Excessive ferocity due to caution

Chapter 9998: A Summary of Some Settings

First of all, I must clarify that this is my fault and has little to do with the readers.

Because current articles tend to be fast-paced, I can't reveal the setting at the beginning, so I have to write the story first.

As I was writing, I forgot to add some details.

Here's a simple summary of some settings, and everyone is welcome to add to it.

……

1

Player level and NPC level cannot be used as the same reference.

Simply put, an NPC's level is the only standard for measuring power.

NPCs of the same level have basically the same strength attribute; the difference lies in their innate abilities.

But players are different.

Level is an important standard for measuring a player's strength, but not the only standard.

I have a general idea here, but I've never gone into detail.

The higher a player's level, the more experience they need, and the greater the gap in strength becomes.

What I haven't revealed is that the experience gap between players from level 0 to 19 won't be too large, but after level 20, the experience required to level up will increase significantly. Therefore, after reaching level 20, players will enter more dangerous dungeons in order to level up. If they can survive, they will gain more and their strength will experience a qualitative leap.

Although Xiang Babang's strength hasn't reached 999 yet, the difference won't be too great, perhaps around 700 or 800. Combined with the various items he carries, the protagonist won't have an easy time.

The abrupt feeling you got from the last chapter came from my laziness. I initially didn't want to spend a thousand or two thousand words describing how the protagonist fought Xiang Babang and the others... I'll try my best to be more careful next time and not skip that part.

After all, writing about this battle would fill another chapter.

I tried to end the mountain god incident quickly (although I don't know why I was in such a hurry, I felt like something was urging me on).

Okay, let's talk about the level settings.

Players from level 0 to 19 will not have a significant difference in strength or experience required to level up, making leveling up easy.

Between levels 20 and 39, there is a significant difference in strength and experience required to level up.

Levels 40-49 require special materials to continue upgrading.

After reaching level 50, players will no longer be restricted by level requirements. (Other details regarding dungeons and game settings will be discussed later; it wouldn't be appropriate to reveal everything now.)

As for the level of power of the Great Fiend, let's leave that aside, since it involves the level of rules, and we can't judge their true strength based on power alone.

So let's talk about people like Oink and Edison.

My initial parameter settings in my Oink parameter logbook are 8888. (For reference only.)

Edison's score is 6666. (For reference only)

Regarding the combat power system, all my settings are relatively vague, with only a general division to ensure I don't write something jarring. I'll break it down further later to avoid giving you a jarring reading experience.
