When Su Weile returned to the hospital, it was already afternoon. He hadn't even spoken before he reached the door.

The man in black greeted him first, "Hello, Young Master Su."

Su Weile has now forgotten when he started to have a place among the men in black.

Before he even entered the house, his voice came in first: "Young Master Tang, I'm back."

Tang Shaowu was working as usual. When he saw him return, he looked up, his gaze indifferent.

Tang Shaowu looked at him expressionlessly and asked softly, "Are you leaving soon?"

Su Weile said listlessly, "Yeah, I have to go after I finish my ice cream, otherwise my grandparents will keep waiting for me, and it will be midnight by the time I get home."

Tang Shaowu nodded without saying anything.

The time for parting had come. Su Weile pushed her luggage to the door, turned around, and looked at Tang Shaowu sitting in his wheelchair. Tang Shaowu's face was devoid of smiles; he was simply looking at her quietly.

Su Weile touched her nose, hesitated for a moment, then walked up to Tang Shaowu, her face slightly flushed, and said, "Um... let me give you a hug, my friend."

Before Tang Shaowu could speak, she leaned forward, opened her arms, and hugged him tightly. After a good ten seconds, Su Weile let go, straightened up with a grin.

Tang Shaowu looked at the grinning Su Weile, and the corners of his mouth slowly turned up. He said, word by word, "You think you can just run away after one hug? People always say I'm vengeful, so I probably won't let you off easily after one hug."

Su Weile raised an eyebrow and said, "Didn't we agree on a hug? Here I am!! What are you going to do about it?"

Just then, Uncle Xu came in from outside and saw Su Weile's luggage by the door. "Young Master Su, are you getting ready to leave?"

Su Weile smiled and turned around. "Okay, Uncle, I have to go now. If you have the chance, you must come to Yanshan. I'll treat you well."

Old Xu smiled and nodded, then said, "My young master isn't feeling well, so let me take you there."

"Oh, why bother seeing me off? I'll just drive away myself. Don't bother, Uncle, please take good care of Young Master Tang."

Su Weile was stunned. "Oh dear, why did you prepare something for me? No need, Uncle, that's too kind of you."

Old Xu smiled and said, "They're not valuable items, just some local specialties. My young master said that your family used to come to Jinhai often, so I imagine they'll like and miss Jinhai's local products. Young Master Su, please don't be shy."

Su Weile muttered under her breath, "He really is a full twelve years older than me, he's so thoughtful. I didn't even think about buying him anything!"

Old Xu bowed slightly and said sincerely, "Your companionship during this time is the best gift for the young master."

Watching Su Weile's car drive out of the hospital gate, Old Xu stood there for a while, then looked up at the window of Tang Shaowu's ward upstairs. Because of the backlighting, he couldn't see clearly whether there was anyone at the window.

When Lao Xu returned to the ward, he saw Tang Shaowu working at his desk. Lao Xu said softly, "Young Master Su has gone back. He asked me to convey his thanks for your gift."

Tang Shaowu sat in his seat without saying a word. Uncle Xu said calmly, "Young Master Su is very easy to talk to. If you can't bear to part with him, keep him here a little longer. He won't be in such a hurry to leave."

The air was unusually quiet. Tang Shaowu didn't turn around, and Lao Xu couldn't see his expression, only his low voice. "He harbors resentment towards me and is angry. Old Xu nodded and said, "Yes, it will arrive next week."

Tang Shaowu turned his wheelchair to the window, looked at the distant sky, and said calmly, "Uncle Xu, please help me with my discharge."
