The tight-fitting combat suit perfectly showcased her figure. The casual players watching nearby whistled.

"Those legs. I could play with them for a year," someone shouted.

Han Yingying ignored it. She pressed the device on her wrist.

The lightsaber popped out. A green beam of light illuminated the street.

She leaped from the fruit stand, landing on the shoulder of a man in a black jacket. She wrapped her legs around his neck and twisted sharply.

The man in the black jacket had a broken neck.

Using the momentum, Han Yingying leaped to her next target. She swung her lightsaber, slicing through three longswords.

Zhao Qiang closed his folding fan. This woman was too agile. The standard-issue longsword couldn't touch her.

"Change the net gun," Zhao Qiang ordered.

Four men in black jackets stepped back, took net guns from their backs, and aimed them at Han Yingying.

Zhou Lang saw it.

He threw the chainsaw on the ground, drew his pistol from his waist, and fired four shots.

Four men in black jackets carrying net guns were shot in the wrists. The net guns fell to the ground.

Zhou Lang picked up the chainsaw and continued walking.

He was still ten meters away from Zhao Qiang.

Zhao Qiang took a remote control out of his pocket.

"The Chen Jiao you killed on the Ghost Ship was the vice president's woman," Zhao Qiang said. "That bald guy was my younger brother."

Zhou Lang looked at him.

"I won't let you die too easily." Zhao Qiang pressed the remote control.

The metal walls on both sides of the street opened. Four mechs stepped out.

It's the same as the one on the second basement level, but the paint job is red.

"Suppressive firepower," Zhao Qiang said.

Four mechs raised their Gatling guns.

Zhou Lang stopped in his tracks. He held the chainsaw in front of him.

Old Ma ran over and stuck a yellow talisman on Zhou Lang's back. "Golden Armor Talisman. It can block for three seconds."

The machine guns opened fire.

The bullet struck in front of Zhou Lang. A faint golden light appeared in the air. The bullet was deflected.

Three seconds is very short.

Zhou Lang was calculating the distance. Ten meters. The armor's blind spot was directly below.

"Han Yingying. The two stations on the left," Zhou Lang called out.

The golden light disappeared.

Zhou Lang rolled on the spot, dodging the first wave of gunfire. He rushed towards a battle suit on his right.

The armor's gun barrel was pressed down.

Zhou Lang threw the oil can in his hand away.

The oil can slammed into the armor's gun barrel. It shattered, spilling oil everywhere.

The high temperature generated by the friction of the bullet ignited the engine oil.

The lower half of the armor was engulfed in flames. The infrared sensors were jammed. The gun barrel stopped rotating.

Zhou Lang slid over. The chainsaw severed the armor's hydraulic lines.

The armor lost its balance and fell to the ground.

Zhou Lang stepped onto the armor. Using the momentum, he jumped up. The chainsaw cleaved towards the head of another armor.

The camera was shredded. The armor became blind. It fired wildly in place.

On the other side, Han Yingying used her lightsaber to slice through the leg armor of a mech on the left.

Liu Wei found an iron rod somewhere. He went around to the back of the last suit of armor and stabbed it into a ventilation hole.

The armor experienced an internal short circuit. Black smoke billowed out.

All four battle suits were disabled. It took one and a half minutes.

Zhao Qiang took two steps back. He looked at the scrap metal scattered on the ground. The muscles in his face twitched.

Zhou Lang carried the chainsaw forward. Oil was still dripping from the saw blade.

"You dare kill me?" Zhao Qiang's voice trembled. "The Black Gold Guild has thousands of members. You won't even leave this neighborhood."

Zhou Lang didn't stop. He walked up to Zhao Qiang, raised his pistol, and pointed the muzzle at Zhao Qiang's forehead.

"You talk too much nonsense," Zhou Lang said.

Pull the trigger.

Click. Empty magazine, AFK. Out of bullets.

Zhao Qiang was stunned for a moment. He subconsciously reached for the spare weapon at his waist.

