"Then let's go together." Bei Chenyan took a cloak from his seat, draped it over Nangong Wu's shoulders, and helped her tie the sash. "It's still quite cold here, so wear something warm."

Nangong Wu looked up at him and said, "You, the Crown Prince, are quite good at taking care of people."

Bei Chenyan slightly curved his lips, his eyes sparkling and exceptionally captivating, "Because it's you."

"Demon." Nangong Wu quickly turned her face away from him. This man looked too bewitching, and that look in his eyes was definitely intentional.

"Haha." Bei Chenyan chuckled twice, then suddenly picked her up, put her on the horse's back, and then mounted a horse himself.

Wei Yang, Cao Li, and Adelin all mounted their horses.

"Let's head north. There are houses a few miles away. Let's ask for directions first." Nangong Wu spurred her horse and headed north.

After running for a while, they saw a house with two people standing in front of it.

"I'll go ask for directions first." Wei Yang cracked his whip and rode off to find someone to ask for directions.

A while later, Wei Yang returned and reported to them, "Your Highness, this is already the territory of the Northern Di Kingdom, more than 30 li away from Shuangfeng City, in the northeast direction."

"Twin Peaks." Upon hearing this, Adlin dismounted and took out a map to look at.

"How is it?" Nangong Wu asked him.

"We still have to travel over a thousand li to the northeast," Adelin said, putting away the map.

"Let's find a secluded place to eat something before taking the plane to continue our journey," Nangong Wu said.

"Walk."

They ran for several more miles and stopped in a deserted valley.

Nangong Wu found a flat spot, spread a picnic blanket on the ground, and sat down. "Let's have lunch here before we leave."

Eileen and Aiqi had already prepared a meal for them in the space.

"Master, the prince and the children have already eaten lunch; only you few haven't eaten yet."

"Thank you for your hard work." Nangong Wu mentally took out the food and placed it on the picnic blanket, and then took out a few bottles of water.

Bei Chenyan sat down next to her, took a bottle of water, and unscrewed the cap. "Wash your hands first."

"Thanks."

The two helped each other wash their hands.

After having lunch, the five people did not linger but switched to a helicopter and continued their journey.

A fierce wind followed closely behind.

After flying for more than an hour, Nangong Wu used her binoculars to see that there were towering mountains ahead, so she gestured to Beichen Yan to stop the helicopter.

Bei Chenyan looked at the ground and found a flat spot to land the plane.

Nangong Wu took off her headset and opened the cabin door to try and get the horse out.

Suddenly a cold wind blew in.

She was wearing a little too little clothing, and when the cold wind suddenly blew, she couldn't help but shiver.

It's so cold, probably around minus ten degrees Celsius.

She took out a fox fur coat from her spatial storage, put it on herself first, and also took one out for Bei Chenyan.

Adeline and his two guards, who were carrying thick clothes, took them out and put them on when they saw the strong wind.

After they finished dressing and came over, Bei Chenyan instructed, "There are houses ahead, you two go and ask for directions."

"Yes."

"Wait a minute." Nangong Wu called out to them, taking out several fake human skin masks.

"Take this with you all, just in case you run into trouble."

We're getting closer and closer to where the treasure is hidden, and we might run into "acquaintances" who will have to change their appearance.

Especially Adeline, his face has deep-set features and is very recognizable.

"Let me help you put it on." Bei Chenyan came over and helped her put on the mask first.

Wei Yang, Cao Li, and Adeline helped each other put on their fake faces.

Seeing that everyone's faces had changed, Nangong Wu said, "Everyone, please remember each other's faces."

"We understand!"

Let's all get to know each other.

Wei Yang and Cao Li rode their horses to ask someone for directions.

They didn't return for almost half an hour.

Wei Yang dismounted and bowed, reporting, "Your Highness, Princess, this is Xishui Prefecture of the Northern Di Kingdom, more than two hundred li away from Xishui City."

Adlin immediately said, "Xishui Prefecture, that's almost there!"

Nangong Wu took out a map and spread it on the ground.

Several people gathered around to look when they saw it.

Adeline pointed to a mountain range and said, "The treasure is hidden in this mountain range. To the south is Xishui Prefecture, and to the north is Tongzhou, but I'm not sure which side it's on. I'll only know once I get there and see the terrain."

Looking at the map, Nangong Wu saw that Xishui Prefecture bordered Nanqi Kingdom, and Tongzhou bordered Xiyan Kingdom. This mountain range was right at the border between the two prefectures, and it also served as a natural barrier between Beidi Kingdom and Xiyan Kingdom.

"This area is where three kingdoms meet. Although it is within the territory of the Northern Di Kingdom, it is not necessarily the treasure buried by the deposed emperor of any of the kingdoms."

"That makes sense." Bei Chenyan nodded.

"The Southern Qi Kingdom, the Western Yan Kingdom, and the Northern Di Kingdom have all existed for hundreds of years. This thing might have been buried by a prince of one of these kingdoms or a wealthy merchant."

He thought of the Fan family's wealth and Huo Jing's business empire; they were practically richer than a country.

The Fan family was too rich, which is why they were schemed against and their wealth was squandered by Shi Shengqing. If it weren't for Nangong Wu, their vast fortune buried underground would have remained undiscovered for who knows when.

Several years ago, Huo Jing was assassinated and arrested, and the money in his shop became the money bag for Prince Rui and the Ming family.

"Your Highness, what should we do now?" Wei Yang asked.

Bei Chenyan looked at Nangong Wu, indicating that she should make the decision.

"Let's go to Xishui City first." Nangong Wu looked at the map and pondered for a moment.

"In Bei Chenzhan's secret letter, the group agreed to meet on the tenth of the month in a small town called Taigu Town. Today is the third of the month, so all these people must be rushing here or have already arrived!"

To avoid alerting the enemy, we rode our horses to Xishui City.

"Then let's go now." Bei Chenyan stood up. "It's more than 200 li from here to Xishui City. We can get into the city before dark."

Nangong Wu scanned the map with her mind, then took out several thick masks and distributed them to everyone.

"It's a bit cold riding a horse, so wear these on to avoid getting frostbite on your face."

"Yes."

After they finished getting ready, they mounted their horses.

"drive!"

The five people sped away, raising a cloud of dust.

After running for a while, I felt the weather getting colder and colder, and snowflakes even started to fall from the sky.

They traveled for over two hundred miles, taking an hour and a half, and finally arrived at Xishui City.

But they were too late; the city gates were already closed, and the already gloomy sky darkened even faster.

"Let's climb over the wall and get in." Bei Chenyan dismounted first.

Half an hour later, they appeared in Xishui City.

Because of the snow, the city and its surroundings were covered in a blanket of white.

Bei Chenyan took Nangong Wu's hand and walked into a decent-looking inn.

Seeing their distinguished bearing, the shopkeeper hurriedly came out to greet them personally.

"Young master, madam, would you like to have a meal or stay the night?"

His address of her as "Madam" pleased Bei Chenyan. "Accommodation? Do you have any superior rooms?"
