Luffy swallowed a large piece of meat with bone in it, tilting his head slightly. "But a thief is a thief, right?"

"Stop arguing!" Nami snapped, exasperated. "No matter what, I'm going to earn 100 million Berries."

"One hundred million?!" Luffy's mouth dropped open in astonishment. "That's way too much! What do you need so much money for?"

Nami's eyes dimmed for a moment, then she resumed her sly smile.

"Of course! I want you to come with me to meet that pirate Buggy," Nami said with a smile. "However... it will require you to do something a little inconvenient."

As she spoke, she magically produced a thick hemp rope.

Nami dragged Luffy, who was tied up, out of the restaurant.

"Why are you tying me up?" Luffy was tied up, but his expression remained calm, and he was even chewing on the meat in his mouth.

Luffy thought about it and realized it made a lot of sense:

Viktor smiled nonchalantly, a flash of red light disappearing from his eyes.
