Looking at her embarrassed and annoyed expression, Luo Ye suddenly felt a mischievous urge.

He didn't immediately grab the clothes, but instead took a step forward, deliberately moving closer to her, his tone carrying a hint of teasing amusement:

"Your Majesty, you were looking so carefully just now, why are you afraid to look now?"

"Who, who looked closely!" Eluvia instantly bristled, her dragon wings suddenly unfurling, her tail standing straight up, her voice rising sharply, filled with a panicked attempt to cover up her blunder.

"You're talking nonsense! I didn't see anything! Not even a glance!"

"Oh? You really didn't even glance at it?" Luo Ye raised an eyebrow, then leaned forward another half inch, his smile growing wider as he deliberately pressed closer.

Eluvia's gaze involuntarily drifted downwards, then quickly shifted away, her face flushed crimson, and she could barely speak.

"You, you scoundrel dragon rider! Can't you put some clothes on before you speak?!"

She turned her face away, but couldn't help letting out a soft hum.

Perhaps feeling that simply dodging wasn't enough to vent her anger, she turned her head and glanced sideways at Luo Ye's naked body out of the corner of her eye. Her gilded vertical pupils clearly still held some lingering panic, but she still insisted on saying a few words to make amends.

"Besides," she said, her voice trailing off, with a bluff that implied "I'm giving a serious critique."

"What's so interesting... Humans are just so skinny..."

Luo Ye was stunned for half a second, then burst into laughter and tears at her barrage of disdain.

He looked down at himself—although he didn't have the exaggerated dimensions of a bodybuilder, he still had a tight physique developed from fighting monsters every night and soaring through the air with his wings every day.

His chest muscles are well-defined, and his V-line at the waist and abdomen is clear and deep; to describe him as lean and capable would be more than enough.

"Your Majesty," he couldn't help but say.

"Are you sure you saw it clearly? I felt like you glanced at it in a hurry just now; you probably didn't see the whole thing, did you?"

Ailuvia was speechless at his words, her dragon eyes narrowed slightly, and the tip of her tail involuntarily stiffened: "I...I have excellent eyesight! I saw it all at a glance! It's just ordinary, nothing special!"

Luo Ye raised an eyebrow.

The resentment he felt from being rejected took over, and before Eluvia could retract her claws, he suddenly reached forward and grabbed her wrists with both of her little front paws.

"Since Your Majesty says it's nothing special—" He bent down slightly and pressed the palms of her hands against the center of his chest.

"Then touch it yourself and feel it carefully to see if it is as ordinary as His Majesty said."

Eluvia was completely dumbfounded.

He held her dragon claw firmly, pressing it against a warm, firm surface.

The moment his palm touched her, the sensation from beneath her claws was distinctly firm, with incredibly elastic and smooth muscle. The shape of her skin was accentuated by her slight bending over, revealing a beautiful contour. There was no trace of what she had described as "plain and unremarkable" or "too skinny."

She could even feel his heartbeat beneath his pectoral muscles—steady and powerful, each beat traveling through the thin layer of skin and muscle into her palm, covered in fine scales, sending a tingling, numb sensation through her.

Eluvia's tail froze in mid-air, standing as straight as a log.

Subconsciously, completely out of control, her claws curled slightly, drawing an extremely subtle arc on the warm skin.

Then she suddenly realized what was happening, and the entire dragon exploded from head to tail.

"Release, release, release me!"

She struggled violently, kicking her hind paws repeatedly on the table, thrashing her tail wildly, and her voice went from embarrassment and anger to a cracking tone. Her dragon eyes were wide open, as if she wanted to disappear from the spot immediately.

But her dragon claws were held by him, and no matter how hard she struggled, she couldn't pull them out. She could only let her palms stick tightly to his chest, feeling the scorching heat that kept coming from him, making her whole tail curl up.

Her face flushed crimson, the clarity in her gilded vertical pupils completely shattered, and she stammered incoherently, "Who...who wants to touch you! I don't care! Let go of me!"

Seeing her unable to even speak coherently, Luo Ye's mischievous impulse was completely satisfied, and he finally smiled and let go of her hands.

As soon as Eluvia's two front paws were freed, they shrank back to her chest as if the tips of her tails had been singed, curling up tightly and not daring to stretch out even her fingertips.

She even used her hind paws to push off the table and took two steps back, as if she had just touched something extremely hot.

She opened her mouth as if to say another word, but when her eyes met his smiling gaze, she quickly looked away, her lips moving but unable to utter a single word.

The next second, the elegant, noble, and proud Empress Eluvia finally couldn't hold back any longer.

With a hint of embarrassment and anger, the dragon's tail lashed out, striking Luo Ye's calf.

The force was just right, enough to make him lose his balance and fall backward without injuring him.

Luo Ye let out a soft "Ah!" and fell backward onto the soft stone mattress, her back hitting the thick fur cushion with a dull thud.

Eluvia's gaze lingered on him for less than half a second before she abruptly turned her head away as if she had been burned and hurriedly flew away!

The heavy stone door was flung open by the dragon's tail, then slammed shut again amidst the turbulent currents stirred up by its wings. A series of rapid flapping sounds echoed through the corridor, interspersed with her furious roar of extreme shame and indignation:

"You rogue dragon knight! If you dare do this again, I'll throw you into the back mountains to feed the Ironback Bears! You're not allowed to eat roasted meat for a month! Never again!"

The room fell completely silent again.

Luo Ye lay on his back on the soft stone bed, gazing at the dark purple magic patterns slowly flowing on the ceiling. He exhaled a long breath, raised his hand to wipe the cold sweat from his forehead, and felt utterly exhausted.

Tonight's psychological battle was even more exhausting than fighting a level three monster or battling someone of a higher level. It was a high-pressure, tense, and nerve-wracking experience from start to finish.

However, he still silently summarized this dragon horn-touching operation in his mind with two words: Worth it.

He pulled the blankets over himself, leaned against the headboard, and gazed at the moonlight outside the window, as bright as the Silver Moon Peak, mentally marking this intelligence report as important:

Eluvia, the Black Dragon King, is gluttonous and loves roasted meat. Her dragon horns are her weakness. She is arrogant but not very smart.

Or rather, she trusted the dragon knight, who was theoretically closest to her...

Luo Ye rolled out of bed, walked to the only remaining backpack under the bed, took out a set of clean clothes, and quickly changed.

After getting dressed, he sat on the edge of the bed, rested his hands on his knees, closed his eyes, and mentally prepared himself.

"I did this to save her; it was a white lie, not deception."

Luo Ye repeated it several times, and finally felt much better.

But the problem remains—he seems unable to leave Dragon's Nest for Silvermoon Peak; he needs to find a way.
