, the better the effect..."

"...Daily repetitive engraving...combined with the Vajra Heart Sutra, one can cultivate the Immovable Vajra Dharma Body...at the ultimate level, one can attain the Immovable Underworld King Vajra Dharma Body, impervious to ghosts and spirits, achieving physical sainthood!"

The external cultivation methods recorded on the cliff face are very detailed, including the time of carving, the method, the body position of the inscription, and the taboos.

Among them, three are the most important.

First, the spiritual objects and yang blood used to make gold lacquer are extremely rare, with demanding conditions for formation and very difficult to find; sometimes, they are only encountered once every hundred years.

Secondly, the person who transcribes the scriptures must have a profound understanding of the Diamond Heart Sutra, and be able to condense its Zen meaning into the text, making the scripture a unified whole.

Third, the person being imprinted must have a strong physique and will, and be able to maintain their original mindset while imprinting, under the influence of the scriptures and Zen teachings.

"I don't have any of the spiritual objects recorded above, but the yang blood and black dog blood that awaken the evil-suppressing bloodline mentioned above seem to be one of them."

"Moreover, although it doesn't record my Purple Lightning Blood, it's probably even more effective!"

This was not his guess, but rather an obvious physical reaction he experienced when he first comprehended the scriptures.

"As for those scribes who possess profound Buddhist knowledge and exquisite skills..."

Zheng Sheng looked at the Golden Boy beside him. Although the boy was only eleven or twelve years old, he had awakened the [Scripture Copyist] sequence, so his professional skills must be very strong.

He even suspected that the scribes recorded on the cliff face referred to the awakened ones in the [Scripture Scribe] sequence.

"The last point is that only people with strong physique and willpower are required to be responsible for engraving the scriptures. When they are under the influence of Vajra Zen, their temperament may change drastically."

The inscription on the cliff face is rather subtle, but the general meaning is that if one's will is not firm, one will be influenced by the scriptures and become a Vajra monk who hates evil.

Zheng Sheng imagined himself becoming a monk, sporting a shaved head every day, and shouting: "Demon! I need your help in my cultivation! Great Mighty Heavenly Dragon, World Honored Ksitigarbha, Prajna Buddhas, Prajna Paramita!"

The thought of this scene is unbearable.

Zheng Sheng hesitated for only a moment, but his eyes quickly hardened again.

He absolutely must learn this "Diamond Sutra"!

I had no choice but to survive in this terrifying world!

I can add some, it shouldn't be a problem!

When Jin Tongzi saw that Zheng Sheng's gaze had been fixed on him after reading the scriptures, he guessed what the other party wanted to do.

"You think you can't achieve the Vajra Body?"

Zheng Sheng nodded.

"The cliff face says that external cultivation requires the assistance of a scribe to imprint the Dharma body. You have awakened the [scribe] sequence. I wonder if you can imprint the Zen Diamond Sutra."

"I can indeed help you," the Golden Boy nodded and continued.

"When you were exorcising the evil spirits in the main hall, I smelled your blood. Although it is not recorded on the cliff, it is definitely top-quality yang blood, which can be used to make gold lacquer."

"And..." Jin Tongzi looked at Zheng Sheng.

"The spiritual objects sought on the cliff face can be found at Jin Guang Temple, right in the main hall of the temple."
