Su Xue and Lu Jinnan drove themselves over. Before getting into the car, Su Xue gave Tang Junyao a look that indicated she was waiting for her at the Tihou Hotel.

She understood his lip movements, Tihou.

in the car.

Ji Hancheng helped her fasten her seatbelt and patiently asked, "Is it tight?"

"No, it's still so small, you can't really tell unless you look closely."

After saying that, she thought of a question, "Husband."

He stopped starting the engine and asked, "Um, what's wrong?"

After a moment of silence, she finally spoke, "You're too nervous, really. It's actually normal to experience anemia during pregnancy sometimes. Besides, you've taken such good care of me, there won't be any problems. Relax."

It doesn't seem like she's pregnant now, it's him.

Seeing that his brow was still furrowed, she beckoned to him with her finger. He leaned over, and she placed a kiss on his brow. "Still nervous? I'm right here."

Finally, he smiled. Yes, she was right there beside him. He returned the gesture and pecked her lips. The notification sound of a text message interrupted their special conversation.

The message was sent by Han Guoguo from Fairy Fortress: Where are you? I brought you gifts.

Su Xue: We just finished our check-up and were about to go to the Tihou Hotel for dinner. Yao Yao's husband, Lao Ji, is treating us.

Guoguo: I'm here to freeload! I'm here to freeload! Count me in! I'm coming right now!

Han Guoguo appeared with the spirit of "a fool wouldn't take advantage of a good deal".

Tang Junyao smiled as she read the message: Waiting for you.

"What's wrong?" Ji Hancheng asked, seeing her smiling so happily.

"Guoguo is coming over for a free meal, saying she brought gifts for me and Xiaoxue."

She said with a smile.

Half an hour later.

Tihou Hotel.

When Ji Hancheng and Tang Junyao arrived, Lu Jinnan and his wife had already ordered a table full of dishes, all of which were Xiaoxue and Tang Junyao's favorites.

The dishes on the table can reveal a family's social standing.

Ji Hancheng gentlemanly pulled out a chair for Tang Junyao to sit down, then glanced at the dishes and seemed quite satisfied. It seemed Su Xue knew Yao Yao's preferences well, but she still patiently asked, "Is there anything else you'd like to eat? Dessert, freshly squeezed juice?"

"I'd like a mousse cake, something sweet later. I'll skip the juice." Eating too much liquid makes it easy to urinate.

Ji Hancheng immediately understood, "Is there a toilet? Apple juice, orange juice, grape juice, or dragon fruit juice?"

He could personally arrange anything she wanted.

She thought for a moment, then said, "Apple juice, please."

After speaking, Ji Hancheng stood up, but Tang Junyao quickly grabbed his hand. "Where are you going? You're not planning to cook in the kitchen yourself, are you?"

Su Xue and Lu Jinnan were in the same position, with one hand supporting their chins, watching intently as the man opposite them performed the 24 filial duties.

"I'll be back soon." Yao Yao feels more at ease when she watches over what she eats.

Seeing Ji Hancheng stride out, Lu Jinnan quickly got up and followed, genuinely curious about how his sister-in-law had trained this zombie-faced man into someone as delicate as a needle.

"I want orange juice that's a bit sour," Su Xue called out to Lu Jinnan's retreating figure.

Without turning his head, Lu Jinnan raised one hand and made an OK sign in the air to indicate that he had received the signal.

After the man left, only the two best friends remained in the private room. Su Xue said, "Aren't you happy?"

"Would you believe me if I said I was too happy? Sometimes I feel sorry for him. He looks so tired after get off work every day, but he still massages my feet before going to sleep."

During their conversation, Han Guoguo came in carrying her suitcase, interrupting them. She was panting heavily, "I'm exhausted! I'm so tired, I rushed over here to give you gifts as soon as I got off the plane."

Su Xue glanced at Han Guoguo and saw that she seemed to be having a good time. "How was your time? Say thank you so those of us who couldn't go can be envious."

Han Guoguo slumped into a chair, patted her suitcase, and said, "I'm starving. I slept the whole way."

Tang Junyao drank water the whole time without saying a word because Su Xue had winked at her earlier, signaling her to be quiet or to cooperate.

She thought for a moment and decided to find out the situation first, otherwise she might say the wrong thing.

Su Xue asked Han Guoguo casually, "You came back alone. Did you meet my brother in country A? I heard from my mom that my brother also went abroad."

Tang Junyao was embarrassed: Sister, do you even believe your own clumsy lie?

Han Guoguo picked up a shrimp and started peeling it. She was really starving. Halfway through peeling it, she looked around and realized that the man was gone. She asked pitifully, "Can I eat a shrimp first? Would that be impolite?"

Tang Junyao: "Eat up, we're all family."

Upon hearing this, Han Guoguo stuffed a shrimp into her mouth, swallowed it, and her eyes darted around. "I've run into him a few times by chance. Isn't he your brother? We came back together. What a coincidence."

Su Yu's refined appearance flashed through her mind again. Han Guoguo took a deep breath and changed the subject, "Why aren't you eating? Aren't you hungry?"

Tang Junyao naturally noticed the change in Han Guoguo's expression, but she didn't expose her out of politeness. "Let's wait for the juice."

Su Xue wanted to ask something, but Tang Junyao stopped her with a look. Then Su Xue looked at her best friend in confusion. In the meantime, Tang Junyao quickly sent a message to Su Xue: Stop, the important thing is what your brother means to her.

If Su Yu didn't have this idea, then Han Guoguo would be the second Xixi. However, Xixi received a response, and Han Yue also doted on Xixi.