Zhou Lang didn't change the magazine. He smashed the pistol directly into Zhao Qiang's face. Zhao Qiang's nose bridge broke. He fell backward. Zhou Lang pushed off with his left leg. He took a step forward. The base of the chainsaw slammed heavily into Zhao Qiang's chest. The sound of breaking ribs was crisp.

Zhao Qiang lay on the ground, spitting out a mouthful of blood. He stopped moving.

Zhou Lang crouched down and searched Zhao Qiang's body. He pulled a black points card from Zhao Qiang's inside pocket, with a gold rose pattern printed on it. He then took off the high-end communication bracelet from Zhao Qiang's wrist and put it into his backpack.

The surrounding solo players were completely silent.

No one dared to step forward. They watched as Zhou Lang skillfully looted the body. His movements were too fluid; it was definitely not his first time.

Han Yingying sheathed her lightsaber. She then sheathed her short sword in the scabbard on her outer thigh. With the hem of her combat uniform cut off, her thighs were completely exposed to the air. The contrast between her fair skin and the black scabbard was striking.

Several male players stared at her legs.

Han Yingying ignored the stares. She looked up at the holographic screen in mid-air.

She hadn't noticed during the fight. Now she saw it clearly.

The screen was divided into several sections. The largest section was showing footage of her wielding a lightsaber in the Ghost Ship's captain's cabin. The footage had been edited and accompanied by rousing music. On the right side of the screen, countless lines of text were scrolling.

"My wife is trying to kill me!"

"Those waists, those legs. I'd pay 100,000 points for her real-world coordinates."

"Good riddance to Chen Jiao of the Black Gold Guild. I've always disliked that green tea bitch."

"I'll give you 1000 points. Requesting a high-resolution front-facing photo of Bai Ye."

Han Yingying looked at the words, her brows furrowing.

"They're looking at me," Han Yingying asked Zhou Lang, turning her head.

Zhou Lang stood up and hung the chainsaw back on his back. "This is the transit point. The system's rest area. You survived the S-rank dungeon. Your walkthrough video has been made public by the system. You're a celebrity now."

"Chen Jiao. The woman whose neck I cut off. Is she from this guild?" Han Yingying pointed to the black-jacketed corpse on the ground.

"The woman of the Black Gold Guild's vice president," Zhou Lang said. "Dying in a dungeon is real death. They have influence outside. They've come seeking revenge."

Han Yingying understood.

The instance isn't a standalone game. Players have complex relationships both in reality and in the transit area. She killed someone in the instance, thus incurring the wrath of an organization of thousands.

"Where do we go now?" Han Yingying asked. Her voice was calm. She wasn't afraid of being hunted down. She just wanted to know the next step in the plan.

"Find a place they can't get into," Zhou Lang said.

Liu Wei walked over, covering his mouth. He spat out a mouthful of blood. "Brother Zhou, this counts as a work injury. It should be reimbursed. I'm even slurring my words."

"I'll buy you gold teeth." Zhou Lang tossed the black points card he'd just acquired to Liu Wei. "Balance: 50,000. Keep it safe."

Liu Wei caught the card. His eyes lit up. The pain in his body lessened considerably.

A piercing alarm blared from the end of the street. Red police lights flashed. A large group of people in black jackets were rushing towards them. The Black Gold Guild's reinforcements had arrived.

"Let's go." Zhou Lang turned around and walked towards a dark alleyway beside the street.

Han Yingying followed. The old horse pulled Liu Wei along at the back.

The alley was piled high with garbage, reeking of decay. Zhou Lang walked deeper into the alley and stopped in front of a rusty manhole cover. He placed the chainsaw on the ground, grabbed the edge of the cover with both hands, and forcefully lifted it upwards.

The manhole cover was lifted. Below was a dark passage. An even stronger stench rose up.

"Get down," Zhou Lang said.

"What kind of place is this?" Han Yingying looked down. She was a germaphobe. The smell made her nauseous.
