The Zero Squad, composed of four genius teenagers, was officially recruited by the world's number one mercenary group, "Hellfire".

Because much of the early training and actual combat was carried out in secret.

Only a small number of people in the mercenary group knew the approximate strength of these few individuals. They had expected to be caught in a hail of bullets every day, but instead, chaos and turmoil ensued daily.

The Hellfire Mercenary Group, widely recognized as the "ceiling" of the global mercenary world, is facing the biggest crisis since its inception.

This crisis didn't stem from a particularly difficult task, but rather from the four new "temporary workers" who joined the team:

Zero, Little Sparrow, Iron Pile, and Cold Thorn.

The four teenagers were officially recruited into this legendary mercenary group by the three devilish mentors under the guise of "recruiting" them.

The deputy commander in charge of base management, "The Rock" Johnson, frowned so deeply that he could have trapped a fly in his brow as the commander, Baroque, introduced the four-man team with a mouthful of venom!

Although he knew that there were such people in the base, they were still just teenagers and children!

"Baroque, Xue Yan, and Jianmo... what are these three old monsters up to now? They want them to 'experience a real workplace environment'? This is a mercenary group, not a kindergarten!"

The Hellfire Mercenary Group is a living legend in the mercenary world, renowned for its high efficiency in completing missions and its near-zero failure rate.

The group has many experienced mercenaries, equipped with sophisticated weapons, and capable of carrying out various high-difficulty missions.

Their achievements included marching 1160 kilometers in 26 days and capturing countless enemies.

However, this elite team has recently taken a rather... dramatic turn due to the addition of four young apprentices.

Deputy Commander Johnson still remembers the scene when the four of them first arrived:

That burly kid named Tiedun almost blasted a hole in the base gate with heavy weapons.

The girl nicknamed Little Sparrow briefly paralyzed the base's communication system in the blink of an eye, just to test her newly made signal jammer.

"Cold Thorn" lived up to his name, appearing suddenly like a ghost and frightening many veterans.

The leader, "Zero," wore an innocent-looking smile while spouting the most outrageous plans.

A loud noise came from the base's kitchen during Saturday lunchtime.

When everyone rushed in, they saw only charred walls and four "culprits" with faces covered in soot.

"We just wanted to help in the kitchen..." Zero wiped his face, revealing an innocent smile:

"Tiedun thought his heavy machine gun could help him shoot the steaks, but he made a mistake."

"The little sparrow wanted to use an electromagnetic pulse to speed up the thawing process, but it miscalculated the power."

"Cold Thorn tried to precisely cut the ingredients with a dagger, but ended up dismantling the stove instead..."

"Then how come you're alright?"

"The team leader, Johnson, asked through gritted teeth."

"I?"

Zero's smile widened even more—

"I'm using the chemistry knowledge Dr. Xue Yan taught me to mix a new flavored sauce, and it's almost done..."

As a result, the four were punished by having to prepare dinner for everyone using field equipment.

That night, the entire group witnessed the spectacular sights of rocket launchers firing seasonings, drones delivering meals with precision, and bulletproof shields being used as baking pans.

Surprisingly, the steaks grilled by the little sparrow using electronic devices with precise temperature control were unexpectedly delicious.

Vice-Commander Johnson muttered as he chewed on his steak, "These little bastards actually have some ideas..."

One day, Johnson poured out his grievances to the team leader, Baroque, Xue Yan, and the Silent One:

"These four clowns you sent! Do you know how much property damage they've caused this month? Do you know how many gray hairs they've given me?"

Baroque laughed heartily and patted Johnson on the shoulder:

"Relax, old friend! Remember that mission we had in the Arctic Circle? Zero's got that same style I had back then—destructive, but always gets the job done!"

Xue Yan adjusted his glasses and calmly replied:

"Data shows that their innovation and problem-solving abilities exceeded expectations. Although some additional experimental variables were introduced during the process."

He looked at the little sparrow testing an optical stealth device with a security camera, a look of satisfaction in his eyes:

"She combined the electronics and chemistry I taught her in a very creative way."

The usually silent Silence suddenly appeared behind Johnson, startling him so much that he jumped up.

"Cold Thorn," the taciturn voice remained deep and unchanging, "has successfully 'eliminated' three of our senior instructors without being detected. I am very satisfied."

His words sent chills down everyone's spines, and they all looked around for the ghostly boy.

Although the three mentors expressed themselves differently, they all conveyed pride and recognition for the four teenagers.

Vice-Commander Johnson was dismayed to discover that these four troublemakers had actually received the true teachings of the three old monsters.

The joint exercise between the Hellfire Mercenary Group and the four-man squad turned into the most spectacular farce.

Ironclad was operating heavy weapons, shouting "Buzz fire! Buzz fire! Be precise!", but instead he blasted the target area into the shape of the moon.

The little sparrow released her improved drone swarm, but they suddenly started dancing a synchronized flashing dance, making her jump up and down in a panic.

Cold Thorn perfectly stealthed and "dealt with" all the moving targets, but also "cleaned up" the referee team's coffee in the process.

Meanwhile, Zero—who somehow gained command of the exercise and was giving chaotic orders in fluent multilingual languages!

At the same time, use the biological knowledge taught by Xue Yan to find the allergens of the defenders and carry out "precision strikes"!

They even took the time to use their financial knowledge to calculate the most cost-effective way to destroy the opponent's equipment.

When the referee announced a draw, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

The veterans of Hellfire had to admit that these four troublemakers, though outrageous, always managed to create unexpected results amidst the chaos.

Looking at the four excited boys, leader Johnson showed a genuine smile for the first time:

"Perhaps what those three old monsters brought wasn't trouble, but rather the seeds of Hellfire's future."

Even now, the Hellfire Mercenary Group's base remains in constant chaos.

Zero began researching how to use financial warfare to cripple the economy of a target country!

Ironclad continues to "cultivate a bond" with his heavy weapons! Little Sparrow's drones can now team up and dance ballet!

As for Cold Thorn... no one knows where he is or what he's doing.

These four teenagers are writing a new legend for the Hellfire Mercenary Group in their own way.

Although this legend may seem a bit funny and outrageous, it is undoubtedly more exciting than ever before.
