Pekoms' lion face was contorted with rage, while Baron Egg kept tapping the ground with his cane.

Upon hearing this arrogant declaration, Pokémon and Baron Egg were instantly stunned.

Both of them were drenched in cold sweat, their bodies stiffening uncontrollably.

Baron Egg swallowed hard, his voice trembling as he took a half-step back:

"Viktor," Luffy called out calmly, pressing his straw hat down with one hand.

Upon hearing the captain's words, the cold glint in Victor's eyes vanished instantly.

He chuckled softly, stepped aside, and opened the wide doorway.

Pekoms and Baron Egg were overjoyed and didn't even bother to utter a harsh word. They hurriedly directed their men to push the heavy treasure cart and flee the Dragon Palace in a sorry state.

The crisis was temporarily averted, but the air in the hall remained heavy.

King Neptune slumped helplessly onto his throne like a deflated balloon.

He looked at Luffy's still cheerful back and gave a bitter smile that was incredibly complicated.
