Zerg: The female warrior's male master is acting strangely!
Chapter 89 "Did someone say something to you?"
Manjushri originally thought he could only find a place to sit and watch from afar, but unexpectedly Yuze led them straight through the side path, around most of the circle, and directly to the high platform in the center of the venue.
As they drew closer to Heroion, more and more female insects began to gather around them, and the previously even clamor gradually rose in intensity with each step the male took...
The female insects who hadn't yet entered began whispering amongst themselves, their eyes all fixed on the male insect being escorted towards the platform, and a... plump, white? little female insect?
Despite their doubts, seeing the arrival of the male insects, and them... they silently looked down at their dusty training uniforms, tugged at their collars somewhat awkwardly, and dared not look any further.
The female soldiers who were queuing to enter lowered their heads in embarrassment. They had been too rough during the warm-up, rolling around on the ground several times, which not only got their clothes dirty, but the smell of sweat alone was enough to make them ashamed!
Not to mention the referees, instructors, lieutenant generals, and generals on the platform, all dressed in sharp suits and shining brightly; compared to those in high positions, this bunch of insects looked utterly pathetic.
"Female Father!" After taking such a long detour, Holoi finally saw his female father. He let go of his male father's hand and excitedly ran to Holoi's side.
Heroion reached out and patted his head, letting him climb onto the chair next to him and sit down. Then he got up and walked to the Lord.
Without saying a word, he took the master's hand and led him to the chair that had been prepared beforehand.
The chair was a size larger than the one next to it, with thick armrests and a soft cushion; it was specially prepared for the "male insect".
When Manjushri was forced to sit down, he was still somewhat dazed.
"Marshal, mission accomplished!" Yuze and the two female soldiers behind him reported in unison, then consciously stepped back and stood in a row.
Yuze's gaze lingered for a moment on the two figures standing very close together in front of him, then he turned his head and whispered to Dia beside him, "Hey, why did the Marshal suddenly change into such a formal uniform?"
Dia was stunned; he had thought the marshal had come dressed like this.
"I don't know. Didn't the marshal wear it to show off his authority?"
"No way," Yuze lowered his voice even further, whispering, "The Marshal wasn't wearing this outfit at all this morning..."
The chirping of their crickets was naturally caught by Heroyen's keen hearing, but he didn't have time to hold a grudge against them yet, because he noticed out of the corner of his eye that the lieutenant generals in the front row were frequently looking in this direction, their gazes falling on the lord more often than he turned the pages when reviewing military documents!
After hesitating for two seconds, Herroyen reached out and pulled up the lord who had just settled down.
"What's wrong?" Manjushri was a little confused, but seeing that Heroyen looked unhappy, he thought that he had embarrassed him.
That's true, though. His outfit was too plain and monotonous, not even as nice as the kid's.
Holoyen, with a sour face, didn't say anything, but just held the master's hand tightly and led him to his seat.
His chair was even larger than the one Manjushri had just sat in, with a thick cushion and armrests wide enough to hold a book; it was more than enough to seat two insects.
Heroion sat down next to him, his arm casually resting on the back of the chair behind the lord, a posture that seemed relaxed but carried a silent declaration.
Even so, insects would still occasionally glance over.
Herroion's gaze passed over the lord's head and landed on the occasional glances that drifted over. His lips tightened slightly, and the insect stared straight ahead with a stern face.
Just then, a female soldier performing a difficult move was caught by the marshal's gaze, which caused him to unintentionally unleash his potential!
Because he mistakenly thought the marshal was looking at him because his movements were not up to standard, he was so scared that he gritted his teeth and endured for another ten seconds until the lieutenant general next to him gave him a thumbs up and the referee wrote "excellent" on the scoring board. Only then did he breathe a long sigh of relief.
Seeing his stern face, Manjushri shifted uncomfortably and asked, "Is it inappropriate for me to sit here?"
"No," Herroyen glanced at him, her tone certain, "You're perfectly comfortable sitting here."
He gestured with his chin, indicating that the male leader should look at the female soldiers who were still peeking around, and said, "You see, they keep looking this way. How can I let you sit alone?"
Wenshu smiled helplessly. He had been worried that he would have an impact on Holoyen, but the guy was the one who got jealous instead.
"Actually, I'm not as good as you say..."
"What I mean is, you don't need to keep such a close eye on me."
Upon hearing this, Herroyen's expression immediately turned serious, and he asked cautiously, "Did someone say something to you?"
How come, he's only been separated from the male master for a short while, and yet some insects are already trying to sow discord?
His gaze swept over the backs of the heads of the lieutenant generals in the front row, as well as the thousands of insect heads in front of him, as if trying to find the "culprit" among them. Unfortunately, the scope was too wide, and he did not find him.
"Master, how could you be anything less than excellent?" Holoyen's voice was neither loud nor soft, but carried an undeniable seriousness as he said, "You are the best male insect I have ever seen!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the lieutenant generals sitting in the front watching the scene turned around at the same time, their faces showing undisguised surprise.
Clearly, they had never seen the marshal like this before. His "my lord is the best in the world" expression was completely different from the cold and ruthless marshal they knew.
Although the "male insect" is indeed a treasure to them, who doesn't know that the Marshal's male lord was brought to the main planet from an abandoned planet?
A male insect at the bottom level offers no other advantages besides being easy to control.
Of course, judging from the current situation, the male insect of the Marshal is indeed... somewhat delicious.
Herroyne glanced resentfully at the row in front of him, then immediately pointed with a blank expression: "Look, they're looking at you again."
The lieutenant generals silently turned their heads back, their movements so synchronized as if they had been manipulated by a unified force.
Manjushri stared at the row of neatly aligned backs of heads, and finally couldn't help but smile slightly, but still advised, "Don't always do that..."
"Well, then you can't think about it any more."
Herroyen nodded, then turned to look at the little guy who was watching intently, and gently flicked him on the forehead.
Heroui raised his hands high, intending to shout "Go for it!" to the female soldier, but what came out was:
"Aww!"