After reading her best friend's message, Su Xue thought it made sense; Guo Guo didn't seem to have any feelings for her brother.

"Then I'll wait a bit. I'll hide the shrimp shells first."

After cleaning up the evidence, Han Guoguo sat back down. "Did they go get the juice? Isn't the waiter supposed to bring it over?"

"They" here naturally refers to their men.

Tang Junyao: "They didn't go to get it, they went to the kitchen to make juice."

"Oh my god, is this for real? I can understand if Lu Jinnan goes, but what the hell is Ji Hancheng? Is he possessed?" This kind of man would go to the kitchen to make juice, and even do it himself.

Tang Junyao chuckled, a happy laugh, "If you're envious, find one, and you can enjoy VIP treatment, every single day."

She openly shared her happiness.

She was obsessed. Why did she automatically picture Su Yu's face whenever she thought of a man? Oh my god, they'd been spending too much time together these past few days. He's a devil! She shook her head and refused, "I don't want to. Look how free I am now. I want to find someone who can only love me."

At the door, Lu Jinnan had just stepped in when he heard Han Guoguo's words and chimed in, "Are you overthinking this? Are you in heat?"

Han Guoguo glared at Lu Jinnan, not responding to his topic of being in heat, because she felt guilty and thought she was hovering on the edge of spring today, trying her best to pull herself back to winter.

Lu Jinnan held two glasses of orange juice, gently placing one in front of Su Xue and heavily placing the other in front of Han Guoguo. "Since you brought a gift for my wife, I squeezed a glass for you too. You're welcome."

Han Guoguo looked at the spilled juice and sighed. Double-standard people always flock together. Birds of a feather flock together. Her brother was also a double-standard guy. There was definitely a reason why they could get along so well.

She picked up the juice and took a sip. The sourness made her shoulders tremble, and her eyes squinted like an 80-year-old woman. "Xiaoxue, don't you think it's sour?"

Completely dumbfounded, this is so incredibly sour it's almost unbearable.

Su Xue shook her head, "It's not sour, it's just right."

Han Guoguo: "............" So whose sense of taste has a serious problem?

Ji Hancheng glanced at Han Guoguo's suitcase, placed the juice in front of Tang Junyao, and said casually, "Having fun? Why not stay a few more days? Your brother isn't back yet?"

Han Guoguo rolled her eyes at him. "I don't go to work. Your wife goes to work tomorrow, and so do I, okay? Honestly, it seems like you can't see anyone else but your wife now."

Ji Hancheng replied very naturally, "You're not my wife, why would I tolerate you? Do you want to get cataracts?"

Han Guoguo thought it would be better not to come to eat if she knew this guy was there, as it would affect her appetite and cause indigestion. "I'm too lazy to talk to you. I'm going to eat. Look at Lu Jinnan, even though the juice he gave me was very sour, it was still a way of treating a guest."

Are you sure you're a guest, not someone who's just tagging along?

Han Guoguo took a deep breath and pinched her philtrum. "Yaoyao, please keep an eye on your family's fountain. It's driving me crazy."

Upon hearing this, Tang Junyao smiled and patted Ji Hancheng's arm, signaling him to stop. "That's enough. Peel the shrimp for me."

"Okay, sure." After saying that, he put on gloves and began serving Yao Yao her meal.

Han Guoguo: What a double standard.

The meal lasted for more than an hour, during which we ate and chatted.

After being told off by Tang Junyao, Ji Hancheng cooperated and didn't argue with Han Guoguo anymore. He just quietly served Tang Junyao her meal.

Lu Jinnan also asked Han Guoguo what fun places there were in country A. Han Guoguo shared with everyone the places she had visited, as well as the places she hadn't had time to go to, but which the receptionist had told her about.

"Let me tell you, if you like those quaint, old-fashioned streets, I would recommend you go there. They have a lot of cultural atmosphere, and the small handmade items are especially beautiful and have great souvenir value."

"I'll show you later, and you'll see. The beach over there at night is amazing, full of night owls. But the blue-eyed boys there are quite polite and gentlemanly, and they dance really well."

Upon hearing this, Ji Hancheng and Lu Jinnan simultaneously cast a protective, cold glance at Han Guoguo.

Han Guoguo was annoyed by the ban. She was just chatting, and she couldn't possibly bring up their wives cheating on her. What were they thinking? It was truly unbelievable.

"Okay, I'll shut up. I was just remarking on how gentlemanly foreign boys are, that's all. Don't misunderstand."

There was simply no way to ignore those two strongly opposing gazes; Han Guoguo was afraid she would be utterly humiliated.

Han Guoguo was afraid they would misunderstand, so she didn't reveal that she and Su Yu lived in the same villa. Who knows what would happen if Lu Jinnan found out?

After dinner, everyone went home to their own mothers.

Tang Junyao sat in the car, looking at the little trinkets Han Guoguo had given her. Some were made of pure silver, some were embroidered, and some were carved. They were all different, small and exquisite.

At the very bottom, there's a silver motorcycle that's really beautiful, with a gleaming silver-white surface. Guoguo really understands her; such a thoughtful girl truly deserves to be loved and pampered.

I remember saying before that I wouldn't be able to ride a bike for a year, and Guoguo said it was okay, you'll be a cool motorcycle sister again in a year.

"Is it pretty?" Tang Junyao really liked this item; it was very thoughtful.

Ji Hancheng glanced at the silver motorcycle. "Not bad. This girl is thoughtful."
