We agreed it was just a hug, why did you actually do it?

Chapter 55 Back to the Entertainment Company

Su Weile parked her car in the underground parking lot of Starry Sky Entertainment once again, and she was reminiscing about how it was here that she first saw Tang Shaowu.

As soon as she opened the car door, a commotion erupted inside. Su Weile froze, too afraid to move. She chuckled to herself, wondering what was going on in this parking lot. Was there a show happening every day?

The first thing that reached my ears was a deliberately lowered male voice, quite pleasant to the ear, and somewhat familiar. "Listen to me, I really haven't been in contact with him again. What we were talking about just now was just some work-related stuff."

Then came a somewhat authoritative female voice. Su Weile sensed that the voice was not young and possessed a great deal of authority, reminding him of his school's head teacher.

"Regarding work matters, didn't I tell Tang Shao he's no longer allowed to be your assistant? What other work-related matters require you two to meet secretly alone?"

"It really is about work. He's not working with any artists right now. He just runs errands and does odd jobs at the company. He just had something to tell me, that's why he came to me. There's really nothing else. Don't be angry, honey."

Through the car window, Su Weile could see the faint shadows of two people on the other side. The man was coaxing the woman while embracing her, and then the sound of kissing came from behind.

Su Weile had already recognized the pleasant voice as Jin Fei's, so this "Dean of Students" must be Chairman Hu. Su Weile frowned, feeling a sense of disgust. He slammed the car door shut with a loud bang, a stark contrast to the gentle touch he had just been holding.

Seeing that the two people were so frightened that they immediately separated, then hurriedly got into a luxury van next to them and drove away quickly.

Su Weile got out of the car this time without hesitation, but before she could even walk out, a boy suddenly appeared behind her, startling her. "Damn it~~ Are you crazy? Standing next to my car without saying a word."

The boy didn't speak, but stared straight at Su Weile, sizing him up, before saying seriously, "Are you a reporter? Or a hater?"

Su Weile frowned. "What?"

"You saw it all, didn't you? You took pictures without my knowledge, didn't you? Let me see your phone."

Su Weile was furious. "Are you fucking crazy? Which eye of yours saw me taking pictures? What am I taking pictures of? What's there to be worth taking pictures of? Besides, who do you think you are, looking at my phone? Why don't you just snatch it from me?"

The boy opposite her was still staring intently at Su Weile. "If you don't let me see your phone, I won't let you leave. If you took any pictures of Fei Ge, delete them now."

Su Weile calmed down a bit. He looked at the stubborn boy in front of him and asked, "What's your relationship to Jin Fei?"

"I was his personal assistant, formerly..."

Su Weile's mind was a bit of a mess. He hadn't expected that the assistant who Jin Fei liked was actually a man.

Then, for the sake of his future, Jin Fei got involved with a woman who was like a head teacher?

My God, Su Weile is having a hard time accepting this.

Looking at the determined boy in front of her, Su Weile thought back to when Jin Fei told Tang Shaowu about his firm choice in the hospital room. Suddenly, she felt a little sorry for the boy in front of her, and her tone became much better than before, "I'll say it again, I didn't film any videos. Believe it or not, get out of the way, I have something urgent to do."

Su Weile took two steps forward and realized the boy was still following him. Su Weile was going crazy; why was this kid so stubborn? He suddenly turned around, and the boy immediately raised his hand to block him, thinking Su Weile was going to hit him.

Su Weile took a deep breath, took out her phone, opened the photo album, and shoved it in front of him. The boy looked at it carefully again and again. Just as he subconsciously reached out to touch the phone, Su Weile said fiercely, "Don't make me slap you. I'll give you three more seconds to get out of here. 3...2...1."

After saying that, Su Weile immediately put away her phone, turned around, and left. The boy did not follow her.

----------------------------

Su Weile wanted to give Tang Shaowu a surprise, so she deliberately came to Starry Sky Entertainment without telling him.

It wasn't until he arrived at the entertainment company building that he remembered there was such a thing as a gate. Su Weile chuckled to himself, wondering if this receptionist was the same one from before. He wouldn't mind staging another act of bravely storming the entertainment company.

Once again, Su Weile walked to the front desk and faced the receptionist with her formulaic smile. This time, she said, "I need to find Tang Shaowu."

The receptionist's smile stiffened slightly. "Who are you looking for? Young Master Tang? I'm sorry, we don't handle business with board members here. You'll need to make an appointment through the board's special assistant."

Su Weile hadn't expected it to be so complicated and was frowning as she processed the receptionist's words when a young boy's voice came over, "You won't see Young Master Tang here. He doesn't usually come to entertainment companies; he generally works at the Tang Group."

Su Weile turned around and saw the boy from before. "Holy crap, you're not going to stay with me, are you?"

The boy calmly said, "No, I'm coming back to work."

Su Weile then realized that this was his workplace. As the boy was about to leave, he came back and said, "I'm sorry about just now."

Su Weile is the kind of person who responds better to gentle persuasion than force. Seeing how the other person acted, he lost his temper and generously said, "Alright, it's all a misunderstanding. Let's forget about it."

Just as the two were about to part ways, a security guard passed by, saw Su Weile, and exclaimed in surprise, "What, it's you again? Are you here to see Jin Jiajia again?"

Su Weile looked at the security guard and said, "Do we know each other?"

The security guard smiled wryly and said, "It's more than just knowing you. Last time I chased you up several floors. I was so exhausted that I had to go home and rest for several days. Not only that, but they also deducted two months' worth of my bonus."

Su Weile then realized that this was one of the security guards who had chased him last time. The guard looked at him and said, "Don't tell me you're coming back to try and pass the test again?"

Su Weile laughed and said, "I'm not going to try anymore. Did you get your bonus deducted? How much? I'll compensate you."

The boy and the security guard nearby were both stunned for a moment. The security guard reacted and said, "Hey, what are you going to compensate me for? No need. Just don't try to run again, I really can't outrun you."

The boy came over to Su Weile and said, "Are you looking for Tang Shao or Jin Jiajia? I don't know about Tang Shao, but Jin Jiajia is in the hospital right now. He twisted his leg on set this morning."

Upon hearing this, Su Weile frowned and asked, "Really? Which hospital?"

"It's at the General Hospital. I'll take you there. I need to deliver something she left behind on set."

Su Weile drove the boy straight to the General Hospital. Su Weile was very familiar with the General Hospital; she found a parking space without the boy's help, and the two of them got out of the car and went straight to find Jin Jiajia.

As Su Weile hurried past the hospital lobby, she didn't see Tang Shaowu, who had just come from another passage. Tang Shaowu was also stunned when he saw Su Weile, but then he saw her rushing past him with an unfamiliar boy by her side.

Tang Shaowu's face gradually darkened.
