After a night's voyage, the Thousand Sunny finally passed through the unpredictable waters of the New World.

Amidst the cries of seagulls at dawn, a strange island appeared before them, tightly surrounded by a massive and steep rock formation.

We've arrived at our destination, Dressrosa.

The ship had just docked, and Luo was still desperately trying to salvage the situation with a final, desperate attempt:

They brazenly took advantage of his blindness, colluding to cheat in the gambling game and quickly swindling all the chips in front of the blind man.
