Thousands of kilometers away, in Florlem Park, New Jersey, lies the Kushner family home.

Old Kushner sat in the somewhat worn leather chair, a document he had just taken from the fax machine spread out in front of him.

The paper was still warm, with tiny ink marks on the edges from when it was being transported. This document had just traveled through an extremely long tunnel from another corner of the country to arrive here.

Old Kushner's gaze did not fall on the documents, but rather on the late autumn twilight outside the window.

His concerns were certainly not unfounded.

In his view, Li Fu was an enemy who was practically omnipotent, and he absolutely could not be given a chance.

Old Kushner glanced at his son and scoffed, "You're worried he'll finish the adjustments before we can act?"

"There are rumors in the industry that he's started distributing dividends to his limited partners (LPs), and the amount is said to be staggering," Joshua blurted out what he knew. "Someone willing to share huge profits shows he knows he needs allies..."

"Giving dividends to LPs only shows that he has the ability to make money, and we hope that LPs can help him when he is in danger," Kushner said, feeling that his son had misunderstood. "This matter has nothing to do with equity adjustments in essence."

"I just think he can't be judged by common sense. He's really too amazing," Joshua's ideal self is Li Fu, "and you can't give him the chance when you can crush him."

Kushner slowly shook his head. "Equity restructuring isn't that easy to accomplish."

"Why?" Joshua asked.

"Because the Forrest family can't afford to buy back his shares," Old Kushner's voice was calm, as if he had already calculated this many times in his mind. "Forrest Capital's portfolio is too large now. Even if Li Fu is willing to sell his shares at a price below market value, reducing the amount he holds, it would still be a transaction worth at least several billion. Don't you know how valuable his shares are?"

Joshua was well aware that Goldman Sachs had assessed that almost all of Li Fu’s extensive investments had been highly successful.

Tesla and SpaceX have both emerged from their predicaments, with the former achieving profitability for the first time and the latter entering a rapid research and development cycle. Their current market valuations both exceed one billion.

Of course, more importantly, they are all promising technology companies with unlimited potential.

Twitter's user growth was extremely rapid in 2009. When Li Fu invested $5 million, it only had 600 million active users. Now it has more than ten times that number, and the company's market value has naturally multiplied.
